My uncle and I wanted to use this company to ship items to our family in the Philippines, upon delivery of the shipment not only was the barrel unsecured (no lock on the barrel and no shipping tape) and the barrel was secured before we shipped out. But most of the items were stolen I contacted to company and they had no answers or resolution for the issue. I would NOT recommend using this company for shipping anything, horrible experience

I used this cargo company for about 5 years now and they consistently delivered my boxes untouched. Because of the pandemic, the transport took longer than the usual (3 months), but I was made aware of that because of the lockdown and restriction in Manila. Customer service is not the best but what do you expect? You know your box is in a container, on a ship crossing the pacific ocean. Give me a break! I will continue to use this cargo company.

My friends received the boxes and they were all in excellent condition and they are very happy that they received them when you said around the date you told us itll get there so thank you very much and well send through your company again

I paid for an air express rate, they said it would arrive in two weeks and yet my package didnt arrive and its almost two months. Will never recommend this company. I keep calling the office and they just tell me the same explanation everytime. 👍 Sent something else in LBC and yes it arrived just before the promised date.

Sent my first box to Cebu. I had no problems. Shipped, Sept 5th arrived Nov 6th in Cebu. Delivered to Province Nov 26. Box was in Excellent condition. I was on live video when box was delivered and the delivery men were clean and very professional. They even placed the box in the living room.Tracking could be better after arrival in Cebu, maybe give an estimated time of delivery.When I did contact customer service they did reply within one day, they even contacted the recipient of the box the next day and delivered the box 2 days later. I will use this service in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!I would question reviews that claim they keep you updated. They never update. If its the branch in cavite, you need to find out whats going on out there. Theyre hurting your business here.We shipped two boxes at the same time, one delivered 2.5 months later and one is apparently missing. No one can tell you where your package is. At this point were thinking someone decided there was something they liked inside. poor customer service. No updates letting you know its going to be excessively late. If the box ever arrives, Ill update review.

I have sent 5 boxes through Makati Express. The first box arrived last week with a missing item. Besides, my son received the box totally torn. You can send your boxes thru them but don’t send anything of value.

This is the 4th time I sent boxes through makati express. I never had any problems with them. Sure, it got delayed this time due to covid-19, but that’s understandable. My sister in the Philippines was kept posted of the status throughout. The delivery crew was exceptional. They took care of the box and were very respectful. They’re hard working people. I wish other customers would appreciate the work they do. I highly recommend using this service.

Mr. Moks you can report this company Makati Express Cargo to New Jersey Attorney General office and Better Business Bureau as soon as possible. Make sure you document your contact and or correspondence with them.Its more effective for them to respond to your complaints via social platforms like Facebook Instagram & Twitter!!! Balikbayan box to Philippines? Go to makati express. They have bigger boxes and drop off rates is lower than any shipping company.

The first time & second time I sent boxes some of the stuff I sent were missing. The 3rd time I sent boxes, the tracking says its out for delivery & until now they were not yet delivered. Its pass 3 months now since I sent out the boxes. I do not recommend this

Extremely poor service! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I sent box in Feb 2007 in preparation of me going home in April. I was in the Phils April and May a month vacation and until now that am back, my box hasnt arrived yet. Their Manila office is unreachable to call. I tried calling their New Jersey office and promised me the same week they will deliver my box, till now no box yet. They are unprofessional they should be close for business!!!!

According to ME two months and ma ddelay of about two days. Now 3 months n yung box wla p in s Quezon City. Sabi s akin balik bayan box is considered as comodity kaya d xa ma aaapektuhan ng MEQ.Babalik n lng aq s GLOBAL CARGO mas reliable.
