I have had a bad experience here with a member of my family. Her therapist cancelled several times. Last week we had an appointment at 2:30. At 2:33 she sent a text she wasnt feeling well. I text back telling her that was rude. She never contacted me. I called and talked with someone and complained. We had covid but we made the appointment (over the phone appointment). To date no one has called me I have tried calling them, but getting an actual person to talk with seems impossible. I would have understood her being sick, but she has cancelled several times because she wasnt feeling well. Also canceling at the last minute and not even having the courtesy to call me to cancel. I would strongly suggest not taking your child here
Awesome to work with. They are very understanding people who genuinely want to help others. Ive been going 2 years and am very thankful I have them in my life. I would recommend them to everyone
My therapist here is AMAZING. Staff is awesome! My case manager is perfect! I am so thankful I came back to OMNI!
They dont communicate with patients well... or at all really... which is unethical and illegal. Patients rights are pretty much ignored. I would highly suggest somewhere else. No, owner. I cant reach you there. That doesnt exist. You dont answer your phones and refuse to communicate with patients.
I hope better steps are taken to train people like Meira Yasin on how to deal with American racism and oppression in the south. She is a very naive and biased individual that lives a life of privilege. She is blinded and should not be a nurse practitioner in Tennessee until she gets more of a worldly view of the place she lives and not across the globe in Greece, Palestine or wherever she has been because she hasnt been to Jonesborough TN. obviously...
