A couple of weeks ago we requested a cab to go to airport. Cab did not come. Nobody called us. When we called, nobody responded and their mailbox was full.UNreliable taxi is the best company to miss your flight.

Did not end up using services but called and explained situation. She put me on schedule for time just in case so wouldnt have to wait if cb. Nice

My mother is elderly she walked to the bottom of my driveway and they never showed after she waited on them for two hours and they called said they was on way and she walked down a big driveway sit there for another hour. What if this was their mom or what if she had fallen or gotten sick. Think people before u get this taxi service it might be your parent next time.

First off the drivers are ok however whoever is working dispatch is ride and lazy you can never get ahold of anyone and when you do there is a two hour wait which is usually how long it takes for someone to snswer

They seriously need to be shut down, or at the very least change the name to UNRELIABLE taxi... they always take forever... not open very late.. sometimes they dont even answer the phone.. oh and one time they just didnt show up, and 45 minutes after they were supposed to I called and their phone was shut off..how are these people still in business?

My step dad was carrying my son crossing the street at by Freiberg’s and the red mini van reliable taxi didn’t slow down or bother to stop although he had the right away. When we called the company to report the issue the guy just said okay and didn’t care one bit. We’ve had multiple issues with these reliable taxi’s where we almost get into an accident from them. They obviously don’t care about safety. They are literal trash

I dont normally write reviews, but I wanted to put in a good word for this company since the reviews here are so mixed. I called for a taxi from the airport to JC and they sent one right away. The driver was very friendly and the rate was very reasonable. Thumbs up from me.

Their drivers are the WORST! literally almost hit me in crosswalk! I had the right away in middle of corsswalk and red dodge mini van was not even an inch from hitting me! Called number and they DO NOT CARE

The lady that answered phone tonight. was very unruly and unprofessional. Cussing and non since this is unprofessional and I am disappointed.

They left me at the courthouse AFTER my father had already prepaid them with his credit card. Not only that, but they stole his identity from him giving his credit card number, thinking he could trust them to do one simple task and actually do their job. Nope...

The older gentleman that drive the red car usually. He is extremely rude extremely extremely rude!!!!! I have seen him numerous numerous times throw trash out his windows in businesses parking lots!!! Not a person that should be working with people period!!!!!!!!!!

Super friendly guy I called to check the rates and he had no problem looking for me. He was very kind even though I didnt order the cab at that moment.

You get what you pay for. Very bad service. The phones are never answered and it has taken me 30 minutes to get through to them, it either goes to voicemail where their mailbox is full, of course, or it just hangs up. Other times I have tried for an hour to call them and no one picks up so I have given up and have called WW. Its not uncommon to wait 90 minutes for cab pickups. If at all possible and someone actually answers the phone, its best to schedule a pick up time with this company and if you need a ride ASAP then go with WW or Uber. The only reason Reliable stays in business is because of their low prices as compared to other cab companies but if their prices were similar they would be kaput. They literally give other cab companies business as some people would be OK with paying a higher price for better service elsewhere.

Reliable driver hit mirrors with mine and busted my adjustment bracket. Owner refused to do anything about it. Driver didnt even stop to see if any damage was done.awful awful experience.

Wow its crazy what people are saying. I had an amazing experience. Came on time. Really fast actually, guy was very professional & nice& ride was pretcheap, witch is great for people who are looking for just that! If you are smart and want to wait for hours after they said 45 min eta then call these guys. Do you know how embarrassing it is when your with your family and kids and you have to sit at the mall for over an hr !!!!!!

If I could rate 0 I would they are horrible van 43 was flying through a parking lot an almost took out our back end and I had three babys in my car! Then when we called to talk to a manager they apparently only had one number and the man cussed me and kept calling a b*tch and cussing me wouldnt even let me explain when we passed the van the people in it was laughing at us like it was supposed to be funny they almost hit a car full of kids! These people need to be shut down or have better drivers !!!!!!

I find it pretty disheartening that the highest rated company barely made it above 3 stars. Having to consistently wait over an hour for a cab is absolutely unacceptable. You can badmouth Uber all you want. But I would much rather be able to use the app (no rude dispatchers to deal with!), and even at the last minute, have a ride where I need to go. And I can count on the driver showing up in 15 minutes or, more often, less. I can also track his movements on the app so I know where the driver is.I was thinking about using a cab to go to the airport but I dont want to risk missing my flight. Even the comments from people who ordered the day before for a specific pick up time ended up waiting an hour or more for the cab. I would much rather pay extra for the peace of mind knowing that I will arrive on time for my flight. If the worst you have to say about Uber is the type of insurance they are required to carry, then I will stick with them everytime.You say you have problems you need to work on, then why havent you? You say its okay for your employees to talk rude to the customers because of how they are spoken too. You call having your drivers showing up over an hour later to pick up their fares exceptional service and then have the nerve to complain because they didnt get a tip. Your customers consistently show up late for their own jobs but your drivers are not at fault for that. All you are doing is offering excuses, not solutions.Seriously folks, it may cost a little extra but its better than losing your job for being late

I have read some of the reviews on here about this cab service. Some of are just plain untrue. As a former rider of both WW and Trinity, I can honestly say that Reliable rates are the lowest. Yes, some of the drivers may be appear unprofessional, but what can you expect when you do not tip but expect exceptional service? Drivers have to have a clean driving record not only to get a special driver licence, but they also have to get a city permit. Uber drivers do not have to have a special driver licence or a city permit, and for that matter they only have to carry liability insurance. So who is going to pay off if the amateur idiot that works for Uber wrecks and you get hurt? Maybe you can try suing Uber and wait 10 years while it stays tied up in court. It is really simple, actually, you do not hire a butcher to pull your teeth, you go to a professional. You need to get somewhere but cannot drive because you lost your licence for some reason or cannot get one, ride a bus. You want professional service, expect to pay for it. It is only with Reliable you wont have to pay near as much for the same trip.

