Vlad and his team were great, efficient, timely, and thorough. They were very professional, and made sure everything was packaged properly and then placed all items and boxes in the correct spots there after.From the beginning, they gave me a decent quote, listed everything upfront so no surprise fees, and made sure they got everything done in time. Very impressed with the job and handled most items with care. There was only one small nick on a vanity table corner I noticed but it was not an expensive piece and something I could fix. Honestly, everything else was handled perfectly and they went above and beyond. For the price, time, and efficiency of Vlad and his team, I would definitely recommend them.

The prices were upfront and exactly what they said, they were extremely hardworking and efficient (even letting us know when they would take 3 minute breaks), and they all had a positive attitude. These gentlemen were absolutely amazing! They showed up and got right to work. They went above and beyond what I had expected. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with great care and loaded onto the truck perfectly. All of my furniture arrived safe and sound and they climbed several fights of stairs in my townhouse without a word of complaint. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs movers.

This was the most unprofessional moving experience I have ever had. This was supposed to be a full-service packing move. I have move across the country 5 times now, so i know how this should work, and how things should be packaged with a full service option. I will let the pictures speak for itself but here are some highlights.-I was sent a team that apparently have been doing this for under a year, one of the individuals had just moved to the U.S. 100 days before my move from Ukraine. Only one person was wearing any sort of mask.-I offered them canned soda water for refreshments, and i was left with not only the moving trash, but they left all the cans on the floor and in my sink for me to clean up. Disrespectful especially when someone tries to be accommodating.-As mentioned before this was a full service move, which means the mover should supply their own boxes and any other items they need. The foreman tried to negotiate with me constantly to see if he needed to really pack it. He asked to borrow trash bags from me multiple times since he ran out of supplies.-They refused to box up my bathroom supplies and indicated it was dirty and said come on Ms. Susan you want me to carry it with me? indicating that things in my bathroom were filthy and shouldnt be moved with me. So i offered to box things up myself if they werent willing to, they finally said, ok well do it.-They dragged my furniture with inappropriate padding, as seen in the pictures. when i called them out on it they spoke in their own language, then argued with me that they knew what they were doing, and i was being difficult. As you can see in the pictures, this resulted in damaged furniture, water damage, etc.-My appliances were thrown recklessly into random boxes with no understanding of what full service packaging means, why would you throw an expensive roomba vaccuum with no packaging whatsoever into a pile of dry food?-After they delivered my boxes, and i unwrapped my poorly packaged tv, and turned it on, i discovered the pixels were damaged beyond repair. In hindsight i should have made them open everything up, but considering my awful experience i wanted this to be over with.They may respond and say, well why is this the first time we are hearing this? 1) they are hard to get in touch with, 2) i was afraid of retaliation and that my stuff would never arrive or go missing. That is how i feel about the professionalism of this company.I am waiting for a reply from the company on how to at least reimburse me for the damages. I know i will get next to nothing for it, but i wanted to share this experience it hopes that no one will have to go through the same awful experience.

They were prompt, professional and efficient. Starting with my quote, they hit the nail on the head with the price we paid at the conclusion of the move. Our point man was Vlad for the move, him and his team of 3 total. They packed everything quickly, transported in a reasonable amount of time and unpacked everything and got it up the elevator 20 stories all within the quoted amount of time. They were clean, quick and prompt. I could not have asked for more from a moving company. Will likely go back to Ample when I move out of the apartment in a couple years!

Vlad and his crew were wonderful. Very fast, very communicative throughout the whole process, and constantly checking in to see if they could help more (moving things around the house, assembling the bed, etc).We actually got screwed by another moving company when their truck broke down on the way to our house, but Ample was able to make our move happen the next day, and they didn’t even gouge us for the last minute reservation. The guys were great! Took about 3 hrs to move from a studio apartment to a 3 bedroom condo from one side of Jersey City to the other. Getting a quote was very easy and hassle free. They put protective blankets on the furniture and disassembled the larger pieces. Very quick and easy. It made our moving day pretty stress free. One note - everything should be in boxes or closed containers for them to move. We had some tote bags that we ended up moving in our own car, but it wasn’t a big deal. They offer boxes and suppliers at a small cost if you need any last minute. Awesome job. Thanks!

