Pub type atmosphere in the bar area and they have a separate room for families that has the feel of and old fashioned pizza place. The food is wonderful and the wait staff is friendly and accommodating. We had pizza and draft beer. The pizza crust is thin and crispy - NOT BURNED! The toppings are plentiful and very tasty. The place has been in business for 40 years and once youve eaten there youll know why.

I went there for the first time in years and wasnt disappointed. The pizza & buffalo wings were delicious. Will definitely go again.

I don’t know how we have never tried this place before. Ordered the turkey club and buffalo chicken sandwiches. Wow they were delicious. Hot and fresh for curbside pickup, the fries were tasty too although we couldn’t finish them we were so full from the sandwiches. Cant wait to try out more menu items!

Good pizza and a nice variety of pizzas available to order. The restaurant building is nice and the seating is good with tables and booths.Nice selection of beers on tap which featured goose island green line when I visited. 15 bucks for a pitcher which is about 4 and a half full glasses.The pizza had good sauce just a little sweet, and the cheese blend was good as well. Cooked properly not overdone or undercooked so that the cheese is at that stage where its nicely melted but not gooey.Overall good dine in pizza experience.

Food and service was out standing great place for just about anything! Reminds me of the legacy pizzerias that we grew up with everything from pizza parties to dates. To a quick watering hole after work very accommodating on all levels highly recommend!

My family and I have been ordering take out for many years and have really enjoyed the pizza. Today my family and I decided to dine in the restaurant, we ordered pizza again of course. When I went to add Parmesan to my pizza from the shaker I noticed a long piece of hair inside of the cheese. When I told the waitress she took the Parmesan put it on to another table and grabbed us a new Parmesan off of another table and said here you go. No apology, no nothing. She completely brushed it off as if this was ok. After that I no longer wanted to eat here but stayed for the sake of a family outing. Later on I went to a pour a drink from the pitcher and there was a long piece of hair in the pop pitcher as well. When I told the waitress she grabbed the pop pitcher slammed it on to another table, again no apology or anything and grabbed another pitcher. Highly disappointed of cleanliness of restaurant, poor customer service. Staff should definitely wear hair nets. They lost a loyal patron. I won’t be back!!

Love the pizza. Ordered calamari and this is what we got…can’t add a picture, but it was 6 calamari rings in the box. When my husband called they said it is sold by weight. He did not weigh it but 6 rings??? Do they make it fresh or is it frozen? Weight, like we are ordering fish from a fresh fish market. Truly disappointed in a place we order from all the time.

Ordered thru GrubHub. Pizza arrived late. Pizza was cold, stale and just plain horrible. We love pizza and have just about tried several other pizzerias. Will not be a return customer.

We had our after wake service party here. Pizza was pretty good but others didnt care for the spaghetti or ravioli. Service was great though.

Had my daughters 8th grade graduation party their and they did a amazing job. Food was great, staff was amazing, and the price was very reasonable. They made the cake which was one of the best cakes Ive had. Would definitely have another party there and highly recommend it.

Jill was a fantastic server we told her we were in a hurry but dont be afraid to over cook cuz thats how we like. Pizza was great. We all grew up with the family and greatful youre still serving the best pizza in the area or even Chicago.

We were here for a party. The food was delicious. It was serve yourself so I didnt deal with any staff, but the ones I saw with others seemd very friendly.

Pizza was good.. The pasta was good, the larger serving was only $2.00 more & I had plenty to share & take home. Service was good as well.

Pizza is excellent, but beware the sides. While they taste good, the cost to quantity ratio is way off. 12 fried mushrooms for $8-9 or 10 fried Mac cheese bites for similar seems like highway robbery compared to similar places Ive been.

1st time visit to celebrate our Aunts 77th birthday. The party room was accessible & perfect to seat 30 people. Pizzas were fresh, thin & yummy (blanco, pepperoni, sausage, veggie with green & red peppers, mushrooms) & 3 big salads plus soft drinks, lemonade & adult beverages. Our server was attentive, friendly & helpful! Before leaving, I stopped at their bathrooms, which were updated & clean.My hubby told me on the way home how much he liked the pizzas & couldnt wait to try other menu items. We will def be back!!

I have been a Cemenos customer since back in 83 when they were in Marycrest Shopping Center under a different name. They never changed the recipe. Simply the best pie on the west side. Expensive, sure, but the best.

Were from Florida so we went to Cemenos to try a Chicago style pizza. Yummy! Best pizza weve had in a long time. Very good service, too. Well be back!

I was a tad disappointed.My order was messed up and I had to return to the restaurant after Id left. The good thing was they fixed things free of charge. I found their prices a tad high but the service is second to none!

