I was very impressed with the level.of service and friendliness of the employees. It was very busy and there were several cars lined up at all the service bays, but every employee I saw and interacted with was efficient and friendly.

They always have amazing and trustworthy people working here and provide fast and affordable service.If my car has any little issues in-between oil changes, I run it by Jiffy Lube first and they’ve always helped with either fixing it or letting me know what’s wrong before I go to the dealership and it’s greatly appreciated.

Quick service. Guys here know what theyre doing. Often times technicians at other oil change business are not confident in whats best for Fiats (solely from my experience), and it was no issue for them. Shoutout to Mike, who let us know we handed him an extra 20 on accident and for giving us great service.

Omg 😲 this is BY FAR the VERY BEST Jiffy Lube location I have ever visited and used within the Tri Cities area!!!! Their employees were so friendly and helpful that I had to get on here and brag about their utmost customer service. I told these particular employees everything that had been going on with my vehicle outside of just needing a routine oil change and an air filter replacement and they absolutely surpassed any and all expectations of just about ANYONE who I have asked for help and advice!!!! Thank u so much to this locations employees for offering me such great help and advice and even local numbers to mechanics around the Tri Cities area in order to assist me with getting some minor transmission work done to my car. Keep up the great work and I will MOST DEFINITELY be back to this location when I am due for my next oil change. Sidenote.......Michael was the employees name whom helped me the most and gave me such great advice and answers to my transmission issues and sensor malfunctions 😉😉😉😉

I have been taking my vehicles to this particular Jiffy Lube since 2011. The consistency and care in which this team has provided during my visits have been nothing short of outstanding. Not only do they work fast and efficiently with oil changes, but this team is also well versed in the ability of spotting deficiencies before they become a bigger issue down the road. Cant beat that customer service either. 5 stars.

I dont think Ive ever had a more pleasant and fast oil change in my life. The guys there were really nice, checked all my fluids, topped off what was needed, made recommendations (with honesty), and didnt try to shove extra expenses down my throat like most places. Ive always gone to Free Service in the past, but Jiffy Lube is not only much nicer, more professional, and cheaper, but they also clean your windows and vacuum. And I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. $60 for a synthetic blend and a 15 minute wait...you seriously cannot find another place in town to beat that.

Used them a couple of times, not a bad price or wait time. My only complaint would be that they do not do everything they list as complimentary when you verbally state something was completed at the time of check out, & clearly was not done often makes one wonder if anything else was truly completed. Called and even told them it wasnt done he said I could bring it back and they would see that it was done. Its the principle $72.79 🤔full price/partial service. Just double check your invoice to make sure of what you are paying for.

Really nice location not my favorite one but its still a good place for an oil change. Some of the staff seem like they dont care while the others are so good they seem to be helpful enough to make up for the others. Jiffy Lube is a great store all together tho.

Jiffy lube is a good place here in town with nice people and they are not a bunch of minimum wage workers that do not know vehicles but work there anyway. A guy there had a stripped oil pan and just a local $9 an hour tech rethreaded his oil pan and did not charge him a dime. I was impressed by that and I would recommend

I only give the JC Jiffy Lube a 5 star review is because I went to TN for Thanksgiving last year and at the time my boyfriend was employed there and he worked on my car and did a great job of it.

Got my oil changed yesterday and today my car completely leaked all of the oil and I was stuck on the side of the interstate. They failed to tighten in the drain plug all the way.

Most helpful and very knowledgeable mechanics. They really know their lubes! 😎

It was very fast. They do sell the filters, but they are not pushy about it. I like the staff here.

Will never be returning to this business. The cost difference between synthetic oil and conventional oil is outrageous here. No other service facility charges that much in difference. We have always paid $61 at either the Valvoline or Ford dealerships when getting the vehicle serviced. This Jiffy Lube charged $93.61 for the same service and on top of all they were extremely rude when asked why the cost was so high. Guess that the extra $52.00 was for washing the windows that they half a$$ed. We will never use any Jiffy Lube again and fortunately if all of them opperate as this one does, they will not be in business much longer anyhow. DO NOT USE this service facility. THIS IS EVERYONES WARNING. DO NOT SAY THAT YOU DID NOT HAVE A WARNING.

Wow....some of these sound like my transmission issues now. They bring in your air filters to ask us to change them...up sell....it looked like they dragged them across the floor. I had an issue right after they changed my oil and filters....the engine light came on i thought it was odd then it went off,,,but my trans changed rough for a few miles then stopped. On march 14th, I had another change...same drill with the up sell attempts, but this time the engine light was on when i got in my car to leave. Thinking it was the same situation with a re-calibration or something, I left and sure enough the transmission changed rough again..I figured itd quit again but it hasnt.... not sure if I should make them look at it since I cant prove it now that Ive left. Someone told me it may be an air intake temp sensor that they bang on when they rip out your air filters to try to upsell you...all i can say is..if they knew my day job, theyd better think twice.

A few weeks after having my oil changed here (June 2012), I noticed my automatic transmission was stalling. I had it looked at, and someone had unscrewed the filter on my transmission, damaging it, and then screwed it back on. Unless some malicious criminal did this at night, what happened is that someone at this location unscrewed the wrong filter, using excessive force and causing damage. But when transmission fluid came out instead of oil, instead of replacing the filter with a new one (or for that matter, telling me!) he screwed it back on, casing a slow transmission leak, and ultimately leading me to need a transmission replacement. This could be due to one bad employee, but then again, it could reflect poor management. Judging by the other horribly reviews, as well as the lack of professionalism I observed there, I assume the latter.For the record, I regularly visit a Jiffy Lube in Middleton, WI, whichI would recommend to anyone. It all depends on the local manager.