Moving from Buffalo NY to NYC. Our movers were amazing, they made our first moving experience an absolute breeze, handling everything and making sure our stuff was packed properly and safely. Ample gave great customer service when quoting my move from Queens to NJ. Pricing was extremely reasonable and there were absolutely no surprises upon my final bill. I was given a time frame of when the movers would arrive and they were punctual the morning of. The three men worked extremely hard, were super careful and had additional boxes to help bundle up any lose items. The entire process was timely and not dragged out. Not one item was damaged. Vladimir and the 3 other men were excellent. They were professional, fast, efficient, honest, and pleasant. They notified me they were on their way, which was great. Vladimir and his team did a great job loading and unloading all my items from my house and storage unit. Vladimir even fixed my wobbly chair. Excellent professional movers. Highly recommend and we will definitely use them again.Side note: with ample movers, wrapping/packing the mirrors/glass was a bit pricy for $35 a piece, so we decided we would just move them ourselves since it was quite a few items.

This crew was subcontracted out by a moving broker. The crew leader was very polite and professional. The other two didnt talk much. I was happy the crew was on time, worked very hard, and efficiently, to load the belongings, and transport them six hours away and then unload them. It was a long day for everybody. Next time I would skip the moving broker and just hire Ample Moving directly.

A really great service. They came in, were personable, and worked quickly and efficiently. They knew exactly what to and how to do it. Plus, they even took apart (and put together) my couch, and honestly, I didnt even know that the couch could even separate into that many parts. I originally scheduled a Sunday move but due to some problems in my NYC apartment, Alex worked things out and agreed to reschedule my move same day Saturday - without any additional fees. The team who helped me were Vlad, Michael, and Igor. They did an amazing job, wrapped everything, helped with disassembling/assembling and they were quick! They delivered upstate on time! I just moved from NYC to Alabama. I did a lot of research before doing so. There is a lot of fraud in this field. Ample movers gave me a quote they did not stick to but that’s to be expected since you always forget to list some stuff. All in all their price was reasonable. I also had them pack for me. All my stuff arrived in one piece and no scratches. Very professionally packed. They delivered within the time frame they gave. They worked fast. This was not an experience I was looking forward to but they did what they were supposed to do. I’m writing this review to hopefully help other people that are facing the same jungle I was.

I cannot recommend Ample Moving enough! I spent many weeks researching moving companies and getting quotes. It’s was overwhelming. I finally decided to take a chance with Ample Moving. Their rates were great, had good reviews and I had a really good conversation with Alex. It could not have gone more smoothly. I was charged what I was quoted, the gentlemen that moved the stuff were very professional and careful, nothing was broken. I will definitely be calling Ample for any future move.

I recently inquired about moving from my 1 bedroom apt in Jersey City back to my parents house an hour and a half away. Ample Moving came back with a quote within an hour and was one of the best quotes out of all Jersey City moving companies that I inquired about. Eli and Michael were so nice from the very beginning and moved all of my stuff very fast and efficient. Everything was wrapped and packaged perfectly and no damages. Not only did they do a good job moving, they made sure not to waste your money by taking too long. I was informed they can’t commit to specific time for afternoon slots. The team arrived at 4:30. There was no proactive communication about when the team would arrive.

My experience with ample movers was a great one! From the first call to when they left my home after moving my belongings, the experience with ample was a good one. Team was lead by Gorcha and they worked non stop and worked well together. No damages that I have noticed and my belonging were treated with care. They were great! I had to move from Brooklyn to NJ. On the phone I wasnt expecting much like another quote from so many other moving companies I talked to within the day. I talked with Cory just before 9PM was kind of shocked they were still answering calls at this time. Cory answered all my questions and other tips to make the moving process run smoother. With the reasonable price I booked it. On the day of the move the foreman was Eli and he had two other men with him to help with the move. Before I signed anything he let me know what I was signing what the price would be and their goal was to move in less than 3 hours. But before that the other two guys were already moving stuff they got right down to it no small talk wrapping furniture and packing up the TVs. It was like a small conveyer belt. One man was packing stuff upstairs, one was taking the stuff downstairs in the elevator and other was packing it up in the truck. When it was time to go to NJ they kept in contact by text messaging. I wasnt able to get to the NJ apt until like 20 mins later before the movers did and they were already moving things into the lobby to get things started. They didnt waste any time. The movers got everything moved within the time they said they would. It was a stress free transaction. I recommend ample moving.