I ordered a large thin crust Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza on 6/11/21. The pizza was so old/stale that it was stuck to the box.I called immediately to report the pizza wasn’t satisfactory. They took my name and gave me a credit.I reordered the replacement pizza on 6/20/21. When my son arrived he was charged for the replacement pizza.The person who took the order understood it was to replace the stale pizza that was stuck to the box.I had to call them to have the charge reversed.How can they screw-up with the order again and again?I’M DONE ORDERING FROM CEMENO’S! 😠😡🤬

Pizza, salad, wings, game room, very busy for lunch. Even though we called a day before and it was recommend we come in for lunch. When we arrived at 1230 all the tables were reserved for a party at 1430.. and the tables were marked reservedat 1230.. We had to wait, we had to track down a server which sat our group of 12 at a reserved seat, then we were told to be out before 2:30. They served our pizza at 1345 (1:45)NO JOKE!😡As a traveler passing through with a large family and calling the day prior this was not a good experience. We were able to take plenty of photos from my sons birthday.

I know Will County has some awesome pizza places but Cemenos won thin crust of the year in 2020 and I can see why, it was the best thin crust Ive ever had hands down! Had my sons 25th birthday party here. The server was great. Actually all the staff that we encountered was great. I didnt realized until 30 minutes after I left that I had left my purse on the back of the chair. I was so happy they had it when I called. I went and picked it up an all my cash was still in there. Bravo for having a crew with integrity and honesty. I was so relieved! Looking forward to our next visit to Cemenos.

Its okay, I love the claw machines. I love that you get toys. The only thing I dont like is the cheese on the pizza rips off too easily

Great restaurant, great staff and especially great pizza, being originally from Chicago Im a rather picky pizza eater so it was nice to find a great restaurant with the food that I love. I highly recommend the Italian beef and giardiniera and their Chicago style deep dish.

Placed order for pizza snd salad for team at styles of brass on essington rd Specifically asked for silverware and plates. This is the 3rd time ordering and no utensils provided after requests. Called to ask what could be done since we are unable to eat salad with no utensils. We will not be patronizing this business again!!! Very disappointed since we order frequently since it’s right down the street!!!

Horrible, the food wasnt even cooked thoroughly. The cheese on the pizza, you couldnt chew, only 5 small pieces of meat on a medium pizza. and very greasy. Our chicken was cooked to fast as well, I will never ever eat there again.

This place does really have great pizza. Friendly staff, cold drink and plenty of room for a larger family, like mine. The nachos and appetizers are always really good. Love this place and there is always plenty of parking.

Curbside is all that!!! Flew in from Nevada for business and was looking for authentic Chicago style eats. I got the Italian Beef Sandwuch and my Hubby got a Calpine. We killed it. Almost ate the wrappings. They will be my go to whenever I am in Chicago and the service with wait time was on point. Thx, for the great meal. Stay safe out there.

Food here is great! Prices are fair & portions are large! The staff is AMAZING!! We had the reuben, cuban & chicken parm sandwiches. Skip the fries & enjoy the chips! The cuban is by far my favorite!

Love it love it love it! In laws from Virginia wanted Chicago pizza and were impressed with the weight and taste.

We attended a funeral in the afternoon and the followup meal was here. I had not been here in years, and so there were many changes in the layout. Its nice here with rooms for groups to dine together. Moveable doors separate the rooms for enlargement of space for groups. Service was good and the food very good.

Not the greatest maybe because I went in later at night? My meatball sub was bland and the meatballs were cold a bit pricey too for 3 meatballs. On the whole Ill be skipping this place in the future. Would not recommend.

Moved from Cicero to Joliet. Needed a new pizza place. Luckily we discovered Cememos. Ordered the Cemenos special. Awesome. Got the thin crust. Toppings were in large portions. Crust was flaky and buttery. This is our new pizza joint. The wait staff are so much fun! We will be back at our next visit!

Indeed the absolute best pizza Ive ever had! We had the deep dish pizza and some pasta dishes. All of it was excellent and the staff was wonderful as well! If Im ever back in the area I will definitely return!!!

Had a party of over 30 last weekend, pizzas were delivered hot and on time. Crust, sauce and cheese were very good, really impressed with the tasty fresh salads and homemade Italian dressing. Staff was courteous and responsive, prices were modest the the Chicago suburbs. BTW, they have games for kids at the end of one of the rooms. I love the thin crust pizza! They also have fantastic pasta and sandwiches. Eat in the Bar for lunch and ask for the specials. Karen is a fantastic Bartender and server. They also have interactive games you can play and slots.
