Erynn is awesome Not!!! She is Very unprofessional horrible disgusting Attitude never answers the phone likes to argue with the Customers. Other employees are Professional & Polite. She will Inconvenience the Customer purposely by sending them to other Locations cause she simply doesnt want to do her job...

Three rent increases at around $20 each time, in less than 2 years. One of which was in the early days of the pandemic when most companies were looking to assist their out of work customers. We will be moving our belongings asap to a facility down the road in Crest Hill. My friend has had a unit there for 7 years and pays $100 less than I do, and has had ONE $5 increase in that 7 year period.

It is ok. Not great, not awful, price is average. Would get more stars if I could enter my unit whenever I needed. Its locked down at 9PM, Theres nights where Im still at work after 9, I moved in a hurry and I realize now and then that something I need is in there, would be nice to have access to MY STUFF, in the unit I PAY FOR when I want!!

We have stuff in storage. Their staff are friendly and will you with all you need. I did come in one morning and could not get in the gate. Came back a little later and it was open. They are great for all your storage needs. They are social distancing and wearing masks.

Erynn provides GREAT customer service. I have spoken with her many times. She is very knowledgeable about all your storage needs.

I was here this past weekend and a young lady by the name of Yezmin assisted me with some moving supplies I needed to buy for my move, which has been very stressful specially with a teething 9 month old, She greeted me with a smile on her face and very positive attitude, was very helpful and polite she went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find a local hardware store since I was new to the neighborhood. I work as a IT Manger in Hospitality and that is some of the best customer service I have received! If I ever need or know someone that needs public storage I would definitely send them this way!

Yezmin was very helpful to a first-time storage renter. She was patient and thorough in explaining the terms of the storage agreement and had a positive attitude towards her work. She also helped me log onto the Public Storage site later in the day and offered further help if I needed it. I was very impressed by her attention to detail and would recommend this site to others.

I went and placed the reservation. To get a storage unit. Was not impressed with the rep at front desk was rude and wanted me to put a lock on my reserved unit when I wasnt ready to do. I walked away when she slammed the lock on the counter trying to sell it to me. Wasnt interested in the unit and they need better customer service.
