They towed my sons car from his apartment and was very hateful to my son on the phone and when he went to pick it up. I called to try to pay for it over the phone but they dont take credit or debit cards. Cash only. The guy was very rude to me on the phone. It cost me $160 to get his car back. Will never use them if I need anything towed!

Reasonably priced and always on time and punctual. Had JCT tow our work van twice, only 40 bucks each time. How can you complain about that? Good service from a good company.

I Have Used These Guys to tow many times as I own a shop and they are Great!!! Ive had my car towed before and understand people being unhappy with it but I imagine this would be there only negatives.

Used their service many times and even bought a car from them. Last time, I called them to unlock my car and only asked $20 for the service which is not even half of what I would have to pay to get it done by anyone else. Downside is that their is only one mechanic so if you need work done then it could take time to get an open spot.

Dont use them for towing! Cash in hand place, excessive charges and pocketing money. Witnessed trolling lots, and snatch and grab operations. Heard him tell a customer to shut his mouth from a simple inquiry.

All visitor parking was full at Students Quarters (5 spots are filled by abandoned vehicles marked to be towed) I was towed after dropping my girlfriend off to make sure she got into her apartment, I was there maybe 25 minutes. (PLENTY of resident parking was still available) All of this was my fault and yes I DESERVED to be towed. And I was. This is where the fun starts, not only are there no signs telling you who to call or where it was towed to, but then I met the gentleman who towed my car after he pulled maybe 3 others Saturday night. And he wanted $160 cash then to have me get a ride over to the lot to get my car back. I wanted to see my car first. Mind you this 12AM Sunday now. I have to get my badge, wallet, shoes etc from my car and then find a ride into work to start my 5AM shift at Franklin Woods Community Hospital. I get off work the next day and call the business three times and no one answers. On Google it said it was closed. So I make my way down there Monday and to pay the ransom to get my car back (illegal in some states). And he wants to charge me an extra day of storage because of Sunday, and I told him how many times and when I called (showed him proof even). He was conveniently out of cell reception for all three calls, but other than that he answered calls all day. So now my bill is running up to $200. I had a friend call and get an estimate for the same distance tow on an AWD car like mine, Yet miraculously my bill is $200. I asked him to explain why and what I got was basically, I dont have to explain. Obviously, and unfortunately, they are not doing anything illegal, but they are some serious sleaze bags. Ripping off already poor college students. Also, some states have laws preventing this kind of fleecing, but not in Johnson City TN. tldr: Just please use another company, I was estimated the same charge from three other local companies, please dont give them your business they fleeced me, and obviously other students from reading other reviews on Google. Please, take your business elsewhere there are plenty other companies around.

I was towed for being illegally parked. I was illegally parked. I was however parked in a row of cars that was half empty, directly across the lane from visitor parking, where there was also space. I was charged $150 by a gentleman who, when unlocking the impound, lectured me on how I had broken the law.Yeah, Im unhappy about my mistake. Yes, I suffered legal consequences. These guys are still bottom feeders that I wouldnt trust.

They charged me way to much and tore my car up. It cost me around $600 to fix their damage they done to the car, after charging me $450. for towing it and having it in their lot for around 28 hrs. Browns Mill, is the name of the towing service.

Still tow your vehicle without your knowledge without consent and without reason and then charge you an arm and a leg to get it out its even less you get it they dont let you know that they even have it until 3 to 5 days after theyve toted and then they mail you a letter thats another two days to get to you she loves how he gets letter you all over $1000 in Towing bills this place is ridiculous the thieves if I can give them negative Stars I would
