Terrible customer service, representatives will walk away mid conversation to try and sell something to a new customer. Took 3 weeks for my engagement ring to come back the wrong size, not only that but it BROKE (as in the main diamond fell completely off) while just sitting on the couch within 2 WEEKS of being picked up. Save yourself the time and money and go to KAYS, and definitely do NOT trust this joke of a company with anything involving your wedding . 100% will never purchase from again. (Also staff wear masks under their noses so thats great to)

I wish I could give a lower rating! Their jewelry is cheap, bracelet broke after 45 days, I had to pay to have it repaired. They stated I should have bought the warranty! REALLY!

Warning to all shoppers do not purchase online from this people. My husband puchase a pair of diamond earrings on December 18 with assurance for delivery by Christmas, at a value of over$1,000.00. and he did not get a confirmation, merchandise has not been sent or received. He contacted customer service via chat service to cancel purchase as he had to buy me another gift elsewhere. They told him they were not obligated to cancel and they would not provide an explanation about the purchase or when we can receive it. Only that it was still on ecom. What is ecom? And do I really care. My husband then called by phone customer service to see if they would resolve it or cancel a purchase and they provided no guarantee of when we could expect it. Our saving grace has been the credit card understood and now is canceled. They can now keep their item. Seriously, If you want to STOP this type of bad e-commerce, merchandiser Do Not Buy from them. People it is tough out there, merchants are making promises they cannot keep, they take your hopes and dreams and play with them. Please research, read reviews before buying from anyone. This is my best gift and advise to all of you. Have a blessed and safe 2021.

Horrible quality assurance and customer service. I bought a pair of earing from clearance and only received one. No one check / takes pictures of items being shipped out? Is that the reason it was on clearance is being you were only going to send me one? I contacted them talked to a lady on the phone she filed a complaint and said they would give me a call. First they never called they sent me a simple email. I emailed them back and have been waiting over 3 months with no response.

Sam, at the Treasure Cost location was very helpful, friendly, fast and educated on what he was doing. Ive been to multiple location, trying to order a particular engagement ring, and Sam was able to make this process painless. Give Sam a promotion and a raise!

Worst experience at this store! My husband bought me a watch for Valentine’s Day but the battery was dead. Since he works out of town I had two days to spend with him while he was here and we decided to go get it fixed thinking it should be a simple fix. Went into the store to get it fixed with my 7 month old. Waited OVER 2 hours as people who came in after us were serviced!! Only one lady is able to do anything with watches at this store. After two hours she made my husband go back to the car in the pouring rain to get the receipt for the watch. When he came back she helped other people. The store was closing and we were the LAST ONES in there. All this time waiting just for her to open the box and say she doesn’t have the tools to fix it. I stayed in this store for over two hours and she didn’t think to tell us that at any point in time after she had previously already seen what type of watch it was? Still didn’t get watch fixed! Refused to waste any more of my time talking to her! Wasted precious time that I could have spent with my family. I will NEVER recommend anyone to do business here! Extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate to a paying customer. I would rather drive the 40 mins to Vero and get my watch fixed or replaced.

I should have read the reviews before buying anything from here. They are all true. I purchased a ring, sent it to get resized, 3 weeks later, nothing yet! I called the store one of the employees said it was going to be there the next day, I show up and its still not there. So I just asked for a refund because at this point they delayed it another week. The manager came out saying she can get it within an hour if I didnt return it, and that if Im still going to return it Ill have to wait another week for it to come in. HOW?! So I have to threaten to return it for me to get it at a reasonable time?! Thats insane! So you know what, Ill wait the week, you keep your ring and Ill keep my money. NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN!

Typical - they are nice when they want to sell something and when its damaged its a big screw the customer. Takes them over a month to fix a ring, then they lose it, forget to call, and have zero remorse and zero attempt to keep a customer or make things better. By the way, their in-store sales are just pressure to sell it. Go to the website and the sale price is the normal price. And during holidays, its cheaper online.

Horrible experience had my 3000.00 rings in there way to many times for missing diamonds. And every time they take my rings I have to wait 6-8 weeks without my wedding rings. The last straw was a week and a half before my wedding date and I was missing 7 diamonds. They werent gna do anything for me. I got hot. They decided to give me the ring in the case which happened to be a size 5. Not common. Needless to say that ring is now being sent out as we speak for a large missing diamond. They told me two weeks. Its been 3 still no rings. I am not happy and I dont want anyone else to have to go through what Ive gone through. Buyer beware. And sadly they are still selling this ring 3 years later even w all the problem.
