They have had my pete 3 times for the same problem.....I made it almost out of AGL s yard and the check engine light turned on again....Paccar motors are Junk.

Personnel at the parts counter were very helpful and ordered my parts told me when they would be in and came out to my truck to visualize other parts that I needed. Great service

They installed new motor mounts on my truck, repaired and recharged my ac, was only there for about 7 hours total

As usual.. these guys always go above and beyond in the help provided.. as a local owner operator I deal with them every once in awhile. Theyre also Professional, friendly and smart. Hard to determine which one is best when it comes to service department or parts.

Went to get a oil leaks fixed had to bring it in twice. $11,400 still have leaks. The shop manager only yell at customer for no reason determined not to do what you took the truck in for poorest of poorest of the poor shop Ive ever peterbilt I ever been in 45 years

Dont stand behind their work. Not even 60 days and we had to replace the parts they installed. They just really dont care. I just tried to reply to the email address that they included in their reply and it is not a good email address. Just more of being shady.

Part department is good. Service, lets just say it isnt get you in and back on the road. They basically say, we will get to you when we can. This one more than one occasion with our 2019 pete.

Sent in a truck there and these people are selling the parts double the amount kenworth is selling across the street. Upon asking them they said if you want it to be repaired you have to buy from us. Told them to wrap it up and paid them for their hour. Dont go to this location, they rip you off with double the cost of same parts.

Had a brake down limped it to the shop. They got me right in and back on the road quick. I was able to make my delivery on top. Super friendly

Completely a RIP off, the receptionist say you will be charged for an hour of diagnosis but the manager end up charging you thrice. Upon confronting the manager, he replied this is what it is do whatever you want to do. NEVER EVER USE THEM..............

Manager doesnt know how to treat people. Way overpriced branch, I wish peterbilt hire a better manager for the location.

Have never seen a service manager care less about a broken down truck. Parts guys did good.

These guys are fast, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. If you have to get a hotel room, go to the best western down the road, you get a discount and they allow pets.

Have an hour minimum charge. Took them 20 minutes to tighten a loose belt. Had I known they were charging an hour minimum I would have given them an hour of work. I got ripped off. Dont let this happen to you. Try kenworth instead...