I do not recommend their services. Ample helped me move 33 miles from NJ to NY. Ample was great at setting up its service. Its employees also handled my belongings with care. However, a problem arose during the move, and Ample handled the problem quite unprofessionally.I left my NJ apartment at the same time as the movers. I offered directions to the NY apartment and indicated that I was taking the George Washington Bridge. The movers declined directions, saying we will figure it out. Despite my having to stop and pay tolls in cash, the movers arrived, without reasonable explanation, AN ENTIRE HOUR after I did. I called the office once during that hour expressing my concern. The manager contacted the drivers but did not return my call. Whenever the movers arrived, they demanded full payment to complete the move, despite my previous deposit. The movers also refused to deduct any portion of the hour they were missing in action. Finally, the manager refused my second request, submitted through the movers, for a phone call.Stuff happens. I get it. Vehicles get flat tires. Movers take a wrong turn or even get lost. People take different routes and exercise different driving styles. But under these circumstances Ample should have deducted 1/2 or 3/4 of an hour from the move. When being compensated hourly, it is not reasonable to charge for time when the movers are lost or perhaps even doing something unrelated to the move. And it is certainly neither reasonable nor professional to ignore customer phone calls seeking to address an issue in real time.

I want share with my experience. I moved from queens to Brooklyn. Vlad and his team helped me with moving, they were professional, worked quickly, answered to all my questions, ofc because I worried about my stuff, and I ask a lot :) so then everything arrived on time, they took special care to my stuff. I really appreciate them, and I will definitely use this company again! And I recommend this company to everyone 😉

You will receive quick replies from Alex with a detail outline discussing costs and what you can expect on move day.The rates are very competitive and worth every expense! They have made my moving experience so pleasurable each time and I am amazed how efficient the movers are. I have moved from 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and they have had the truck loaded within 50-75 minutes tops. They are very careful with the furniture and ensure large items such as couches, TV stands, tables, etc are wrapped in padded moving blankets and then taped up to ensure they stay on.The movers themselves dont speak much English (Russian primarily) but they are very polite and always come with a smile. I truly appreciate their hard work and effort, especially since I have moved all 3 times in the high heat of July.I highly recommend Ample Moving and will continue referring friends to them. FYI - to receive the lower price, pay in cash as there is a 10% fee for credit card use (this is mentioned in the initial quote email so you have time to go to the bank and get the money).

We recently used them and it was not a pleasant experience. We have moved many times over the years and used many movers overtime so talking from experience. The staff was rude and did not seem experienced. They did not take care of furniture and electronics and did not even properly pack/handle flat screen TV. They did not seem to have proper equipment (rollers etc) to efficiently move stuff and therefore it took them too long.I would not recommend using them. There are many others who do much better and probably cheaper in the end.—————————————-Just adding to this to respond to Ample Mover’s comments after our review.—————————————-Many of the things he has said are misrepresented. This is the attitude you will see them - no focus on customer satisfaction but bait and switch. What you won’t get back is your broken TV!!You ask them if they would lower the price - as they were higher some others - and they will say yes but reduce the # of people on you. Most people don’t have an idea how many people and many hours would be needed - thats how they will bait and switch.They will not finish their job in normal times and when you asked them to fix the bad job they have done, they will ask for money.I am going to hire another mover to unpack/properly handle their job but one thing i was sure of - i will never use and pay Ample Moving again.

These guys are really great! We’ve moved a few times used different companies each time. Ample was by way and far the best. They are transparent (and competitive) with pricing, the foreman was really great and the team too.We had a two day move over long distance and everything worked out as well as we could have wanted. The crew even worked around our two toddlers who really wanted to help - they were super accommodating of the boys pestering, considering how much they had to do!I can genuinely recommend Ample. Ask for Alex or Stefan. Both really good.As and when we move again, we’ll be calling them.

DO NOT USE THEM. Theyre highly unprofessional. Day of my move they texted me asking to move my scheduled time to early morning which I couldnt do because of other obligations. Their arrival window was supposed to be 1-5pm. At 4:15 I called and they said to not worry they will be there at 5pm. At 5:15pm I called again and they said they JUST put my address into the GPS and it said 1 hour. What did you expect? Its rush hour now on a FRIDAY EVENING. And of course it wasnt an hour wait because the driver calls me and tells me to come outside. I go outside and they are nowhere. So I had to send a location and they said 5 mins... how do they NOT know how to use a GPS. I have never had a food delivery issue so why do they?When they finally arrive and set up it was after 7pm (two hours outside of their latest est time of arrival) and dark. The movers are speaking another language and are audibly sighing when they have to do anything remotely heavy. The workers did work fast but only because they wanted to go home because the company decided to be greedy and book and manipulate their scheduling. I will not be recommending them to anyone. If anything I will make sure everyone will know about them and not use them because they lack communication. They did not tell me at all they will arrive late or a job is taking longer. I HAD TO INITIATE all questioning as to their whereabouts and thats not an extra stress ANYONE needs during their move. I called their boss ALEX if he would offer any discounts because lateness/GPS issues (which is the dumbest)/no communication is not acceptable. And he didnt readily do anything but said he will talk about it later. I paid full price just to forget about this whole ordeal because by then it was 9pm.EDIT: After posting this review I was reached out by Alex to reconcile and was apologetic it came this far. I strongly believe communication is the key and that any issues need to be readily solved especially when a customer is willing to talk things through in a calm manner. The owner agreed and graciously refunded the deposit I asked for.

