The worst experience. I wanted to speak to someone in the Jersey City NJ office and when I call it keeps going to a call center. The rep just tells me to call again and it keeps going to the call center. The only option is to go to the location. We are in 2016 with technologies that allow so much convinience and the only solution is to leave work and go to the office when they are open. This service is a mess! You need a better phone system or you will loose customers. Never again will I use your service.

The ladies behind the counter are always very nice and helpful. One time I had a big shipment, to save on shipping, they suggested I drop off at their shipping facility. Saved me quite a lot. Thank you.

I send my bx by september 14,2015 going to mindanao and until now d pa dumating dec,12,2015 are you serious guys? My friend send also box going to cebu last sept 21 and it arroved like dec 6 2015 can you explain this ?? And nag imcrease pa kayo what the hck are you doing? Yung mga call center agent pag twagan they keep on saying na mag update sa fb the heck, d nman updated always..umayos kayu

I love the Saturday staff Wilma and Maria Isabel. I send a lot of air packages sa Pinas weekly pero Id rather wait to send them all sa Saturday kasi maganda customer service nila. Very accommodating and friendly si Wilma at Maria Isabel.I used to be kabado if the service is good, or if the packages would make it to pinas but have been using LBC for the past 6 mos now with more than 30 packages a month and ive never had a problem. Minsan delay pero may time din na ang bilis dumating ng packages but mostly on time. I will continue using LBC and going to this branch.Thank you Wilma, Maria Isabel and LBC
Customer Service in this branch ... worst! Went there to pick up a promo box and I was told they were running out ... I was standing for a few minutes asking if they could have one at least because I was picking up the boxes the next day (with a promo deadline ... free small box with 2 BB boxes ...) repeating both of them (2 women) saying we ran out but no mention that we ordered and at least give you an idea that they did ... I asked them how the promo? I cant find a box that fits their dimension. The fact that I tell them its ok to pick up the small box within the promo as long as I have a ref on or before Sept 11 (end of the promo) .will not forget that because thats really my concern ... so when they said that, i quit thinking its ok to not be open tomorrow to pick up the small one because they can just take it apart..it just happens to be running out of the box ... But because I really want to make sure I turn up their LBC 1800 number to double check and thats not the system! And asked me who said and said I was just coming from your JC branch ... and I was told that they would contact the branch daw .. After I talked to them ... I would call this JC branch again to tell to them I talked to the LBC CS and didnt even confirm it yet..to pick up the small box separately ... then suddenly before they had the story ... Cheers they didnt say that ... Not sure if they called me at LBC Main ofc or what but they told me on the phone a totally different story ..: totally diff information ... then over the phone they said lets call the warehouse now and i know that ill sell it theyll be late in the boxes and it may be that sometimes it seems that even though their order does not leave their car to drive ... what is that ?! when i was there with no mention that they were up for the boxes..they just repeated we ran out with a promo should they not be on top of things they supply ??? I told them when I was there you didnt even give me the idea of ordering you just in case you ran out while attending to your other business ... you have a customer in front of you and you keep pressing your keyboard and at least you set the time to talk properly to the customer in front of you..seems to me that they think after they say we ran out of boxes the talk is over ... they just cant wait for the customer to leave! And when I said I was there a while ago and they didnt even mention that they had called and ordered boxes, they suddenly replied do I have to tell you yet? What a relief! natural! Im looking for a box eh! Atleast at least give me an idea that something is coming..and its coming (maybe) tomorrow afternoon! And if I do, Ill call your phone often and if Im lucky enough someone will ask if a box has arrived so I can move your branch to pick up a box ... its not just you saying you ran out ... bottom line..cancelled my pick up tomorrow and resched for the 16th ... before then eh they had a box and were told it was still in promo even after Sept 11 the pick up ... and this should be better be! Moreover, they would not have said that first hand I would pick up the pick up if the small box could not be separated from the 2 BB boxes ... but that was never even mentioned ... JC Branch told me this is over the phone after i go to them ... if you just gave time to explain to your customer properly the policy and guidelines when your promo is not done ... The information you provide installment ... one and not precise! If you complain then they will explain in details ... worst customer service! And by the way, their drivers are ok..twice clicked here for us and both came on the specified time and courteous ... i give credit where credit is due ...
