I recently got in a wreck and this company towed my car. That was a big mistake. The service was extremely rude and not helpful. I was never given the window of time to be at the place of pickup to pay I was never given an estimate. I went to the hospital before going home where the car was being dropped off. I was not there to pay so they took it to the lot and would not let me get it until Tuesday. I forgot my keys in the car in the stress of the events and when I called to see if I could come at least get my belongings from the car I was told it isnt their problem that I was locked out of my house with my poor dog inside. Again service was terrible very rude and disrespectful on the phone.
