Best laundromat ever !! If you don’t have cash on you, you can use your debit card or credit card. The lady always playing the best music. Makes washing so much better for me. And it’s always done so fast and accurately. Love it

Last wash is at 7pm I arrived at 7:03 and was not allowed in. I was told that the workers have to leave at 8pm on the dot and I wouldn’t finish in time. Now I’m wasting money to go to another laundry mat and definitely gonna have to waste money for the cab back home since I’m goin further away! Definitely disappointed since I come here all the time but not anymore!

Disappointment. My washer broke halfway through the cycle. I was on a work schedule and had little time to spare— the girl working called her mom (the manager), to ask what to do.. they told me my wash that day would be paid for. They paid $2 toward my dryer costs, and put the broken wash load in a different washer, but my entire laundry that day, including $5.50 broken machine went on my credit card.. so, nothing was paid for except $2 off drying fees. I lost about 1.5 hrs in work time and nearly missed my shift. I tried to speak in person and via phone later to get them to make it right, they wouldn’t. Definitely “my wash that day would be paid for” didn’t happen…. Awful customer service. Glad I’m moving out of the area.

Love love love this laundromat! They have hand sanitizer stations everywhere, so many choices in machine sizes/prices, it’s clean and spacious - even on a Saturday morning. Staff is super sweet and always wiping down surfaces. Will def be returning

Becarfull. dont use your debit card there. i use mine on wash machine say 3.50 $ and they charged my account more than that. better use quarter.

I am so disappointed. Since my boyfriend and I moved to Journal Square, we’ve been going to this Laundromat. It’s about a 12 minute walk and we really like this one as it is one of the only Laundromats in the area that accepts card payments. We were really happy doing our laundry here. Because we are both jiu jitsu athletes, we have twice as much laundry to do every week. On the laundromat’s window there is a huge add “PICK UP & DROP OFF SERVICES. 20 LBS MIN.” There is a very nice lady who works there in the evenings and always seems to enjoy her time at work. I honestly forgot her name, but I inquired about the pick up & drop off services with her, and she said that all we had to do was call it in and that it had to be 20 lbs min. This week, my boyfriend and I decided to try it out for the FIRST time because we are both injured and unable to do so much laundry at once. SO, on Saturday, I called Journal Square Laundromat, and inquired about the services. The girl on the phone is a younger girl who I have seen there multiple times also. She told me that the pick up & drop off laundry services would not be available until Monday. Though I really needed my clothes done by Monday morning, I knew we couldn’t possibly do all of it alone, so I decided to listen to the girl on the phone and schedule my services for Monday. I gave her all my information and scheduled the pick up & drop off times. Monday came, and my laundry was never picked up before 10 am (or at all) like the girl had confirmed with me over the phone. I didn’t even receive a call. I called them around 12 to inquire about it, and the same girl answered the phone. She had no explanation as to why my clothes were never picked up, and all she did was say that she was sorry. I was so angry and had to go to work, so I just left. I called today (Tuesday) to try and get them to provide the services that they advertise, and the same girl tells me that it is not available because her manager has to figure out a few things. Huh? What kind of business is this? Why is it still on your glass windows? Why weren’t your employees aware? Now, my boyfriend and I are stuck with 50 lbs of laundry. I really liked this laundromat, but I’m super disappointed with their customer service.

Great Laundry very Clean Love their machine wash very well dryers are the best But last week I went there in the Morning I usually go in the evening but do to that they close at 8 now I went in the Morning and there was a heavy set lady with short there Working there I ask her a question and the answer me in a bad attitude then I needed Change and she say she didnt have so I ask what we can do about it and she say I cant help you figured it out so I went to the store to buy what I needed because she couldnt help me then a lady was folding on the first table and in a rude way she told her to move because that was her working person if you keep people like this in a place were you have to be kind and always smile you will loose costumer because you have a bad costumer Service with this lady its a shame that a very Nice laundry like this you hire incompetent people which makes a Good business looks Bad other than that when I come again and if I see a change I might change my star

Clean, and lots of washers of different sizes, and large tumble dryers. Can use change, card, tap to pay, or load up a laundry card.

Amazing laundry cause of the awesome staff members!! Queen Ruthy is the best! I actually had another laundry I was using but they closed down for a month and so I started using JS laundry. My old laundry has opened again but I have fully switched to JS laundry because Ruthy is the bomb.com and everyone else there are the sweetest! Great service always!!

Always a great experience. Any machine thatts out of order gets fixed within weeks. New management a drastic improvement over how its been the past couple of years. Machines take coin, credit card, laundry card, or apple/Google Pay.

They need to fix the air condition

This place is dropping the ball during covid. First they said last wash was at 7:00. I got there at 6:45 and they said they were closed. I had to beg them to let me in, and I was done way before 8 pm. THEN they changed their hours to last wash at 6:30. I get there at 6:15 pm and they locked their doors saying they were closed. I had to walk 7 min back home with my dirty laundry. If you’re going to CLEARLY post a policy on your door, follow it yourself first. I work until 6 pm every day. The only reason why this place does well is because every other laundromat in the neighborhood is trash.
