I lived in one of their apartment complexes for 3 years. One of the people that worked in their office lived in my building and I had communicated with her multiple times. She knew who I was.On a night I was staying at a friends’ place I get a pretty accusatory email stating that I was in the laundry room at 3am. Impossible considering I wasn’t home all night. I let the property manager know via email and he said the person who reported me worked in the office. Obviously I was lying.After three years of paying my rent on time and talking to other residents... I still wasn’t immune from the terrible treatment from that office.Terrible company! Also, expect your neighbors to have mice and roaches.

We had zero issues while staying in the apartment other than it being a bad neighborhood. But our moving out circumstances warrant a ZERO star rating. Called landlord to discuss breaking lease because I temporarily lost my job and was on disability. I could pay the next month or two rent, but certainily I would miss something down the road being out of work at the time. We discussed it at large (15 minutes) and decided I was going to be moving out and forfeiting security, I am aware of the lease we signed and know you are not supposed to do this and willing to pay fees, landlord said everything was okay and to be out in two weeks, to give them time to get it ready for the next month leave a note and the keys within the apartment. Not a problem, I can do that. They sent people to clean the apartment while we were still moving stuff out, and then said they were charging us for professionally cleaning it (it was not professionally cleaned, trust me, I still vacuumed it after they cleaned it) - while it would not of needed to be cleaned anyway had we already moved out and cleaned it ourselves. Calls us the next month saying we were going to be paying for rent every month until he found a new tenant, whereas before he said everything was fine, we would not of broken our lease or left MID MONTH TO HELP THEM if we knew the trouble they were about to put us through. While trying to talk to him THE OWNER WILL NOT LET YOU TALK AND WILL INTERRUPT YOU. This man has zero listening skills, and said he never remembered speaking with us. DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THIS IS ONLY FOR PROFESSIONALS AND STUDENTS EITHER --- this is clearly a lie. We had elderly neighbors, neighbors with children, neighbors with pets that poop in the hallway.... Bonus - Cops are either at complex or across the street 2-3 times a week. Dan made our 4 star experience we would of considered again a zero.
I moved to Binghamton NY and met with Dan, to look at apartments. Dan is friendly helpful and always available. The apartment at 58 Floral is beautiful clean, inexpensive and large. The building manager Chris always respond in a timely matter, even in emergencies. Thank you 602 Partners for being a fantastic landlord.

Been living on the Southside in one of there apartments and its great! Love the apartment been living there 5 years with no problems and any maintenance issues, they take care of it quickly and professionally!
Worst management. Do not have ANY respect or concerns for their tenants. Property is not well maintained, downed trees and branches are often littering the grounds as well as garbage areas over flow with trash and discarded mattress and other furniture. Sidewalks go unshoveled and ice lingers in front of doorways until the sun melts it in the spring. Manager is extremely critical. You can not leave shoes and or s sled in hall without getting a notice. not a good place for any family. This is Webster St. Im speaking of. I posted pics they are not letting you see them. Apologies.
Awful. Had my neighbors tub water leaking through my ceiling, drizzling not just a drip. Didnt fix it for 3 months after I put in 3 work orders. I asked for discounted rented due to not being able to use my shower regularly due to the mold being present because of the leak (and the fact that its just gross) and was greeted by a man in a toupee who was anything but pleasant telling me you arent getting anything and continued to berate me. He then said is a brand new $400 water heater not enough? Which just shocked me. The level of professionalism is serious lacking with this company and I wouldnt recommend ANYONE rent from these scoundrels.
I lived at 500 W Main St for two years before having to move for school. Overall, the apartments are pretty clean (or at least mine was), but the hallways can be in rough shape sometimes. I really liked my apartment and never had any issues at all as far as management and maintenance goes. The only reason Im giving four stars instead of five is because the other tenants could cause some issues. For example, the Endicott police were there a little too frequently -- but it is Endicott after all. Another issue was that I couldnt get packages delivered there because they always got stolen or maybe they were never delivered, but Im not sure if that was a Post Office issue or an other tenants issue.
