The worst company i have ever worked for!They work you 16 hours days with hardly any time off your feet and to top it all off after you wait 3 weeks for your first check they decide you’re not important enough to pay ! Still waiting on a check in the mail that was never sent out ! They rush you thru safety training by giving you the answer keys so no one learns anything and Double ride on single ride Fork trucks which is illegal!!! No one ever gives a straight or correct answer in management and they all lack Communication skills.

Super friendly and quick, no issues. Overnight parking allowed with porta John nearby. 8am appointment, arrived night before and they started knocking on doors a little before 5am and assigned doors. Capstone is used for lumpers and have their digital payments with a text to let you know when done. Very convenient. I was unloaded and gone by 630am.

Just went there to apply for a job. They are desperate for employees but they dont hire older people

I really like the way they do the billing everything through text message so you never got to get out of the cab of your truck until its completed

Overnight parking inside gate. Will wake you up around 5 am and give you a door. For as many trucks as there was, fairly fast unloading.

Only have overnight on weekdays. If arriving on weekend, there is a nearest abandon grocery store parking lot to park. Only .5 miles south. My appointment time was Sunday at 1000 and it is now 1400 and they are barely done with me. They were very nice.

Capstone guys did awesome, all in all under 3 hours, 30 trucks at the docks, not bad I tell you.

4 Stars for unloading way before my appointment time at 9 AM. Still took 4 hours to unload. Overnight parking is allowed & if you need to use the restroom it’s at door 28 upstairs. Great place to deliver!!

Overnight parking. Staff will wake you st 05:30 promptly. Want to beat the rush? Wake up st 05:00,drive to a door (yes just pick one, refer is to the south, dry north) and go to S&R.

Even though I was fired from the northwood knuckleheads up in Shawano, these guys do a decent job of unloading your truck quickly

Drivers be aware!!!!!!!! I had a 8 am appointment, checked in at 7am got a door at 7:15, and got unloaded by 7:45. I thought I was going to leave a great review, but it is now 11: am and still no signed bills. After talking with 3 employees on the dock, it doesnt look like Im getting out of here no time soon. No one takes pride in there work anymore. Sad!!!!!!!

Little slow at times, they do let you in early, SWING WIDE or you will hit something. The staff is friendly Capstone lumped service is in my 30 years of driving a bit pricey. Bathrooms could definitely use some attention, especially for a food place.

This place was ok as you have to stop at the gate and tell them what you have and they will tell you what door to back into and then you have to take paperwork in and when finished and you get green light go get paperwork. Waited reasonable amount of time

Buyer be ware. New company policy requires auto draft payment exactly 7 days after delivery and absolutely no option to delay that if needed. We have had missing items, extra items and incorrect items almost every truck for the past 2 months although our ordering has hardly changed. Price comparison to other food vendors is almost half what we have been paying lately.This is no exaggeration. After 3 years of loyal business we are appalled at the treatment we are recieving an changing vendors soon hopefully!The refund process to have funds credited back when they sent us the wrong items or something random altogether is awful and be prepared to wait.. and wait. .. all the while they keep right on drafting your bank account.I will update this if we get any further resolution but all of the issues mentioned above have caused a horrible strain (financially and mentally) on a small family owned and operated country kitchen and its just sickening to witness.

Very helpful people. Will go out of there way to help deliver. Just only 2 complaints. Every now and then they forget to put something in I ordered and on certain things a little pricey. A lot of stuff I can find cheaper at other stores. Food quality is very good but the perishable items are way to expensive. Sams for example has the same products and some are 10 to 15 dollars cheaper.

Great place to deliver (drivers dont screw it up, theres no where near here to park!) Got unloaded hours before my appointment, quick, painless and they let you park there before n after you deliver.

Arrived for 6 a.m. appointment got me into a door by 8 a.m. got me out by 11 a.m. problem is had 11am appointment for the second half of this load at Reinhart foods in Knoxville they stop unloading at 11 made me wait two days for another appointment.Compensation for this did not even come close for losing two other potential loads These people are blacklisted.Things like this are happening more and more to the drivers and there is no ramification or Consequences for the receivers shippers broker customers only the driver even when its not his fault.

I was on time for my appointment at 0900 am unloading forever 5 hours . Their respond is “ we marking 17 pallets out of 15 palettes.” Okay why only you ? Why the truck drivers have to wait for their sorting and counting, when you have seal on the load and we are not responsible for the amount ? Make no sense. Wrong managment and rules are set up here, that when you have Capstone for your partner.

Went for interview 7pm was there about 5-10 earlier, we’ll I stood around for 10 minutes before any came and even talked to me. So they told me take a seat. I waited lil I’ve an hour, then the interview was unbelievable stupid and personal questions. The interview took forever as well about another 1hr. So he offered me the job then I said well I’d like to think on it overnight, then his whole attitude changed and said unless I agreed right now, the offer is ms gone. I was currently employed so I just wanted to weigh my options. This dude started saying we need people who has no reservations.

Overnight secure parking, spotter will wake you up when they open. I unload myself so not sure of delivery times or lumper fees. Nice people.

If ur late by 2 minutes to your deliv, dont bother showing up, they will have you parked at their facility until your rescaduled appointment

2 hours to unload witch is not bad at all for a grocery warehouse. Over night parking is available. Easy docks. Lumper service guys were Kool and quick but the guy at the receiving window could use some attitude adjustment. I wouldnt mind going back to deliver again.

They think your time doesnt much matter, its all about them, and unloading charge is outrageous. Just sayin. They do have overnight parking, with one outhouse that doesnt get much attention.

Because they will help you show what youre looking for also theyre nice the manager is extremely nice if you get something and you thought it was something else as long as its not opened they will return it or if you purchase something and its no good and you have your receipt they will take it back and give your money back I love this side of town expecially this store because they stay open till 12 oclock at night and theyre very clean Ive never seen it nasty or dirty in there this is one of the cleanest stores Ive seen on this side of town to be a grocery store
