The staff and facility are great. The building is spotless. Sign-up was easy. Our only problem was the approximately 5x5 unit was actually 5x4, so we were short by 5 square feet of floor space and about 50 cubic feet of volume.

The manager at this place, her name is Fadia. Ever since she has taken over to be manager, everything has been a breeze. You can see the people who work here are just happier, nicer, and much more helpful. Leadership makes a big difference.

Absolutely wonderful experience, I was on a very tight schedule for the move and Gabby was able to extend store hours for half an hour just for me so I could get all my stuff there in time. Very genuine people that care about their customers. The facilities is top notch, I have temperature sensitive musical equipment stored here with no issue at all. 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking to store valuables at a secure and monitored location.

This facility is a great solution for temporary climate controlled storage with good security in Jersey city. Very clean, easy to load/unload, staff is very friendly and helpful, and all around a great experience. Will be continuing to use Delta Storage for my future self storage needs.

The storage facility is super clean, secure and well maintained. It’s pretty easy to move in and out through the loading docks without much fuss. Fadia showed me around the facility and helped to chose the best unit out of the available ones. I was able to check in and lease the unit super fast. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I dont usually do product reviews, but these folks deserve a shout-out. The facility is new, air-conditioned, and designed for maximum ease of access in loading and unloading - you can load and unload from an interior driveway, so no worries about parking, security, weather. To say that Fadia and Gabriela were super helpful is an understatement. They made it seem that their mission in life was to make my experience quick, cost effective, and totally painless. This sounds like a fake review, I know, but it was one of the best customer experiences I have had in the past year. Added bonus.. only 20 minutes from lower Manhattan (when the tunnel traffic is good). Highest recommendation!

This storage facility is nicer and better kept than most apartment buildings! Great staff - once you visit you’re tempted to want to just hang out in the reception area because its so nice. If what you’re storing is important to you, we say bring it to Delta!

She took us on a tour of the vicinity, which was well-maintained. The sign-up process itself was very quick and we were even able to load our items into our unit at the same time. I have only been with the storage company a few days but I can confidently say that they have my business for as long as I am in Jersey City. I had car trouble right as I pulled in to sign up for a storage unit and they were incredibly kind about it. I have to say after 30 plus years of using a variety of storage places in NYC and NJ that Delta in Jersey City is a joy, head, shoulders and cubic feet above and beyond. The staff are incredibly helpful and service oriented, which is refreshing. The facility is really thoughtfully designed in every way for storage. For example- you drive into the building- so you are never unloading in the rain or snow or sweltering heat. The place is immaculately clean. There are always 4-5 carts available, no hunting them down, no crazy wheels. The hallways are wide, overhead lights come on automatically, theres music playing throughout the complex. The storage rooms also are well lit and the doors counterbalanced so they actually glide open and closed. Its the opposite of the grim, moldy, industrial, storage wars warehouses I have used for years. Its easy. Its calm. Two thumbs up. Rick in Jersey City.

I was new to self-storage services and Fadia was better than the best I could asked for to show me around and choose the best size that worked for my case. Above the call of duty!!!We have been using Delta Storage for quite a number of years now. But every time we have a need they go beyond all expectations. During this pandemic we found ourselves not being able to get back to the states and we had a situation where we needed to get a storage space and Fadia was able to do all that remotely. I’m new to self storage and this facility but the location is great for me and the rental price and access hours compared favorably with the competition. Everything is squeaky clean in its corporate way. As I get to use it I’ll be able to review it properly. The ladies at the front desk l, Gabriela and Kerling, were pleasant and efficient and processed me painlessly. One criticism of the structure of the rooms: I wish where there were high ceilings they’d have some crossbeams to make it easier to use top spaces. I guess if they did however it would inhibit customers who have their own scaffolding etc. everyone’s use is individual. I got there a day late for a space without other units above my own garage door eating into my upper space but you get what you get

Kerling was excellent. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and worked quickly. Ive never signed a lease in such a short time, she even offered to put the lock on my unit to save me some time. Overall, again, excellent service 👍

My husband and I just moved in a few days ago. We were assisted by Gabby, who was super thorough and helpful with everything! Just a wonderful experience overall!!!

First, I talked to Gabriella about my reservation she is a very professional. Once we get to the office, she recognized my voice and I think that’s a plus. She greeted us upon arrival and helped us view the unit as well as explained everything we needed to know. We left to get another tour from a different company but when we arrived and viewed the unit we called back to Delta to tell them we are going to take the unit. Fadia, the manager was the one who helped us settled everything. She is great. Gabriella was occupied with another customer but greeted us. Sure, it’s a bit pricey than other but you are get what you paid for. The security is their top prior. The building itself is new and it’s very clean. Customer service is A+.

Read the reviews and 98% were positive. So I went to look at the units early this week and I met Fadia and Gabriela. Fadia is the most amazing store manager ever! She showed me different units and as a courtesy, offered me the internet discount. The entire place was really clean, and the storage units were properly maintained. They sanitize once a week. I said I’ll let them know as I’m still shopping but I knew I was going to call back and reserve a unit that same day. And so I did! Gaby was great and helped me sign up, register and get my code. She took care of me really well, now I just move my stuff in with no worries. Fadia was there too and I love her energy! They do know how to treat their customers. I knew it was their job but they take customer service to another level. Although everyone was wearing masks, I knew that they were smiling as their eyes say so.
