The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our 11 month old twins had a blast in the toddler area. We paid only $15 for them both. We will definitely be returning.

This place was so much fun our 4 and 2 year olds we all had a blast it was $20.00 for the 4 of us 2 adults and 2 kids we got to play on the inflatables with our kids it was not over crowded there was plenty of room for all the kids to run and play we stayed for about 3 hours it was great ! Staff was super nice and helpful they have food and drinks pizza, popcorn,dip and dots and lots more this place was great the kids and one parent get wrist bands that have a number on them that they check as you leave to make sure you are leaving with the kid you came with also there is video monitoring 100% of the time so you feel safe letting your kids run free and having fun we will definitely be going back for years to come there is 5 big inflatables and a big jungle gym for the older kids and a good sized square for the tinys 3 and under to play in that no big kids are allowed in its awesome I recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice day out with the kids !

My daughter had my grand daughters 2nd birthday @ Wallabies. Everything was pretty good until after the party. I realize it was late in the afternoon when it was over but while the baby and a few kids left from the party there was some bigger kids (not sure if they were in the age limit or not? ) Anyways they were running wild and I had to grab the baby several times because these bigger kids were running crazy and jumping from the outside into the middle of the inflatables. I never did see any staff out there watching over things. From now on the staff may wanna do a better job of preventing this from happening because I assure you if they wouldve hurt my grand kid it wouldnt have been good.

Its wasnt too busy for a Saturday. The kids had a blast . A few of the bounce houses needed some repairing other than that it was a good time

This was our first visit with 7 kids and they all had an absolute blast. Booking the party was reasonably priced and the rooms are big enough to accommodate large parties. We will definitely be back!

Visited for a birthday party on a Saturday. It was very crowded and the party felt rushed for time. The kids had a blast on all the inflatables. Even the adults joined in.

Wonderfully priced and plenty of places for tired parents to rest lol Wasnt too busy. Area for toddlers gated off with plenty of things to crawl in and up. Good selection of snacks reasonably priced.

My son has a blast, only gripes are that you cant being in outside drinks or small snacks, and the concessions are a little high. Will return, would recommend. Toddler area, all the way up to ps4s and Xbox 1s for teens.

LOVE this place! No crazy covid restrictions on our kids so they can actually enjoy themselves. They keep everything very clean and they do monitor to make sure kids stay in their age group. There is a gated in toddler area that my son very much enjoyed. You CANT beat the prices!

I loved this place because i was able to turn my child loose and let him wear himself out. He was dripping sweat and fell asleep within minutes of going to bed that night. Affordable and highly recommend.

Arrived at 2:30pm and they said they were closing at 3:30pm due to the air being out but expected us to pay full price for admission. The manager was rude about it and acted as if I shouldn’t expect any accommodations for the price due to the circumstances.

Wouldnt chose another indoor place to play. Walabies is the best around. My children when they see the building are always excited. Plenty to do between the inflatables, soft play for younger children, a princess room, and a gaming room. Safe for children. Very clean. Jerry is always there to help and the service amazing. They have great choice of snacks for kids, and I look forward to our next visit its worth the 45 min drive.

I ordered a pizza and it really wasnt bad for $10 and you can jump on Tuesdays for $5 with purchase of a t-shirt. So pay $12 at one time and jump and then $5 from then on. Staff was friendly and the kids did not have to wear a mask.

Nice place for parents to sit back and get some stuff done ( free wifi and electrical outlets for charging devices so dont forget your charger!) while the kids wear themselves out (jump, Jump, JUMP). Very clean place with concessions ( pizza, corn dogs, cheese nachos, drinks, ect) also, nice clean bathrooms. They have separate bathrooms for girls, boys, men, and women which I think is kind of neat. The toliets and sinks are lower to the ground for the kids. Pay the admission fee and you can stay all day! Also, they have party rooms you can rent for bday parties. My favorite is called the beehive spa. Its a spa/makeover themed room for little girls. Hair, make up, nails, you can also make ur own perfumes, lip gloss and sugar scrubs. Not sure on the prices tho so it may be expensive.... they staff is always friendly and helpful every time Ive been.

