Everyone is always so helpful and polite. And if I go in and don’t really know for sure what it is I need, they ask questions and help make sure I have the right parts. Would definitely recommend their business!

These guys at Johnson City go above and beyond to help their customers. Wether it’s during business hours or after. If there is a storm in the area or something that has caused a community to be without power, Todd will personally go to the store after hours to make sure electricians have the parts they need to restore power back. It’s reassuring to see a business integrate integrity and respect into their customer service. Relationships with customers is key, and this store has its priorities right!!!

Todd and the guys are great. And they are definitely open Mon -Sat .8-11:30 on Sat. Call in advance and your supplies will be waiting on you.
