Usually not an issue with this place . But this time I called to get in the girl said they would be able to get us in at 6:30 . Got there at 6:20 and was told they wouldnt be able to take my son they were all booked . I understand that sometimes you get busy but, if u get a call then dont give false hope be up front and say something like were pretty busy and we cant promise youll get in !

Nice place to get hair cut at. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes there is a wait so to prevent a wait call ahead and schedule a time. Thursday will be my first specialty color appt there (well in general also) so Im hoping theyll exceed my expectations. I will update if they fail to do so otherwise. Convenient location. Handicap entrance and parking. Located inside Wal-Mart.

Ashley is a very polite person. I been going to her about 2 years and she always remembers how I get it cut.

Was told there was a 15min wait, 35mins passed after I did some shopping was ignored until I walked away., wasnt always this this bad. Ive gone there many times completely different 💯 going down hill, and ill be getting my 20$ hair somewhere else.

I went in to get 5 inches cut off, and she cut it way too short, and it’s uneven all around. I could have done a better job myself.

My daughter and I usually get our hair cut somewhere else, I was going to see if we can do a walk in here. Unfortunately my daughter and I will continue with somewhere else. The guy that is there is rather unpleasant and rude. I asked if they would take walk in he said yes but took a look at my daughters hair which is long and thick and said no we are booked up until we close. It was not busy actually people were standing around talking and laughing. So I just will go go to our regular hair dresser and will never step foot in there again

Spent almost an hour waiting for my haircut only for it to last 8 minutes (Im a guy with short hair). She rushed everything. She buzzed the side of my hair way too high and thinned my hair so much to avoid the hastle of cutting it. I didnt realize this till afterwards. It just seemed like she was rushing me out of the door.I asked for a 4 on the sides but Im pretty sure she just did a 3 to avoid changing the piece lol.Terrible hair cut tbh

I just moved to Johnstown, i was looking for a hairdresser, to keep my hair blonde and Healthy!!! Well they damage my hair and my clothes with The bleach, i do not recommend this place at all, probably if you like a hair cut a classic one!!! But they really dont know what they are doing!!! They offer me to fix it with The manager of the salon, they try to charge the services but i refuse to pay for, i expend almost $ 200 in products to recover my hair is going to take at least 6 months to look a little bit better and now i have to deal with 3 different colors on my hair 👎👎👎

If you go here request Ashley. Only reason i rate this salon a 5 is because of her. Great stylists and favorite person to go to because of her. When shes off i dont even waste my time or money.

I definetley do not reccomend this place! I went to get my hair cut to my shoulders and now my hair is right below my ears!? She didnt even ask me if I wanted my hair thinned and she just went and did it. Not once but three times she thinned my hair! She never stopped talking and was really weird! I felt very uncomfortable and will never go back!?

I was there on Sat. Dec.1..I have been getting perms there for quite a while..my operator was Nicoletta ( I believe). I just want to say what a wonderful job she did on my hair..I received so many compliments and I am extremely pleased..and such a nice young lady..thanks again!!

Been calling them for 20 minutes and the phone rings endlessly. The funny thing is, I was there for a haircut in the past and the girl cutting my hair stopped 4 or 5 different times to answer the phone. Seems like priorities change depending on who is working. Disappointing and frustrating.
