I am a regular customer of this company for their always-on-time service, nice vehicles, and courteous drivers who are professionals, but not crazy behind the wheel. Good for airport, extended metro area drives, and around town runs too - longer distances too most likely. I have travelled with pets, moving house, to and from doctors, and on grocery runs. Really nice people, nice company, they agreed last minute to come a half hour earlier than we originally scheduled which is always helpful when you are going to the airport. Their online form to schedule a pick up is also very convenient. Cab drivers are nice and cab is super clean with impressively clean and spacious trunk.

We get assigned the same driver most of the time so there is a familiar face dropping and picking us up most of the time. Very professional and prompt service through SMS interactions.

Scheduled a car to take me to Newark airport at 5:15am. By 5:20am, there was no car. I called the dispatcher and the phone number was disconnected. Luckily I was able to get an Uber, but I almost missed my flight. Not sure what happened.

I’ve used a lot of other companies including (Uber, lyft, etc ...)But never found more professional people than Grove, my experience with Uber I had people driving me with stinky cars and drivers wearing a pajamas !!!!!!!!!!!!Verses Grove company drivers ALWAYS come with very clean and luxury vehicles and drivers have a professional dress code .I always use them for my business.I would definitely recommend themThey are over the top
