Wonder service not a long wait n the driver was very very respectful n helpful

My driver was punctual and I had an easy trip to my destination. The phone operator quoted my ride as $30 but when the driver arrived and called for the price check, he said out loud, “30 dollars? Alright.” He told me that my ride will be $30 so I gave him a $6 tip and then a $50 bill for the fare. The driver gave me back $15 and stated that the ride was $35. I asked if the person on the phone had changed the price and he replied “no ma’am the ride is $35.” Having heard at least twice about the original price, I thought this was unfair but I will let it slide. I plan to continue using WW Taxi Service because I’ve always received great service. Today was unfortunate and I hope that next time the pricing will be consistent and the drivers will be honest, thank you.

These guys are always my preferred cab company. The drivers are all very respectful and make you feel safe.

Yesterday my grandfather had a spell at my grandmothers work. He was laying in the parking lot. One of the WW Taxis drivers seen him and stopped and helped my grandfather to my grandmother. This company has some of the most caring employees. They truly show care for others. So thank you to that driver.

They were not on time. So i canceled. I called ahead of time to schedule a pick up for a taxi at 11:15pm at the airport. We waited and I called them they said a couple min, 10min later still no car so they said they were really busy on a Tuesday night in the tricities. Then called back another 10min later snd they were on their way but still 15min away which by the time they got to us would have been 45min later.Why schedule a call ahead taxi if they won’t pick you up when you request it well in advance. (I called around 4pm for an 11:15pm pick up.

The last 2 times I scheduled a pick up it was a no show when I called the day before when I called to see what happened I was told there was no record of my call. This is ridiculous especially when I have dr appointments.

*UPDATE: let me start from the beginning!!! Around the afternoon of Wednesday, May19, 2021 around 4:42 PM, I had called to schedule a pick-up and drop-off IN ADVANCE for my surgery tomorrow, Thursday, May 20, 2021. The first time I called yesterday on the 19th, I had made arrangements for a cab between the hours of 8:45 AM and 9:00 AM for a pick-up to go to Sycamore Shoals hospital and another pick-up around 3:30 PM and heading back to the Keystone apartments. Then I called a second time right after to confirm if you all took cash or card to which the dispatcher replied that it was strictly CASH ONLY. Come the morning of the 20th, I had gotten ready and was waiting for the cab at the arranged pick-up time and had even given directions detailing specific where to meet for the pick-up. I called a few min after 8:45 AM just to confirm that a cab was on its way to me; the driver did not pull up until 9:15 AM; I had even given my phone number which was jotted down incorrectly because I had to confirm with the driver and that is why I called back the second time this morning wondering why my cab was late. I was priced a different price yesterday on the phone than today when I was in the cab (I was told it was $14 yesterday and the driver charged me $12 to which I had tipped $3 to make it an even $15; I paid in cash with two $10 bills and got back a $5). I mentioned to the driver that if there should be a delay, I will call IN ADVANCE to cancel and pick a new time. ONE of the nurses when I was back in the holding area to go into surgery, at MY REQUEST, called around 11:00 AM to inform you all that the pick-up time for 3:30 PM was to be cancelled and informed that a nurse would CALL ONE HOUR before my discharge when I had gotten out of surgery. Terrible! Sent taxi to wrong pickup location and as a result I missed my appointment. Dispatcher was too eager to get meOff the phone and wouldn’t listen to me about where I was. Thanks a lot!

Poor customer service I called a taxi at 1am. I got a quote of 25 I really didnt care because I had it but I had to pay prior to him pulling off. He made it so awkward that he wanted the money before he left as if I couldnt afford the taxi. This left a distaste in my mouth. A service is supposed to be paid after the service not prior. Therefore I did not tip. Did not feel comfortable the driver played some explicit music. The only plus was that the taxi was clean but luckily Im just visiting but I will never use this company again.

I needed transportation from piney to bristol, i do not know where the W.W. taxi co. office is located but my driver was there in less then 20min and the trip was no longer than 25-30 min. And Brain(nickname BK) was very professional and honestly made my day. Highly impressed with the service that he gave, and will ask for him specifically in the future.

