My house has never been this clean before- even when we first moved in, please never leave me. Pretty sure those were the words I used after they finished cleaning yesterday. I signed up for the weekly cleaning service and they started with a deep clean. I have never had someone clean so thoroughly before. They moved furniture and vacuumed and mopped behind and under everything, dusted, wiped down cabinets and baseboards, and didnt leave any crud behind in any corners.  I have 5 small children, a cat and puppy, and a large house.  It is a lot to keep up with.  So thankful to have found a company that communicates well, has courteous employees, and takes pride in doing their very best... and at a wonderful price for what you are getting. I would highly recommend this company and will be telling my friends.

We needed a bimonthly house cleaning service, used Yelp to get some quotes for that, and this business offered the best price. Weve had them clean our home twice now, and have been quite pleased with them.We find them honest, hard-working (!), intelligent, and friendly. They have surprised us with their initiative--taking on extra cleaning tasks we did not expect them to do from our previous experience with house cleaners. For instance, today they thoroughly cleaned our kitchen oven on their own initiative, without us asking for that (my previous house cleaners never did that). When we bought our house less than a year ago, the induction range had some burned-on residue we couldnt manage to remove ourselves. This business also removed virtually all of that without us asking them to do it.The owner is a professional in the commercial cleaning industry, with skills and certification to do many kinds of cleaning and disinfecting. The owner still works for a larger national cleaning company, but is building out a local business of his own in this region.We can recommend them highly. They deserve more clients here in Boone NC.

After not so pleasant experiences with a couple of the local cleaners we decided to give Shine Time a shot.We have now been with them for 7 months and could not be more satisfied.If your needs are as OCD as ours happen to be then I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Stay away from this business and its supposed owner!! He is an ex business partner of mine and all he did to me was take, take, and then take more!! Shine Time USA is the business that both Brandon Porter and I (Craig Leyman) started. As the silent business partner, I paid for everything: the website, business license, LLC, supplies, equipment, and I even paid Brandon an hourly wage just to set up the whole thing for our future business. For our first major service call, I let Brandon take my personal truck as our business truck was in the shop. Within the first few days of working in Mississippi for the Covid-19 job -- Brandon called me to tell me that my truck along with $2,000 was stolen from him by one of our employees (he picked some of his Druggie buddies for the job). Later I was told by one of our employees who was actually working there at the time that Brandon Porter spent the money in the Casino where we were doing the Covid-19 cleaning job. Within a month -- my enclosed trailer along with various cleaning machines and supplies worth around $20,000 was stolen from my other business location. Are all these thefts from me related? The truth is: I will never know for sure - but why take a chance?!?!The reason I say stay away from Brandon Porter and Shine Time USA is because I feel as though he is a Silver tongued devil. He tells you what you want to hear, then walks away and does whatever he wants to do -- regardless of the negative consequences to you!! I lost my half of Shine Time USA and thousands of dollars because I trusted Brandon Porter!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BY TRUSTING HIM AND HIS RHETORIC!!Reply to Response: The problem I have is with the supposed owner. Brandon Porter, was at the very least, grossly negligent in all aspects of how he conducted himself as a business owner. Empathy, compassion, honesty and integrity are all character traits that you either have or do not have. Based on my experience with this owner, he does not appear to posses any of these character traits because he never once offered to try an right all of his wrongs!!!
