Wow... The majority of the washing machines are out of order... which is a shame, because they look like they were really nice machines in better days. Many have the remains of laundry detergent and softener pellets from previous customers who made the mistake of trying to use the machines.With signs like Cold water valve sticks, Out of order. When filling, it overflows and floods the floor, and Hanging on fill cycle and spin, you have to keep reselecting cycle...whites, etc., I have no confidence in the few machines that dont have little notes on them.Not surprisingly, both sides of the change machine were out of change. The customer restroom is closed. I didnt bother checking the dryers, but there was one brave soul drying clothes. He stated hed used the one super-size washing machine that was not marked as out of order.Needless to say, it is unlikely that I would be going back to this establishment.Having said all of that, it could be that the owner is a financial victim of 2020 and is just trying to hold things together. If THATS the case and the owner reads this, I wish you all the best. Id you reply to this review and need help, Id be willing to volunteer a day to help you get things cleaned up....Unfortunately, I dont know anything about repairing washing machines.

Stopped in around 5pm to dry some clothes. Place closes at 7pm. Owner stopped in and said he just got back from vacation and needed to close the place. So I took my stuff to another laundromat. No one else was around. After reading these other reviews I now know why. I Also lost money in a couple of dryers and the owner new attempted to give me my money back. He just as well close it down.

No A/C. Half the washers have out of order signs... Of the three I managed to find with no sign...2 of them did not drain or spin my clothes. The floors are exceptionally filthy... Cant say anything about the bathroom.. since Im scared to open that door! First and only time Ill be here.

The laundry was fine however it had no restrooms open and seemed to have a lot of machines were out of order. Other wise it was clean.

I only gave 1 star because it will not let one give a review otherwise. I was wondering why they were even open when I left to find another place to do laundry. Ive seen condemned buildings in better shape than this place. Avoid at all costs.

Everything was pretty clean. Most of machines were operational. Put money in heavy duty wash machine and it did nothing. Changed washing machines and all was good. I tried calling number on wall to see about a refund and it rang one time and then went busy. I go there every couple of months and will continue to do so. They just need a number that functions.

Bring your own quarters just in case. Driers got good and hot but be careful, they can take your quarters. A little dirty when I was there, bathrooms out of order(both).

Worst laundry mat Ive been too over half the machines was out of order and 2 of them that wasnt took my money. The washer didnt ring out properly. Tried to call maintenance number but it is disconnected I will never return.

I got robbed last night and I tried to call the number for management it is no longer in service. The place is run down there is no restroom . Way over half the equipment is out of order. The police dispatch couldnt find a phone number for the owners.

New in town and needed some laundry done. This didnt have the best ratings but was right around the corner. I went on a Sunday morning and the place was today vacant which was nice. However the furniture is best up. Half the machines dont work. And even a bathroom is out of order. This place would be great if the owners actually spent money on keeping it up

I would give no stars if it would let me leave a review that way. This is the worst laundry mat I’ve ever been to, half the washers and dryers didn’t work and then after loading clothes on the washers the change machine was empty.

Lost $3 in machine #75... would not start!! Machines not so good... would not recommend this place at all.

Nothing works and you cant use the bathroom if you need too while your clothing is washing because they have the doors ducktaped shut

Horrible! Do not use this laundry mat!Came to do some laundry because my machine is broken and this is the worst laundry mat I have ever been in. Trash all over the door, NO place does it tell you how much the washing machine cost to use, when I did try to use it, it took $5 in quarters and still would not come on, would not give me my money back and then when I tried to call the phone number that is on the wall to call for help...of course it has been disconnected!!I wish I could give this place NO STARS but that is not an option!

75% of the washers were out of order.. 1/2 of the dryers didnt work. Just in a few months it has gone down hill.

Im not one to usually leave reviews but this place is not kept up at all. The machines are filthy and corroded in detergents. Half the machines are out of order. The other half are out of order too but we lost over $15 determining that for ourselves on the triple loaders and one small washer. Theres no way to contact anyone about it either. The place is a joke. *Edited to add the maintenance guy showed up and gave part of our money back. He was very friendly and they are in the works to get get new washers.