Ample Moving did a great job. They were reasonably priced, on time, very professional and I would hire them again.

So let me first say that I never leave reviews and this will be my first one. These guys are.... AMAZING. The entire experience was smooth and painless. The crew that came was respectful, fast, and extremely funny! They handled all our furniture with great care and really hustled. Our move was seamless and stress free thanks to them.

Amazing MOVERS super fast and helpful. Arrived at my new home with the movers only to realize I had locked myself out of my new home the night before. They assured me not to worry and that we would figure it out. And they did! They got me back into my home and unpacked and arranged all of my belongings in my garage. Excellent customer service, friendly and reliable!

I had a great experience with the movers, came on time. Really professional, moved everything really quickly. Taped everything nicely. They were done really quickly and nice people. Didn’t raise any objections for few extra things.I will use them again always!

I moved from NJ to MA and had a great experience with ample moving. The movers were professional and efficient. I had a few hiccups getting to MA but the movers were very understanding and did a wonderful job! I would recommend them for big and small moves!

Came right on time. Hardest working guys, one would come across. They worked non-stop for 8 hours to complete our move. Very accommodating to any requests. Really packed everything very well and took extra care to make sure the walls etc. dont get scratched.The experience couldnt have been better.

If you are looking for movers, no need to look any further. These guys are Fantastic!! They truly are. And very competitive in their pricing. They just finished a 15 hour day for our move, and were gracious and hardworking throughout. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They are clearly very experienced. Their efficiency was obvious, and we had multiple delicate items which they handled with care without direction. Great bunch of guys handled my belongings with care and taking out the furniture from my old place didn’t leave a mark. Alex is easy to communicate with and always available. Definitely recommend them. They handled a 3 bed apartment with some basement stuff in no time. Would hire again for the next move definitely.

Five star rating goes to Ample Moving (thumb up!) Mike and Victor are my movers and they did a fantastic job today! They were half an hour earlier and even helped me pack my stuff when I had no clue how to wrap them up (ordered boxes which came as much smaller size than expected so had lots of small boxes).The entire process is smooth and streamlined with their help on dissembling, packing, wrapping furniture and finally unloading and reassembling. They asked where everything should be put and did a great job for setting up my new apartment. I would definitely recommend Ample to my friends and will use Ample again myself in the future.

Ample Moving did an amazing job on our move. We had a very short window to move since we sold and bought at the same time so needed it to get done fast. Ample Moving was able to not only accommodate a last minute time change (and not give us any problem), but they showed up a little before the appointment time to get started! We really appreciate the punctual team that took care of our furniture and home like their own. Every piece was wrapped and unwrapped as expected and nothing got damaged in the move.Electronic communication was a huge part of the experience. We were able to get everything done over email in a more effective and efficient way, as they were extremely responsive and accommodating.I would definitely recommend Ample Moving for your next move and I know I will be using them again if the need arises.

Alex and team did an amazing job with our move which included a few very heavy weight items like a 500lbs safe. It was all no problem for Alex and his crew. While assembling the furniture at the new place we lost power and they could have very easily said we cant finish and walked away at that point but instead they took out their cell phones and used them as lights and kept on working. I cant say enough good things about this crew.

Used Ample two years ago to move a few pieces of furniture down to my mothers house. Loved how they took a lot of care with each piece, were on time, and the price was fair for it being just 4 pieces of furniture.So, when it came time for my apartment move yesterday I decided to give them a try. They were on time (actually were able to be there a half hour earlier, but I wasn’t ready!) they showed up exactly at 9, began working right away and literally never stopped. We drove the few JC blocks to the new building. We needed to wait about 15 mins for the broker to get my keys, and I let them know this assuming they’d just wait and take a break, they didn’t! They just started unloading the truck and moving everything across the street in front of the building. They made every effort to put bins and furniture where they thought it should go and offered to move things around as I wanted them.Final price was EXACTLY what I was quoted, and I love that they quote for the first 2 hours and then it’s billed by the half hour, which is awesome as we finished at exactly 12:30.Highly recommend!

Fast, experienced and very accommodating. Helped me for a last minute move and I was so happy with them I hired them again the next week for my second and main move. Alex and team are really great and I would highly recommend them.

Worst movers Ive had in my life. The movers broke my almost new table and scratched the new wall. They also end up taking much longer than previously estimated and ask for twice the amount as promised after the move.