Here I Am in the worse class B movie ever with a dude and his son whom I dont know, long story short I needed a ride home from work, well this mfer I asked was so f ed up that he was in another demension, but there was a lil boy with him who asked me to make sure he got home, so the idea of .bouncin on this self proclaimed vampire lol fr he said that, was no longer an option for now the objective is to keep the kid safe, all that we get stranded and I called w.w. and they came through the driver was awesome, and the kid got home, but for me that guy nd his family made me lose my job and man it hurts goin out of my way to help and I got screwed but there are more jobs I hope...btw their is more to that story, but anyway bless ww taxi

This company is consistently rude. I would call to ask to arrange a pick up for a client, and he would answer with exasperation and anger towards me for requesting that of him. I was so confused by his response, and just figured, maybe he was having a bad day. I would explain that I was sorry if Id done anything to frustrate him, and if I could call at a better time to arrange a pick up, and he would say No, Im in the cab right now, I dont know, okay? I dont know. I cant take your card, and Im busy, okay. I dont know. I responded patiently and asked how we could make this work, and mentioned that we have used their services before (and I had the same issue every time) and I would very much like to stay a customer. And he raised his voice and repeated the same thing. I remained calm (although very hurt that this man would raise his voice at me for asking to do something so acceptable as to arrange a pick up from a *cab* company), and tried another approach. I asked when he might be able to take the time to schedule this, and he began yelling again, Maam I DONT KNOW OKAY?! I dont know. UGH. Im in the cab okay?! I dont know when Ill be back okay?! At that point I hung up, as I felt I was being unacceptably brutalized by a person for simply asking to use their service. Ive never written a review before, but Ive also never been yelled at by a company... for asking to use their service. Im appalled and hurt. If you are reading this W.W. Taxi. This was unacceptable behavior, and I hope you adjust your attitude and tone with clients. We have been a paying customer in the past and we have treated you with courtesy, respect, and kindness. I even apologized to you in case I had said or done anything that had upset you. You, however, showed no remorse. No courtesy. No compassion. Please show some kindness to the people who call in to you. There is absolutely no reason to treat someone maliciously, no matter how you may feel that day. And its no way to run a business.

Overcharged. Tried to claim that a $7 trip cost $10. And then tried to claim that a $7 trip was $10. Brought me to an ATM machine so there would be no record of the overcharge. I tip nicely and I tipped for the overcharged ride. They do not have meters in the cars, which is the law in most places. Walking is better if you can do it. Im honestly not even sure if its a gay overcharging thing or not. They seem great when they are driving, but, dont try to tell me I must have went with another company when thats the only number in my phone. We arent playing. It was $7 last time by zone and it was $10 tonight. Sorry. I still tipped nicely. They try to tell you that that the credit card machine isnt working so they can swindle. Real people will find another way.

We had a taxi take us to and from our venue. Two different drivers both were exceptionally courteous and prompt. Christopher was the driver who took us back he is a safe driver and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you

Got to my house about 10min after calling. Took my wife to work, my son to daycare, and myself to work. We went from exit 24 down to exit 17 and back to exit 24 for about 35 dollars. Gentleman that drove us was very pleasant and a good driver. Car was clean and nice.

I have had nothing but great service every time Ive called. Great drivers, great service, one driver even got out and helped us carry our groceries to the house. The price is also very reasonable as often as I use them it costs no more than a tank of gas for a week back and forth to work.

I called about one of their drivers using handicap parking doing personal shopping in one of their cabs. The car was not marked handicap in anyway. I even heard the driver in the store acknowledge she was parked in handicap and had to hurry. I called the company as not only using the space was illegal, it is completely inconsiderate to people who need it. The person that answered the phone at the cab company made the excuse of they were probably picking up a customer. He never asked anything about the car or the driver... just blew me off. It doesnt matter if the driver was doing a pickup, drop off, or personal shopping. The car should have not been there. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Im a new college student at ETSU and was involved in an accident last night where my car ended up totaled. I accidentally forgot a few things in the car and needed a ride to the towing parking lot this afternoon. The gentleman was very nice and personable and even went out of his way to get the license plate off the front of my car because I had said something about not being able to get that specific plate again. I am so appreciative and will definitely be using this service again if needed!!

Usually I am a reliable customer of this company in the past 72hrs. I have been told because of where I live I need to prepay the dispatcher and driver both lied and acted like they were on drugs. On top of that each time I have been told the dispatcher is the owner there is no better business page for them. They wanted me to pay $42 for a round trip tried thing me that Johnson city makes the codes. For a 5min up road drive they want over the cost of gas. When I asked why such a dramatic price increase the dispatcher proceeded to yell like a tweaked at a female customer who has seizures. I have never stood up a cab for any company I have always given ample warning if I need a cancellation. They already make bank off me because I cant drive and live in Elizabethton and now they try to rob me blind and give me druggie drivers what kind of business acts like this to another business owner. You all are pathetic excuses for a company taking advantage of people. I wish someone would shut them down.

