I had high hopes for this place because they are a nonprofit that is meant to help families. There are a few good people there but overall the professionalism and teamwork is lacking. My wife worked there and there was alot of high school drama in the staff.

Go anywhere but here for mental health services in Johnstown. They dont care about you and screw over so many of their clients and workers. I worked here for a couple months and I had $600 stolen out of my last paycheck and stated the reason was because I signed a 1 year contract well, BEFORE I signed the contract, I asked the HR Manager (Rick) if I was not able to handle this entry level mental health position, if they would steal money from me... He said Well, if you work somewhere in mental health field, yes, but if you work somewhere like Burger King, then no. We wont make you pay it back. And he turned around and stole money from me when I had to resign from my position due to poor treatment at the company towards clients and workers. I do not agree with how ACRP treats people in the community... Especially Human Resources/ Rick Huffman because they all lie, steal, and do not truly care about the well being of others like a non-profit mental health organization should.
