We rented chairs for my grandsons birthday party not only were they the cheapest place in the entire area to rent them the staff were all incredibly sweet and helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to them for any rental needs.

Offered a good selection, but had very low stock of supplies. Went ahead and proceeded with holding my rental, but readjusted amounts. When we had to cancel my event due to Covid, I emailed the rental place 33 days before the event. They never responded even though it was quite sufficient to book and place the order via email. When I called to cancel they refused to return the $251charged to my card. I had never signed the contract they sent me bc there was an error in the print out and it was never corrected. This business is a crock. Beware of renting from them. They will scam you out of your money.

I am usually one to write great reviews or not at all. I will say that the bulk of our order made by the venue was through Celebrate and it was beautiful and all seemed great (I think it was just napkins and tablecloths but it may have been more. Im not sure because it was included in the venue cost). We went there the week prior to the wedding- so it was last minute- to pick up a cupcake stand. We had incorrectly assumed that our baker would have them to provide and they didnt, so we were in a rush. They showed us the ones on display that would work for our needs but they were all banged up and chipped from use. We approached them and asked if we would have to use the floor models or if they had extras on reserve, but they did not that short notice. It was disappointing but we didnt have another option. We asked, after placing our order, if it would be okay for us to touch it up with some paint before the wedding, and they said they would do that (it would have saved us a half hour of discussing what to do if they had told us that up front because we were really concerned about they wear on them). You could tell it had been touched up previously. They gave us a discounted cost of $30 for it (instead of the usual $35) because of the condition of the stand, which was great. Overall we left mostly satisfied. Come the day of the wedding, it was delivered in the exact same condition as it was on the floor at the store. We had no paint because we expected it to have been done already. Frankly, I loved my wedding day and I didnt mind because it was such a minor thing in the grand scheme of the day, but I really disliked the way they handled us originally and the fact that they didnt follow through with what they said they would do. It should have been a quick and easy fix.

I have used Celebrate on four seperate occasions. Including wedding and most recently my sons second birthday party. While what we rented was nothing special. Just three tables and thirty chairs. I genuinely felt like I was the most important guest of the day. The staff is beyond friendly to the point I stayed 10 minutes after I was done talking about things totally unrelated to my visit there with one of the gentlemen that loaded the truck. Those guys take extreme care not to damage your vehicle by the way. I got there somewhat late considering the party was at 1 pm and I arrived around 1130am but I was in the front door telling them what I needed to back on the 4 highway in 15 minutes including the time spent flapping my jaw. Overall I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else if possible because these people deserve your business.

If you go here make sure you wear your best dress clothes. Went in there today to get some ideas for wedding decor and was treated like I was a bum off the street because I was wearing a plaid shirt, ball cap, and jeans. Was not shown anything other than, just look at whats on the showroom floor Mind you, I could have brought them a hefty amount of business $$. I want to do the scene of pretty woman and go in there wearing my most dashing expensive clothes and hair done up just to see if I were to be treated any differently. This review might have an update if I ever waste time to prove a point to rude people. I would waste my money on half beaten up stuff anyways.

This place has an impressive collection of costumes and is well worth the stop. They also carry some good quality makeup products including Ben Nye eyeshadows. However, the makeup counter sales staff could use a little sensitivity training. I have an untreatable skin condition that requires me to use a heavy foundation on my face. Every time I have purchased my foundation at this store I am told that all the area drag queens use this product. While I am confident in my appearance, I get the idea that the question is really Are you a guy? No offense to all the drag queens out there, but I find the comment insensitive.
