They have items at half price of what amazon will sell. Im sure you can get some great deals if you are willing to dig through piles of partially opened boxes and look in each one to see what it has. I found it too time consuming and unorganized

This is a great place to purchase various used and returned/ recalled products if you are in the market for broken, missing critical pieces, recalled due to safety concerns, or overall useless items. They use the term “open box” to refer to items that are broken, completely unusable, and should have already thrown in the trash. Their refund policy is “sorry about your luck.” Their pick-up hours change based on who you ask. Overall I highly recommend that you save your money and buy elsewhere because you would be better off flushing your money down the toilet. The staff is very rude, they tell you one thing one day and then change their minds the next time and call you a liar if you inquire further. If you can not find your item, sorry about your luck, and no refund for you. We have made purchases multiple times and have yet to buy an item that is “as advertised”. All items have been returned to various retailers due to the items being broken, recalled due to safety concerns, or missing pieces and or components. If you ask for a refund, the will come up with a great excuse as to why they can not give you one.When you arrive, you are in for a treat. You are sent on a scavenger hunt with absolutely no guidance. They tell you to look at the map and go find your stuff and when you are done finding your stuff, come back and they will check you out. Basically you are their personal gopher. If you have any questions, don’t bother asking. If you want to get a refund, sorry we don’t do refunds.If you still chose to give this place your money, you can’t say that you were not warned.

I went to pick up something I won on an online auction. It was scary in there and no one is there to help you find your stuff. I wont do it again.

Place is a joke. Most the stuff doesnt work or is missing pieces when they described the items as appear new. Others described as working condition verified when it doesnt work.

Easy to do business with, simply win the bid walk in with your receipt and Drivers License, then get your items.

If youre going to have a reserve then post it so I dont waste my time bidding on your stuff.

Puchased two items. A weedeater and a heavy duty 7.5L 7.5H shelf. Weedeater was described in their words working condition verified. The shelf was described in their words Appears new. One of the primary sides of the shelf was mangled. So its garbage. After an hour of tinkering with the weedeater i finally got it to start, will run for a few seconds and quit. Called and was told that working condition verified means even if it starts and stops after a couple of seconds thats considered working condition verified. Thats not working, common sense would tell you that its broken. Just like a mangled piece of metal. Was basically told nothing they could do. This is not how a legitimate business based on integrity operates. Best of luck whoever purchases goods from here, you very well just may get screwed over.

You dont get what you paid for.. pictures on site and what you get are to different things.. font waste your money... my pallet friends.