Weve used W W Cab 2 times now and both were great experiences. We didnt realize that sometimes things get really hectic and times need to be better planned on the customers part. (So, our only choice was to use Reliable Cab. Omg!!! HUGE mistake!!! They should be called unreliable! We had to call and cancel our doctors appointment and then called to cancel the cab and was yelled at that I needed to call the day before or at least many hours in advance! )W W Cab we wont make that mistake again. Even with a long wait time we wouldve been better off using you. I cant wait until our vehicle repairs are done and we have our vehicle back. But, until then, youre our 1 and only choice.

Real jerk that runs the place. Guess from up north. I used there cab last night. Lost my keys. And the prick gave me a real hard about looking for them. Told me it be two hours before he could look in the car for them. So then I then we then me and my girlfriend went by the company twenty minutes later and he was there and said he had looked. This after he said it would take two hours. As he never bothered to call me and let me know. Now I dont have my house and I believe he hadseem them. Dont trust these people

This cab company is a joke I call a night ahead of time to get a taxi to pick me up at 7:30 and then call at 7 am to confer they will be there by 7:45 so I get to my 8 am drs apt its 8:11am and as usual still sitting here waiting on the taxi already missed on dr apt last month when i tried to use this company the lady driver I used the first time I used the company was a great driver and nice which is why I use the card she gave me but after today we will be using a different way cause this is is just not right and lord forbid you call to see if they forgot where they were supposed to be 45 min ago cause the man answering the phone is an a##hole he is rude everytime I call and I am always respectful

The review by John Saults below is misleading. WW only has one female driver right now, and believe me she is the cleanest driver ever. Her cabs are spotless. As for this losers comment that she asked him to sit in front, that is because he probably freaked her out in some way and she wanted him in front so she could watch his crazy ass. The loser also has another review where he bashes the hard workers of this company because they would not give him credit. I have something to say to him: go into Walmart or any store and ask for a carton of cigarettes and see if they will let you pay later. Cab services are not a public utility or run by a social service. They are a business. You are late to work, it is not their fault. Especially when you call for a cab 30 minutes before you have to be at work, and spend 35 getting ready. Try this and you may have success: call for a cab after you are ready and look out for it like most normal people do.

Visiting from Atlanta Ga; Is this how car service is ran here? The car seemed to be a left over from previous service days and grunted and rattled proving so. There were no posted medallions on meter accuracy verification for the year. It was obvious the driver smoked in the vehicle when not in transit. I think there’s a amateur lightweight running this show. I’m not even sure the vehicles fall under the term fleet. Uber- for a Lyft.....

My roommate goes to and from the exact same place frequently and the price is always different. I also have paid over the phone many times (when the card machine was working) like I did on Monday, without any problems. Today I call and a new girl answers the phone and said she couldnt let me pay over the because they need to see a photo ID. Asking questioning, the lady said this was a new policy...so apparently they just make up policies whenever they feel the need. Now theyve lost a customer. Cant wait for Uber to come to JC!

I just spent 40 minutes sitting in my driveway waiting for this cab company. It was close to time for me to be at work so I called to see if they were on the way or what. The guy who answered the phone not only told me that I was a liar and had not been patiently waiting for them but also that I could feel free to call someone else.

The dispatcher was ridiculously unprofessional! When I called he advised me that he would call me back when he located a driver, but didnt take down my # until I asked about taking it, then 40 minutes later I called to check status. He advised one was on way, which prompted my question about driver calling me upon arrival. He told me he was too busy to call me, I replied that I was about to call another company. He said go ahead! Seriously, is this how you treat customers? I wont be giving this company any business thanks to rude dispatcher...

Said driver was in the way. An hour later they said the same thing. After 2 hours they once again said the driver would be there soon. Ended up paying my neighbor to run me to the store. DO NOT RELY ON THEM! I dont like giving them 1star but I had to just to post this. In reality I have never used their services because they never showed up.