Absolutely amazing people in office and GREAT landlord! Been almost 12 years and never once had a problem!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS, I WOULD!! I’ve been renting a 1 bedroom apartment from this company for almost 2 years now and have NEVER had a problem, always paid the rent on time, and keep to myself.. Then all of a sudden about a week after some new tenants moved in (directly below my apartment) the whole building is suddenly INFESTED with fleas (which everyone in the building’s pets ended up with, even though we ALL use Frontine) and smells like straight trash!! My dog is MISERABLE and can’t stop itching! Everyone in the building had made serveral complaints about it to the office when it started becoming a problem and I spoke to Dan personally but nothing was done about it. Now the infestation coming from that apartment is SO BAD that I even randomly found 2 adult size BED BUGS!! I let everyone in the building know, all of us called the office and filed a complaint and Dan told he is only having ONE SIDE of the building exterminated because he says, “Bed bugs only travel 8 feet.” Yes Dan, they do.. They travel 8 feet, lay eggs, hatch, and travel some more!! ANYONE that has either dealt with or knows someone that has, knows that’s 100% NOT THE CASE!! The worst part about it, is that I’m literally being EATEN ALIVE because the tenants that brought this mess in are FINALLY gone and that’s ONLY because they were old and one of them died so the remaining one is in assisted living where they BOTH SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE!! And the icing on the cake is I’ve already had to go to the Dr. twice because I’m ALLERGIC to bed bugs bites, so I have this nasty rash! I was promised last year that my windows would be replaced because they leak and collect moisture so bad that ALL of them keep collecting mold. (All they did was paint over it.) And then.. I called Dan again yesterday and basically told him that if the WHOLE building isn’t treated I’m hiring a lawyer, breaking my lease (since I paid a DOUBLE security deposit to move in, my lease isn’t up until May, and he should be responsible for my medical expenses for this BS) and he said, “Do what you have to do” and HUNG UP ON ME!! $570 for a ONE bedroom +utilities in a building you refuse to take care of?! And then on top of the my toilet won’t stop backing up and I’ve made multiple complaints to the office to have it fixed, and was told “Maintenance will not be fixing your toilet due to the infestation, and since you live on 2nd floor and a new toilet was put in before you moved in, you’re responsible for paying a plumber to fix it because you must have put something in there.” I HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO USE MY TOILET IN OVER 48 HOURS NOW!! Needless to say, I called and spoke with code enforcement again this morning and they said that they’re violating my tenants rights. MY ADVICE.. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN!! I have not only picture evidence of how out of control they let the infestation downstairs get, but medical/vet diagnosis’s and bills along with witness testimony to how badly they’ve been treating me.. So I will be taking them to court, breaking my lease, getting my FULL security deposit back, and being reimbursed for not only this past months rent, but ALL of my medical and vet expenses as well. #SlumLords
Absolutely the worst apartment company to deal with. I had a year long lease. The heat was out for 3 weeks in December, and for some time in January before I left. I had to call the department of health before they would listen to any of my phone calls. Even after calling the department of health, they would not properly fix it. The heat would only work for a couple days at a time or so. When I went to bring a letter of certification to my landlord and get my maintenance records of when I called in, he made a snarky remark about not being my secretary. He tried to make me feel bad about his maintenance guys working over time and the amount of money he spent on parts to fix the heat, and stated I was the only one with this issue. I’ve talked to neighbors. I wasn’t. Also, if he can’t handle the company he’s in or afford to fix what is MANDATORY. He’s in the wrong business. Doesn’t respect or care amount his tenants. Worst company. Don’t do business with them.
Dealt with someone there that showed me a place, wasnt into it. So I scheduled a time the same day to view another. Never showed for that one, did call to reschedule the viewing of the 2nd place the same day again. Waited another hour and told me that her previous appointment never showed up and said she had something going on later. Basically told me she doesnt get paid for overtime and this was personal time for her. Great, but I wasted my day just to view one extra place and never got to see it. Would not recommend these guys after all of this bs.
Some of the apartments are in decent shape but the management company is impossible to deal with. I rented from them for two years and when I moved out there were a huge number of work-orders that went unfixed from when I MOVED IN.The maintainence people are horrible and the management company does nothing about it. They never fix anything and when they do it is half-assed and usually breaks again. At any given time you can find a group of them standing around, chain-smoking and avoiding the massive amount of work orders that are backed up. If you have the pleasure of speaking with any of them in the afternoon, theres about a 75% chance that youll smell alcohol on their breath.Furthermore, I found out from a neighbor that maintenance people illegally entered my apartment while I was out for an inspection. Although I was in the process of moving out, I still had many items in the apartment and would not have allowed such an inspection to take place.Despite having some of the lowest rents around, they have dozens of apartment units sitting empty because anyone smart moves out the first opportunity that they have. DONT BE FOOLED. Stay away from these apartments and this company in general.
