I have used affordable towing 3 times and every time they have been amazing. I drive a lowered Mustang and they they never hurt my car and have all been knowledgeable about how to handle it as well. I’ve had three different people tow me at various times and they have all been there in less than 20 mins and have all been super polite. They are the only company I trust with my car and I would recommend them to anyone.

Guy was really nice helped me get my car that my girlfriend said she bottomed out and busted the oil pan he got my car which was very low because of being bottomed out on the truck and back to the shop I mean my car had 2-3 inches of clearance and got it loaded and unloaded with out a scratch thanks again affordable towing!

I just got off the phone with this guy was trying to tell him where my car was located between, was extremely unprofessional & rude wouldnt let me finish before i was able to tell him where it was at, then i tell him where its located he the proceeds to say well i dont have any time then hangs up.He said his towing is in johnson city not piney flats or elizabethton.. im not the type of leave a review ever, but i got time today.

Car went into a ditch with a vertical drop off, car was at a 45 degree angle. It was an extremely difficult tow out and was only charged $100 (would have been $50 if it only required 1 truck but I needed the wrecker). They towed about 8 miles out and dropped car off the way I needed it for an additional $45. It was not only affordable, but took much less time than expected. Thank you so much for providing affordable towing services, very glad you guys were the closest and got my call. Made a very stressful event less so.

These guys are wonderful. I broke down in the middle of a intersection with my granddaughter. My windows was power so with no juice in the alternator or the battery the windows wouldnt roll down (mind you it was middle of Summer). Was to scared to get out because drinks in the corner. So we were burning up these guys stopped everything and came to our rescue. Not only did they tore my car but put a alternator and charged my battery. They did not have to go above and beyond a 50.00 tow but they did. The owner has the biggest heart and the guy sent to retrieve is was as nice as they come. If I remember correctly his name was Tim ..I would defiantly recommend these guys to anyone. If you want good service with a heart and compassion give affordable towing a call . Best in the johnsoncity area that I have dealt with

These guys are incredible!!! I recently got in my first accident (I was not at fault) and they have helped me in every way they could and more. They made an effort to make sure I had everything I needed, were very efficient, and are always there to pick up the phone 24/7. They even took the licence plate off my car (because it was totaled and had to be moved by the insurance company) and put it in their office for me to pick up at my leisure because I had forgotten to take it off. I am so happy these guys could help me out through this very difficult process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the bomb! When I first moved here (from the deeper south where it didnt snow) I was constantly having to call them to rescue me. They always showed up on time, smiling and got me back on the road. Theyre on my speed dial. Love you guys! BTW called them last month, again. Bahahahaha!

Tim sent a guy to tow my car, paid 40.00 cash to the driver with no receipt provided to me. They then billed the car garage with the same fee. Tim hangs up on you repeatedly when questions are asked of him. He refused to give his last name or the owner of the companys name. Wouldnt discuss what driver towed my vehicle. Told me to go to MS if I needed to talk to the owner before Monday! Extremely rude and Unprofessional!!!! Owner, Tony, called me back, was rude, basically called me a liar, told me a driver was off and couldnt have been the 1 to tow my car. He over talked me. Wouldnt listen. When I finally was able to tell him today was Tuesday, he realized his days were off?! Blamed his attitude on a bad travel experience?! Awful customer service experience from the guy in charge and from the owner of the company!!!! Use Browns Mill Towing!!!!!!!
