Due to ACRPs issue with lack of physicians and knowledgeable staff it is impossible to receive adequate mental health care. There is only one part time psychiatrist who is limited to working 2 or 3 days out of the week and he is available only in the eveningsThis is problematic for patients who require direct supervision to manage symptoms. If you suffering from a severe form of mental illness I recommend seeking treatment elsewhere because ACRP is understaffed and lacks the ability to provide adequate mental health treatment.

Not the most reliable. I’ve called on multiple occasions to make an appointment to see a doctor or get my script filled.Tired of not being called back I went in there and they told me there are no records of me calling when I know I’ve called.The staff is a hit or miss. Some are kind and helpful while others are rather unpleasant.

This community should be grateful for a program available like this.

I wouldnt even rate them a 1. There wasnt anything lower so thats why they get a one. They are the slowest to respond. And not very professional to say the least.

Not very good from the medical staff didn’t care about me at all forgot to give me my medication.
