The best post office i have ever been to never had a problem that wasnt my own fault and they always are happy to help

Deplorable and discourteous! Im sick of the bullying! Im tired of the run around. I gave you what you needed. You told me to return today to get my mail. I did and you claimed to not have it! You did the same to my injections from the VA not to long ago that needed to be refrigerated. You ruined over $ 1000 dollars worth of medication that the VA had to replace. Enough is enough! I will report you again on Monday I obviously cant trust your word, an Im not coming in their and coming unglued so that I become the bullying buffoons that you are. But I will call up your chain until this never happens to anyone else ever again. You all seem to enjoy being mockingly ridiculous to people. It has to end!

Cant even get hold of a real person to answer any questions about, how Im to go about, getting my recently deceased roommates mail stopped from being delivered???Their AI prompts dont touch on that subject. Goes to show, that AIs arent all that intelligent.

Repeatedly ask mail carrier to stop parking on sidewalk after I shovel up snow, they drive right through it and I have to shovel again. Moved my mailbox 3 feet,, haven’t gotten mail in a week. Poor, lazy, and pathetic!!!

Never never answers the phone. I leave messages and they never never return calls. Worthless!

The post office itself is fine. Since our old mailman hasnt been on our route. Some of these new guys havent been delivering our ads as usual. I had a package end up 2 houses down and today the mailman just threw my mail onto the porch without putting it in my mailbox. One was an important piece of mail from my bank. I would love to have our old mailman back or get us one that respects our mail. Also our mail is arriving later and later.

Just a typical post office. And I would like to comment those complaining about parking tickets. Guys its only .25 cents for a half hour parking on the street.

My aunt has lived at the same address for seventy years and I have been writing her for 25. I sometimes get “return to sender, not deliverable” despite me using the updated address from a few years ago . I write her weekly yet she might receive two of my letters a month. She also only gets mail delivered three or four times a week. This has been happening before the Covid pandemic too. Do I need to start using UPS to mail a letter?

They do what they want when they feel like it. When they miss a time or don’t feel like it they say there’s no access. Worst post office ever

Package arrived in Johnstown on the 14th supposed to be delivered on the 16th. Its now the 23rd. Why does it take over a week? Im less than an hour away. My package must have been lost with the mail in votes

We travel alot and use USPS to hold, forward, provide premium forwarding etc. They NEVER skip a beat. In our experience this particular P.O. is FAR superior to any other P.O. we have used (and weve been to quite a few!!!)

I dislike that there is only one free parking space and the rest cost money to park. Of course, the city checks it every few minutes to write tickets. Thats the downside. That said, I have always received courteous and prompt service. They seem to care.

My mail and packages are rarely delivered promptly. Package tracking is always incorrect, and some packages are marked as undeliverable even though Im home awaiting the item. Ive noticed undeliverable packages usually occurr on a Friday and this is a pattern. I usually try to receive delivery of parcels ANY other way but sometimes isnt an option. As Im writing this now, a tracked package has been shown as delivered to my mailbox ISNT. I truly hope the u.s. mail is privatized and soon, because any other business model operating in this way would face extinction. There was a time when the mail was as regular as rain, these times are over.

I’m waiting for a package and the tracking number indicates that it is at the Johnstown Post Office and has been there since December 16. Why would you hold onto my package for 10 days. I should’ve had this package for Christmas.

I tried to visit the post office at 7:45 before work but the the post office did not open. There was a woman behind the counter has she never opened the doors until well after 745 am.

Very well organized with shipping but it depends on the staff itself to see when they will send the mail out. I am a student at HGAC but leaving soon and i think they should not be that badly complained at. half of them are good service but at times they can be bad but thats only if they dont try to help their customers out.

Don’t bother calling the phone number and leaving a voicemail even with the supervisor. Nobody calls you back ever.

Great services and staff but they need an extra person on Monday and Fridays atleast.
