I wish I could give negative stars. I came here to file my taxes. Unfortunately for me I waited for the last minute so I expected to wait. I wanted to make an appointment and called the business about 5 times before deciding to just go there. When I arrived I asked the receptionist if I could make an appointment, and she was extremely rude. She told me to write my name down and he would be arriving at 2pm. I left to run some errands and came back at 1:40pm still the only person there. He walked through the door around 3pm. By this time two more people have walking in and he is settling himself in. After about 15 mins he calls over one of the other people that were sitting waiting, before me, even though I was the first name on the list. He only spends about 5 minutes with the gentleman. After the receptionist calls me to his desk the accountant says hello to me and proceeds to answer a phone call. Hes yelling into the phone to one of his other clients and spends about 10 minutes doing so. Then picks up another call on his personal phone and proceeds to yell at another client. Finally around 3:40 he starts to file my paper work. And I will not even go into detail about what i was charged. I will never go back. Terrible customer service. Very unorganized and messy. If it wouldnt have been so last minute I would have ran out of there after waiting 30mins.
