This place doesnt care about patients. You should see the waiting room! Its a dirty, stinky Petri Dish / prison cell with wall to wall chairs against stark institutional walls that look like they havent been cleaned in years. One can only guess what the mysterious spots are. The strong, lingering stench of B.O. mixed with the delightful perfume of cheap candles is a stomach-turning experience that leaves bile just in the back of the throat, and the ambiance is made just a little worse by the obligatory TV blaring nothing in-particular, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation. Its enough to cause anyone to have a breakdown! I was there simply to provide transportation for a friend, and I was so disgusted that I had to step out into the hall. I feel sorry for people who have to go to this place. Its obviously an uncaring institutional leftover from turn of the century values. The last time my friend went, she asked to wait in the hall and the receptionist told her that would be fine. They never came out to get her, and when she finally went back in and asked why she had been waiting so long, the receptionist told that her healthcare worker said she wasnt going into the hall to get you. (I obviously exaggerate when I say healthcare worker but you get my point. It sounds unbelievable, but believe me, Im holding back. Dont go there. If you have health concerns, go some place that is concerned about your health. These people dont care, and its glaringly obvious. Go ask your doctor to refer you to somewhere else.
