I filed my taxes there they came in 2 days ago cant get ahold of anyone and no one at the office their phones disconnected

Went to go file my taxes at easy an direct tax services and they were closed their son says Sunday 10 am to 8 PM and it is 3 PM I knocked on the door also called the number on the door and no one ever answered if theyre not gonna be open when they say they are then they dont need to be in business