We had my sons first birthday here. You pay $200 for 1hr in the party room and are only allowed 8 kids at the party. If you go over 8 kids, its $12 per kid. Only get two pizzas and 2 small drink pitchers. If you need more you have to pay insane prices since they dont allow outside food or drinks. Staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. Dont waste your time or money booking here.

Wallabies is a fun place for the kids to play. Tickets are good for all day. However, all day is not truly all day. If you want to leave and come back the same day, their policy is to charge you again. Basically you are being encouraged to buy their overpriced and lack luster food and drink. I guess making a few extra bucks is more important than honoring an all day ticket.

This space for kids is great. Its an especially good deal when you get the frequent visit card. Kids can play as long as they like! I have plugged in my laptop and worked while kids play happily for a couple of hours. Staff have been nice and welcoming to our kids too.

Friendly and fun for the kids and affordable to have done it ourselves would have cost probably more than what we had to pay and most of the party was done for us. We all had a good time.

Absolutely fun place. We went for the first time and my kids loved it. Definitely going back for birthday parties and cheers to the guy who let me sample the fountain water prior to purchasing it.Water taste different, eh!?

Love this place! Very friendly staff that explained everything! Great prices for the littles to play all day while I study at the tables for parents! NO TIME LIMITS! Also a decently sized play area for crawling age! Everything is super clean including the bathrooms! Very reasonably priced consessions when the kids get thirsty and hungry! My 4 year old loves it! Definitely will be back and maybe even book her birthday here.

It was lots of fun for my 17mo! We only used the toddler area in the middle, but she loved exploring and playing in the area! The other parents were great, too...everyone watched out for each other...if one of us saw a child about to fall, whomever was closest perched to catch! And if one was helping a child to the top of the slide (small), they helped all the children and encouraged them to take turns! They also do Military discounts! Definitely going back!

While generally my family and I have enjoyed going to Wallabies (off and on for 4 1/2 years) I was very frustrated and disappointed by our experience there today. My mother and I took my 3 kids there for our 4 year old to attend a birthday party. While she was in the party I had my 6 year old and 16 month old to watch. Because it was impossible to watch them both at the same time in 2 separate play areas I asked my 6 year old to help me watch her younger sister in the 3 & under area. She was quiet, polite and attentive to her baby sister.An employee approached her directly and told her she would have to sit outside the area. Meanwhile as I made eye contact with him to explain that I had asked her to help me, my 16 month old fell off the small play area face first.Frustrated, I asked to speak with the manager assuming that this employee was mistaken about the policy. The manager, stated that NO CHILD OVER 3 can be in the toddler area. While I understand the rationale (and even insurance ramifications) for such a rule I also believe a manager should have the foresight to be able to empathize with parents and families and ensure a fun and safe experience for all. A better policy would be for no unsupervised children over 3 to be allowed in that play area.Again, I was very disappointed and will not be bringing our familys business back for a while. I would suggest that any large families with children under 3 find another way to spend a play day.

Loved the facility lots of fun but I think the pizza is too high for what it is. Also wish you could bring your own food for birthdays.

I was their with my son that has downs. FRIENDS had a Easter party there for the kids and the people were nice and helpful. It was clean. The kids love being able to play in the bouncy houses. Some of the parents had to help their kids and it seemed to be ok. They have a place thats separated for the little ones to keep them safe. They also have a little snack bar. Its a nice place to take kids so they can be kids

It was a nice place for kids to be kids. Quite a few inflatables and slides. A bit cramped for space and parking. The kids had a great time and overall was a good place for them to play in bad weather.

We booked my sons birthday party here. We rescheduled one time with no issues or extra cost. Its very clean and the staff is really helpful and friendly.

Clean environment and the kids always have a blast. Been going for 8 years and we are always happy when we leave.

I took my 11 children there, and they seemed to enjoy it a lot, although my youngest child Amadeus Jacqueline IV seemed to be quite traumatized by the restrooms. He was too afraid to tell me what had happened after we left. I will try to get it out of him from my oldest child, Atticus Quentin III. Godspeed, Wallabies!

Great price. My little one loved it but the toddler area, my niece was not allowed in that area with my daughter. My collar bone was broken and I was in a sling, so my niece was there to play with my daughter. However, a employee said my neice was not allowed in the play area with my 2 year old, and my 2 year old was too small for the rest of the place! It ended up being a boring time there. My niece was there to play and help my 2 year old since I was unable too myself! Was very disappointed. This has been a few months ago. I havent returned since.