I have used WW for a bit now. I love most of their drivers. Always friendly. I have recently been taking round trips, as I go to work my fiancé brings them home. No big deal. Now, the first time I did this, the trip was 11.75. I scheduled pick up for 8:30. They dont get there until a quarter after 9 making me late for work. But it was race weekend. So I figured, life happens. Next time and for the next few times, trip is 13. OK. No big deal. Figured maybe they just discounted the first time because they were so late. They are still consistently late. Making me late for work. No matter what time I schedule pick up, they dont show until at least 5 after 9. Last time I make the trip, I hear dispatch say the trip is 15.75. I say something about the trip being 13 normally. Driver tells dispatch. Dispatch says I can have it for 13 this time, but its the last time the trip is supposed to be 15.75. That annoys me. Why is the price suddenly going up? I called just now to find out how much it would be. Guy at dispatch say 16, another price increase, granted just byba quarter this time, but still. I ask him about the changing price, dude is rather hateful as he says I dont know maam. Like I am just trying to get something for free or something. I have been a regular and faithful customer for months. I was told the trip is supposed to be half price on the way back. One way is 9.75. Half of that is 4.88. So thats so that is 14.66. Now, I dont want something for nothing. But I dont want to be cheated either. Nor do I want to consistently be late for work, even when explaining to dispatch what I need. Not sure what is going on there, but I beginning to feel, much to my dismay because I do love the drivers there, that my loyalty to this company is not in warranted. Might be different if I felt there was someone I could talk to who wouldnt be rude. I dont know. Anyway, they do have great drivers.

I just called www taxi and Yankee answered the phone. He’s not professional at all. He’s the only dispatch that gives people problems. To speak to owner you have to call on fridays which I did and was supposedly given a credit due to the fact yankee overcharged me $10 guess who is unaware of it yankee as of 8:06 am. To the owner you said you had my info together and it would not be a problem thanks for a owner told lie. Yankee is rude. Joker is professional and so is the lady that sales Mary Kay. Thx www taxi for not honoring your contract with act and making it hard to get to work smh . 1.you owe me from overcharging2 your inconsistant 3. Nine of your word is worth anything bc even the owner lied🤷🏾‍♀️

I called and talked to dispatch and he said it would be an hour before someone could get to me, so thats fine. I called back an hour later and he said someone is on there way, hour later and still no taxi. You need to tell people how far away the driver is. Because I paid a random person to take me where I needed to go.

This place really sucks hard. I noticed someone sat in their driveway 40 mins. I get it too. Ive sat for 3or4 hrs. WW sucks and all the drivers are trashed or just unpleasant and usually you have body odor bad. Do not fool with WW cab. I remember the last female driver had a thick coating of dirt. She looked like she rolled in dirt then asked if Id sit next to her up front. I didnt and I got the cab to stop a few blocks away because it smelled like nasty unwashed sex in the car. Totally disgusting. I cant imagine catching something in the back of a cab by yourself. It always smells like that and I swear Ill take a lie detector test and testify before every citizen in this country. Its unsanitary as hell and theyre all crackheads. Ive had so many ask me if I do coke. Its pathetic.

My first time riding with this company was in May, I had a pretty good experience riding with Joyce. Pretty cheap as well, I just wish there were more cabs available.

After driving 7 hours, a marathon pack, load and move across 4 states, unloading the truck, I called for a pickup at 2pm so I could drop off the truck... They never showed. Walked 50 min home. Called them and the guy lied, was argumentative. NEVER use this service EVER! Turd buckets! Less than one star!

Called at 9:30 am for a cab to pick me up at 3 pm. 3:02 cab was not there. Called and was told Ones in its way. 3:30 NO CAB! Never again will I call this company, I dont care if I have to walk 10 miles to get where Im going.

So I called ww cab...They arrive here they tell me I cant get in the car with a gas jug ( my friend ran out of gas with her two children by the way) I politely ask the man can I just put it in the trunk he got rude with me on my property and told me hell no. I will never recommend using their services... There rude to their customers...I see why their going out of business.

This is the WORST taxi company period the dispatcher is rude and charged me different prices for going to same place when i said something about it he hung up on me when i asked for the owners number he hung up on me again. Someone hit my car this week and their insurance isnt paying for a rental until Monday. Was going to get an Uber but I like to support local businesses. Called to get a ride for my fiancé to go to work about an hour and a half in advance to be safe. They were a bit late. No big deal, I know how that goes but the dispatcher didnt need to be so short with me. I was trying to be polite and just wanted to check to make sure everything was okay. Poor customer service, unfortunately. Not the kind of interaction you want to have on a Sunday morning after a hellacious week. The cab is still pretty late. Not reliable for work purposes. Guess well get an Uber next time to make sure were on time.