Im not sure about this taxi service but from the reviews I wouldnt recommend at all. This place is owned by the same people who own this Allys towing and I had a horrible experience with the lady who owns the tow company she was very nasty to me, I did call upset because I thought my car was illegal taken, which Im fighting the city on still because the car drives and was parked in front of my house... point is dont do any business with these people, very nasty attitude and threatened to raise the insane 135.00 tow for 0.8 miles if I came there with an attitude. Some people just cant deal with people in the real world maybe she needs anger management IDK..never ever do business with them, ruuuuuuunnnn!!!..

Sons car down and he wont miss work so had to go alternate transportation. Taxi service only option this morning. Spoke to very nice lady about 5am said it would be appx $10 from our home to his work cause dayshift slightly different. The total miles was 4.2 and my son said he needed at least $15 so could tip. The driver is punctual and gets him there on time but when my son gives him a $20. All he has the driver informs him he has no change and where my son works there r no businesses that have change in cash so he had no choice but to leave the $20. The driver never offered to go on his dime to get change. The driver conveniently waited till they arrived at the destination to make my son aware of no change. They passed 3 convience stores and 2 grocery story on way that my son could have broken the $20. Im very disappointed in the driver for conveniently waiting so not able to get change sohe got a 20 for an 11 trip and my son no money to get home. Taxi service did pick him up at end of shift but I have to pay difference when they arrive. Wont use again. Bad customer relations.

Terrible service. Customers be advised: This taxi service has horrible customer service and will charge an arm and a leg for transportation. You wont pay from /your/ point A to point B. You will pay for the drivers mileage from wherever they come from. Theres no meter inside the cabs. Theres no boss and their customer service wont allow for you to speak with any kind of boss or supervisor. Beware! I paid over $100 for a destination that was a mile or two away from where I was picked up.

Excellent rates and service. Little delay but that happens with all cab companies. Reliable Taxi is pet friendly. They also offer a free ride to the animal shelter with proof of adoption. I have noticed a few posts on here from Michael Lascola. This idiot used to work for Reliable Taxi and was fired. Mr. Lascola should be warned that there laws against slander, and in this case, libel. Further untrue posts against the character of Reliable and its staff will be forwarded to legal.There is a difference between a valid complaint and downright lies from uneducated people such as Michael Lascola.I have also noticed that some of the bad reviews of Reliable are for the very same things that other cab companies do. Mistakes are made. The main ones that are complaining are the type of people that no business owner would want in their business anyway. For example, imagine if you opened a business selling shoes that you want $10 a pair for, but have customers come in demanding that you sell them for $5 and that you deliver those shoes to them out of town. How would you feel about such a person? Well, that is the type of person who loves to come on places such as this and make atrocious claims.For the most part, all of the drivers are more professional and more regulated than Uber or Lyft. The company complies with all Federal, State and City regulations. Which is more than can be said for these other fly by night companies that flaunt such rules.It also best to remember that taxies are businesses and not a social service. It is not their job to hold your hand and make sure you get to work on time when you call 10 minutes before you have to be there and spend 15 wasting time when the cab gets there. Since businesses are run by people, you cannot treat people rudely and expect not to be treated in the like manner. So, yes, the people that do not whine, give tips and are decent will always get better and faster service.

I dont know where everyone else went to but i had great experiences everytime. Yes there was a 45 minute delay the first time but its expected you just have to know your not the only person thats using them. The driver was friendly and helpful. The second time they were here quick and got us to our destination fast when we caled back there was a delay but what do you expect? The driver came back got us and was friendly and nice and helped us the best he could. They are definatley my first call now.

Consider using Uber or Lyft.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. MY HUSBAND HAD SET UP A PICK UP AND THEY WERE LATE. HE CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT PICK HIM UP BECAUSE HE WAS ONLY HAD TWO DRIVERS AND DID NOT WANT TO SEND THEM OUT OF THE CITY. IT IS ONLY 5 MILES OUT OF J.C. THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE SET THE APPOINTMENT UP IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED MY HUSBAND TO LET HIM KNOW THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE COMING. THIS WAS A RIDE TO GET INTO HIS TRUCK TO DELIVER A LOAD. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO UNRELIABLE

No one is perfect and not one taxi company can make everyone happy. People put reviews on here and dont tell everything on here. Someone says we broke a mirror but didnt tell that he was on the wrong side of the road and the police said it wasnt our fault. Michael Lascola puts on here that that we are druggies but he got fired from Reliable Taxi for bringing pills to work with him and distributing them out but they can accuse someone else of something thats not true. Some reviews may be true and we need to work on a few things and Im sorry but i dont expect my dispatcher to pick up the phone and get cussed out because they tell a customer that it will be 20 minutes, you dont hear the whole story on here. We do have problems and some people do have a right to complain but some people that are rude and want to have their taxi in 5 minutes or they will cuss you out, im just saying im not going to fire them if they dont have the best attitude when they get cussed. As someone who uses this cab company at least 3 times a week I am incredibly disappointed, I called to get a ride home from work but for sent to voicemail 6 times.

Dont ever work here the pay isnt enough and when u work another job the owner gets mad cuz you are saposed to work for him and no one else and when u cant work a day that he wants due to the fact that you have another job he wont pay you even tho you have had it schedule for your other job on his schedule board for a week he wont look at it so dont ever work here

I called them to pick me up from the airport and waited from 9:10pm until 10:30pm. It was very bad experience. Ask your friend to give you a ride instead.
