Matt and Caleb from Spotless were the best. We had an issue with a broken hose bib and it flooded the basement. It was a Saturday and we called Spotless and they were cleaning up everything within an hour. GREAT JOB

Mike Jones and Caleb Anderson did a fantastic job on my hardwood flooring!My large are rugs were picked up from my home and cleaned and returned just like new. My carpets are cleaned and refreshed. Spotless has also cleaned the carpeting in my RV. We have used them several times, and they are always on time, professional, efficient, friendly and do a terrific job. I highly recommend them and the services they provide.

Michael Jones came out and cleaned my three bedrooms of carpet today. Very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Cleaned all three rooms and did an excellent job. I would give this business and this employee a solid 10 and will definitely use again and recommend to my friends.

I came home on Monday to find water running from my upstairs bathroom into my dining room. The ceiling had already fallen on my dining room table. After calling my plumber and insurance agent Spotless was my next call. They were at my home close to an hour and got to work checking everything. The crew is very well trained and quickly worked to get water out of the house and equipment going. Very professional young men and very well trained. Marie and Justin were wonderful providing helpful information. Thank you Bob for having such a great company. Protect that frog!

We had some very bad spots on our living room carpet that we could not get out!!! Another well-known professional cleaner had cleaned the carpet about a year ago and even came back a second time to get up the worst spots---but they kept coming back! I have been watching the funny TV commercials for about 10 years, so I decided to give Spotless a try. The 2 young men who came over were very nice, polite, professional and helpful. They cleaned the carpet and the kitchen and dining room floors and took an area rug to their shop for cleaning. Im thrilled to say that the old spots are now GONE!!! All the floors they cleaned look great, and the area rug looks brand new again! The prices are reasonable and the work is excellent. I will never call anyone else for floor and carpet cleaning!!! I own a 4 unit apartment house. I have used Spotless for basement water removal and numerous times carpet cleaning. They have always done a 5 star job plus the price is always reasonable.

They always do a great job, explain what they are going to do, and ask me if I am satisfied.

We are 110% satisfied with our carpet cleaning (all spots removed!!) and Tony was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, kind, did a great job, and was super friendly. Even our dogs loved him! ☺️

Spotless Restoration is dedicated to excellent results and complete customer satisfaction. We had two large oriental rugs professionally cleaned and one came back gorgeous while the other proved to be a stubborn case. The second was a hand hooked with latex backing which had nearly completely disintegrated from our rescue puppy finding it a convenient potty until she was housebroken. The fabric backing was full of powdered latex. Justin at SR discussed options with me and we after the initial cleaning, which totally removed all traces of the urine and feces, we decided to have it relatexed. Justin took great pride in his hard work of removing the fabric and cleaning out all the powder. He made sure we were completely happy with the final results, which we were.Spotless Restoration carpet cleaning is pricey but they come highly recommended and with our latex situation I can tell you first hand they will work hard to try to make sure you are satisfied. Definitely worth going with them.

I have brought many antique museum quality rugs to Spotless to be cleaned, all of them have turned out fantastic. They also made custom new rug mats for each of them.They test each rug before cleaning and then use their special process by floating and flushing each rug. Spotless!!!

Our downstairs flooded memorial day weekend we had just had new flooring put down with new area rug...within minutes of my call someone was here not only saving our floors and furniture but anything and everything we had in our flooded area.Every day the repersentive would come back to take readings until all traces of moisture had cleared our area. My husband and I said our new area rug looked even better after they cleaned it. There was no price shock at the end of their service - the price was a good and fair charge...not one time did we feel like we had been taken advantage of. These folks and the service they provide are 5 ++++ stars!!!

Spotless did a fantastic job on my large area rugs. They look brand new and all the odors and spots from our 2 puppies are gone. The price was very reasonable. I am very pleased its like having 3 new rugs!

I have never been treated more poorly by a business. My mother has used this business for various rental homes over the years and spoke highly of them. In the process of moving, I took a large rug to be cleaned by them based on her positive experience. I was told 10 days and dropped the rug off in an ample amount of time to pick up. I was surprised when I called to confirm pick up 10 business days later and was told an extra week without ever receiving a call, etc. I explained how i was told by the owner himself, Bob, that it would be ready in the said days as I am moving several hundred miles away and need it.On a phone conversation, Bob spoke to me in a manner I found completely unacceptable. Yelling “stop it Ashley” when questioning his business and they way this debacle played out. I can’t believe anyone would speak to a customer and I also can’t believe such an ordeal over a rug at a rug cleaning business.I will not be using this business again as I do not appreciate being spoken to in such a hostile manner and will be sure to let others know about this experience.