Worse laundromat Ive ever been to you have more than half of machines out of order and the washer I used sounded like it was going to explde and the dryers dont work stay away go to the pit stop it is cheaper and Everything works

We use to go to this Laundromat a lot in the past. There was a TV, the washer dryers were good. Then for a while we did laundry at my sons because we were there all the time. My son, daughter-in-law, and daughter moved away, so we went back to our old Laundromat. There were very few washer or dryers that worked. The Coke machine was broken, the water fountain was broken. So I guess we will go in search of a new Laundromat.

Surprised this place even in business...... 32 washing machines, 15 out of order, 6 super washers, 4 out of order, and 28 dryers, 12 out of order........luckily for me there was no one here when I went, gee I wonder why?.......

Very disappointed... I had to ring my clothes out before I could put them in the dryer they were drenched. One washer I put money in and it never started working. Dryers dont dry like they should, put 5 quarters in which gave me 34 min but my clothes were still not all the way dry. I do not recommend this place at all and its a shame the one you machine works like new when everything else is horrible.

Place was in need Of many repairs and many of the machines didnt work so definitely would not recommend.

I am just leaving the Erwin, Tennessee, Celebrity Coin Laundry. I couldnt even find a listing for the one in Erwin.Ladies and Gentleman... I travel the country, and have been to literally dozens of laundromats in many places. This one is BY FAR THE WORST one Ive EVER been to.The facility wasnt completely filthy and a cleaning lady came in while I was doing my laundry... And it had plenty of washers and dryers. The only problem is that MANY do not work. The really rediculous thing is that while many had out of order stickers on them... The ones that were supposed to be working did not. Thankfully I chose two operating washers... But the dryers I was not so lucky. I literally wasted about 4.00 just moving my clothes around to find one that even warmed up properly. One of the bottom dryers (#68) even made a horrific whining sound and did NOT warm up either.Personally I believe this is a form of robbery, as there is no way to contact the owner... (as stated in previous posts, the number is disconnected.) It is NO DIFFERENT than reaching in my pocket and stealing 4.00. I realize its only 4.00 but Im sure a mother with small children doesnt even have that extra money to waste trying to get their clothes washed/dried.So, if your into luck machines, and like to gamble away your money in slot machines without any pay out... Check out this place.This place scores a negative number on the Rikki Recommends Rating Scale.

Great dryer

I used to come here. It was not in disrepair like it is now. I will search and travel farther to go elsewhere. Lost money and detergent in machines that didn’t work and weren’t labeled as out of order. And there half the big machines were labeled as out of order. The water fountain is covered up and no water in vending.

It works as a cheap laundromat. They keep it up and the machines work. Its a no frills place however. Few chairs, no entertainment, no wifi, only a few drink machines. It does the job when you need low cost laundry. The people who use it are OK too. Although someone once stole my soap when I wasnt watching.

Nasty and machines down

Not all of the washing & drying equipment works, but I got lucky on the washer . It didnt take my money. The dryers on the other hand .... they dont exactly DRY as they should . I put both washes in 2 different dryers (14 minutes each) once they were done, it was as if I didnt even start the machine . How ridiculous ! Might just drive an extra mile down to Kaylees laundry mat .

The washing machines are rinky-dink and they dont wash really well. The laundromat doesnt smell bad, however the fountains are not working and the bathrooms are closed due to apparent vandalism according to sign posted on door by management. The floor is so so but its dirty and even though the place is big, you have a couple of lights that are out. Me personally, even though, its a 24-hour laundromat I would not come out here in the dead of night.

Good place to do laundry if you dont have no washer or dryer of your own

Half the machines say “Out of Order” which is fine, but half of those that are supposed to work, don’t. Also, several machines eat your coins without working.

WROST business ever! All machines are broken ... some of them don’t have label of broken ( not use) ... they steel you money ... it doesn’t dry correctly it doesn’t wash correctly —- bathrooms close .. no music no tv no cameras ... it says 24 hours open but they close at night... I WILL EVEN REPORT TO THE BUSINESS BUREAU! I don’t undestand why this business still open

ONE YEAR AGO IT WAS AN OK PLACE. NOW, IT IS A PIG STY. MOST OF THE MACHINES DONT WORK AND FORGET THE DRYERS; ONLY 2 ACTUALLY DRY YOUR CLOTHES. OWNER WANTS TO SELL, SO HE IS NOT FIXING ANYTHING. IT IS NOT SAFE, BUMS COME IN ALL THE TIME.NEVER GO THERE ALONE.