Something for all your kids no matter what their age, thanks to the new video game room. Had my 7 year olds birthday party there too and I didnt have to do anything! The staff took care of everything we needed so I actually got to enjoy the party.

The price is great! His grandfather bought him a shirt so if he wears it on Tuesdays he gets in for $5! Well worth it!

Fun place to take the kids. Plenty of room for parents to hang out while the kids play. Nice to get kids out of the heat or cold and still have a fun place to play. Just beware the game room-- they may start begging for quarters. At least the claw machine is play until you win.

My son is 2.5 and has been going to Wallabies since he was 1. He LOVES this place! So much fun. Children under 3 can be accompanied by an adult which is actually pretty fun for us too. :) Our son loves the foam block shapes in the toddler area as well.The new play area that has been added is nice, but the tallest slide is soo fast! My son flew out of that thing! A little dangerous for little ones.

I had my granddaughters birthday party hare, and If you do plan to have one there, Please always confirm your reservation before getting off the phone with them while making the reservation. I wrote the time down that I had told the manager on the phone and when I called back to confirm a few days before the party, I was notified that the time was 2 hours earlier than what was previously stated and I had already sent out invitations. Of course when I brought this up to the manager I was told that was the time they had in their book. Also be prepared to walk a bit once you arrive for the party, Their parking lot is always full and had to park in another parking lot that was designated for Wallabies overflow parking. This is not desirable when having to carry in a cake and other party supplies. Suggestion to Wallabies: Have reserved parking for those that have party reservations. There are only 4 party rooms, so reserving 4 parking spaces shouldnt be an issue. Also, I had ordered ice cream for the party and none was served, which thankfully I was not charged for the ice cream when I went to finish paying for the party. My party assistant did what she needed to do. including helping decorate the room and serving the pizza and cake and I didnt have to clean up afterwards. That was the only good thing other than the kids did have fun but it was so crowded it was miserably hot in the building. I will not be using them again however.

We love going to play here! My kids are young but they love when we take them up the slides. 4 stars because a lot of the inflatables are showing some major wear and some patching/ upgrading could be used but overall we love time spent here

Very good place to take your child or children. Lots of fun. We took our 4 year old son and he had the best time. He talked about it for days, he still talks about it. We will definitely take him back. And by the way, $9 was cheapest weve ever spent going to Johnson City

We was only 1s in there.my grandson his little friend and a baby not yr old.the man in charge was awful.i called 1st was was told the baby was free.he lied.will never go again

Had our 6year olds birthday party there and had a great time playing. Everything was average for the money. Was a bit surprised that they counted our birthday girl as one of the 8 children in our head count tho So I paid for an extra child? And, they have no parking out front for those having a party. This makes it difficult to get everything inside on time and set up. We almost had to park up on the hill and walk it down. It was pouring rain too. They need to designate a few parking spots out front for their party rooms. Would be much more convenient.

The cleanest childrens bounce facility I have ever been to. Great set up with babies and toddlers play area in the middle surrounded by tables with plug ins for parents. The large bounce houses are make up the outside ring along the walls of the facility. So much fun!

Definitely a good place to take your kids. It was 10 bicks and some change for our child to play for hours. They give you and the child both matching bracelets so they cant leave unless you are with them.

Absolutely love the changes made under the new owners! Inflatables, game room & the amazing playground are hours of fun. Its a family favorite for sure!

Took my kiddos here for the first time and we were there for over three hours. They had an absolute blast. the inflatables are huge. The layout is great for keeping track of where your kids are. The snack stand has a lot of options. The bathrooms were clean. And the staff was friendly.

The facility is nice and clean. My kids had a great time. I would not suggest having a party as it is overpriced for having the party room for one hour. The party assistant just brought stuff in the room. She didnt clean up, pour drinks, pass out pizza, help with the cake or even provide us utensils. We had to go ask for that ourselves. We also had to go back up front and get the presents for my son that were on the cart rather than them bring it to us. We could have just brought in a cake and paid for each child individually. It would have been cheaper and I did everything myself anyway. Great place for kids to play but poor choice for a party!
