!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!If you were arrested and charged for anything they will not hire you unless its been 5 years or more. They seem to think theyre better than everyone else. I mean look at the negative reviews. Its bad reviews for a reason. I took time out of my life and did the application process, which took about an hour and half to complete only to be told oh we cant hire you because you were arrested THREE YEARS AGO, only one arrest in my life!!!DO NOT GO HERE, I know several people who have went here and are waiting to be placed months later.

It was a very professional and friendly environment. Kelly scheduled my interview and so all I had to do was show up. The application and drug screening process after the interview took less than an hour. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for employment in the Tri-cities area. The only reason they got one star was because I had to give at least one to be able to post a review, or I wouldnt have even given them that. No I have not been the perfect person over the past years, but it has been right at 3 years now since I have had any kind of negative experiences with law enforcement. Not so much as even a seatbelt ticket. I am sincerely trying to do better, as my record would reflect. I am NOT a felon, & I was told they had a position available, with a client that accepted employees after a three-year wait from the last conviction of a misdemeanor offense. Upon calling back to check with them about this client and openings with them, I was then told that it would be five years because of Kelly Services company policy before they can offer me anything. Thats very unprofessional of them, to give someone hope, only to let them down during the next conversation. Wouldnt recommend anyone using this temp agency. If they would do someone that way, its really un-telling how else theyd end up doing someone that actually worked for them. Extremely unsatisfied with their unprofessionalism.

This place is a complete joke and obviously dont know the law. Good thing I have a great attorney and a great support team that know everything about labor laws and ECT.... No wonder this company has a 1.9 rating on reviews smh

Here is another discriminatory agencies in East TN. Honestly most of them are I have yet to find one thats not (Which is terrible because in another state they were a wonderful agency but its East TN so its expected I guess) I am an African american woman and have applied to several for upper level positions I have masters degree and disclosed that I had a disability. They would never call me for positions I knew I would Qualify for ( just as all the others here in East TN) Instead I would have to call them 2 years the only position they felt I Qualified for was for very strenuous factory position which was really hard on my disability. Strange I have a degree and office skills but they only felt that strenuous factory positions were all that I qualified for. Even the workers were asking why was I on the lines and not in the office and to leave I had no business there. One sweet older lady wanted to talk to the company for me. I am starting a Blog about the discrimination I received from these temp agencies. You wont be sweeping me under the rug.

Went in for a walk in for them and got a job at HSN (Home Shopping Network) as a Quality Assurance temp. About a couple weeks down the road I had a accident and had to get workers comp involved while on the job. After finally getting the go ahead to return and resume normal work shifts I was terminated for being seen having 1 foot on a manual pallet jack and despite it being parked and not moving I was terminated for violation of safety protocol/policy. Would not recommend working for a bs excuse of a company to even my worst enemy.

Around 2017 I applied to Kelly Services and got a job at LaClerc. LaClerc let me go after one day for not following instructions, which was a lie. The representative from Kelly seemed to know this, but didnt attempt to appeal on my behalf or offer other jobs. A year later I call them looking for work, they say they are not hiring but wont be able to call me if other jobs become available and I would have to follow up myself, which is unlike the previous two times where they did call me. I ask if anything other than the company, HSN, that wasnt hiring would be available. She was rude and felt the need to state Ive been doing this for 14 years. I didnt care if she was born into the company and did it for 40 years. If youre with a staffing company and you have unemployed people on your roster, youre not doing your job. The representative stated she knew someone with Flextech and gave me their number. This turned out to be another person with Kelly, who said she would email me the information. I received no such email. Very unprofessional and ultimately useless.

Hired me for fork lift at hsn,called me the day I was to go to work at hsn and was very rude and was mad that I did not want to take a position in incoming dept,well decided to give it a try anyway,then get to hsn and found out it was going to be outbound line work,well got my first pay and it was only 1125 an hour instead of what I was told,was told would get extra pay for working the 5pm to 330 am shift.all bs.kelly services needs to be honest with their workers and not RIP off pay either.

Better hope you dont have a very irrelevant misdemeanor from 3 and half years ago, or they arent interested.

This is not Todd. Its is his gf LoriHe has worker for kellys. I would not even give them even a star. Worked for 3 weeks and still No check. So if u want to work for Free then go for it. I am so pissed if he dont get payed tomorrow I am going down there

This place is a joke brought someone here fora 10:00 appointment they have been waiting ocer 2 hours and still nothing has been done i beleive they need to get thereheads out there assses and do a little better. I wouldnt recomend this place to anyone i dont care how bad they needed a jov

Bad customer service, took too long to get anything done. Waited over three hours just for an interview with these people

Had to miss a job due to being in the ICU for to weeks and was unable to call them so they terminated me for life there very unprofessional....

Want call you back dont try to get jobs better off finding something yourself dont use unless have to case .
