Fun fact: I had no problems getting my clothes into a washer or dryer, and they had the ability to swipe a debit card for a wash and dry. The minor problem I had was the small parking lot.I arrived to see every space was full, but since there were many spaces, it wasnt difficult to do. After driving around the building once, I decided to park behind the building in the shade, where I could wait for my clothes to wash and dry. However, while my clothes were in the dryer, some random crazy lady drove around the building and I hear her yelling out of her car. It turns out that she had a problem with my parking, despite my being close to the wall and a lot of room to pass without inconvenience. Additionally, there were no signs prohibiting my parking there. Spaces had opened up, but I wasnt moving out of my cozy spot.She proceeded to park, get out of her car and continue yelling; this time pretending to call the law and giving out my tag number. Fake, because Im from out of state, and she never gave the state info. Im also former LE. She ended up driving away and about 15 minutes later, I gathered my clothes and left as well. Thankfully, I will probably never be back as this was a work trip, and I hope she finds a new place to yell.

Have been here a few times and usually dont have a problem. But once it said my clothes were finished in the washer the door is giving an error code and will not openI dont have the time or money to replace all of that and there should be a contact number listed for machine issues but there is not. The reason I am giving 3stars is because I had to call Washington county dispatch to contact the owner who had a worker contact me. He came down and fixed the issue and was super nice. I think a number or a messaging system would help customers with issues.

Def not my favorite. Its low on the list. But its convenient. And if you like to people watch you have a good time killer.

Best laundromat in town, in my opinion. New machines that actually work correctly. Eclectic mix of customers. Was better when the lounge/game room was open (and the restroom). But for clothes washing, cant be beat!

Good Laundry Mat washer and dryers always work. Wifi not very good. And there isnt a television. Very rarely crowded.

Big machines that work well with large loads. I left a pillowcase and came back 20 minutes later, to be told by a patron that an employee came by and cleared leftover laundry. No contact number posted anywhere so Ill never get my pillowcase back. Machines also take longer than the time they display. A minute is closer to a minute and 40 seconds. Better options nearby but not bad overall.

CC/debit does not work but still charges your card. Use ONLY quarters otherwise you will lose money.

They keep the machines up. I have never seen an out of order sign on any machine. Its clean, and decently pricedQuick update: so its definitely starting to show some wear and tear. Not kept up the way it needs to be. All the soap containers are extremely nasty, not clean at all. Kaylees Laundry is the place to go

It is dirty and it took 17$ of my hard earned money. And still had to spend 25$ more to wash and dry 4 loads. will not come back and will give bad ref to anyone out there. No phone number to even let them know of the issue..bad business.

Filthy and disgusting garbage overflowing...I used the five dollar large washer, won’t fill, spin, wash, and I can’t get it open now to use a different one.No phone number, no attendant, what a nightmare experience...Stealing people’s money is one way to make your money eh?What a scam.....😡

Place was nasty. Lights were half out and wouldnt take credit card.Plus no bathrooms Wont be back.

Its excellent 👌 quality machines and change machine just make sure you have the detergent and stuff you need to make it cheaper ; Dont get me wrong they have excellent new vending machine and product machine! I do feel that a person to clean up the place little bit wouldnt be a bad idea. People should and sure some do clean up after self but a nice wipe down sweep mop tidy up about 1/2 hrs so per day cple time s week not a bad idea. To whomever is the owner I will be interested in doing so if you want. PS. The option of cash or card reader to use is great also. That is the best place I no. 2.75 smallest 375 decent next size up then 475 for the next beyond that I dont know because I dont recommend putt any more in each load

Not as clean as it used to be. Both bathrooms boarded up. Wifi has NEVER worked. Quite a few strays at night. On the plus side, plenty of large machines and they always work.

We come here a lot caise its the closest one around and we got ripped off on the big washer i wrote a note and put it in the door where you get change from asking for a refund caise it never washed my stuff and never got a call or a refund made there is no phone number for emergency to contact of manager or owner it a bad place

One of the better laundry mats that is close to downtown area. Very colorful. Clean. Few machines are out of order, but normal. Cool vending machines. WiFi password doesn’t work. Will be back.

Honestly the cheapest place to do laundry and its clean and open 24 hours a day! I know for a fact I had at least 14 loads but the washers are all different sizes. They can go from 11 loads in one washer to 8 to 6. On an 11 loads I believe it was &11.50 to wash and the 8 load it was $8.50 to wash the 6 was $6.50 to wash and they even had smaller ones then that!! Best place so far that I have done laundry and didnt take me as long as I expected! Thanks guys for accommodating the time! Will definitely go back!

The building was pretty clean but the woman who works at night is very rude and disrespectful. She makes the whole place unappealing to come to.

Soapy Sudz laundry is the best I have found in Johnson City. They are open 24 hours and their machines take debit/credit cards or quarters. Its also usually clean.

So this is to be the cleanest laundromat in Johnson City. However tonight when I went in there there were a lot of people there were parents letting their kids sit and even lay down on the tables with their dirty shoes where we are supposed to fold our clean clothes

I only go here as its close to where I live. Often it feels like a Homeless Center as many drifters and homeless folks hang out in there.... very scary

Overpriced and the Wi-Fi internet never works

If you lose money in the machines...you lost it. They wont contact if you leave message at back office door. No working telephone number posted to contact management. Online number does not work. Homeless people use the market street location a lot...if nothing more than for bathroom facilities. Definitely do not expect much. Just wash your clothes and leave as it is not located in a great area. 2 stars for Wi-Fi only. They have security cameras to protect themselves against loss...but nothing for you.

I love it, I make it a point to clean up after others while Im there, because some purple are inconsiderate. Theres hardly EVER a down machine, it is safe because of surveillance and I enjoy going....
