Worst customer service, the manager customer service is awful and she’s very rude. I loved Kay’s jewelry but with the experience that I had. I won’t be shopping there any more.
Absolutely LOVE this store... the employees are so helpful and detailed about the jewelry. Super friendly and you can tell they really are helpful and don’t just want to get in your pockets. If ever in the store see “Ally” she was great. All in all GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I cannot recommend this store enough!!!! During these stressful times I was hesitant about choosing wedding bands, and dealing with sales. But my experience here was the total opposite it was so easy, they had so many options and the customer service was amazing, especially Ally who took her time, showed me all the options, went over every single detail, and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions! Absolutely amazing customer service I definitely recommend speaking with Ally and going to this kays store. I am a customer for life! Thank you!

Buyer beware...purchased a gold plated Bulova watch 2/21/21...wore it 4 times and the finish is wearing...they refused to swap it out with a stainless steel version...Ill never spend another dime there!

The Store Manager at Jensen Beach is a piece of s..t I bought two rings one for my wife and one for me. The One I like they didnt have in my size. The piece of sh.t told to hold the size 10 he will other my size.22 days later noone ever Called or followed up with me, I decided to go to the store to see if they received my ring 💍. The store manager is such a liar told me he ordered it and they have a shipping issue. I left the ring at the store and call corporate the 🤡 was never place the order.Please people do not purchase any jewelry at Kay Jewelers at Treasure Coast Mall in Jensen Beach Florida, this store is a scam the store manager need to be fired.
My husband and I visited Kay and we were immediately greeted by Mark. He was very interested and engaged. He asked questions and paid attention to figure out our needs and wants. Mark is so pleasant and knowledgeable. He was what made the experience a wonderful one. Not only was it fun, we are both so happy with our marriage bling! I use to buy from Kay Regularly....i always bought their life time guarantee. Today I went to the jensen beach store in the mall to buy my wife her Xmas present. 5 months ago I went to the st lucie store where we usually go to have the warranty validated. While there we talked of upgrading the 1 carat ring. When they looked at it they said there is a small chip in the diamond but not to worry since I will be trading it in. They put in the computer the rings I liked and told me to go back when readyNow I go back and because they did not put I. The computer the inspection...they did put in the rings. They now say I am out of luck. This is bs. They look for any way to get out of keeping a promise. How is it my fault they did not put in the computer the inspectIon. They put in the ring. They are crooks and thieves now they lost my business. Beware there warranties are worthless yet they charge hundreds of dollars for it...

I wish that I could give zero or negative stars. I dropped my ring of for rhodium plating and to fix the previous soldering job. It was about 2.5 weeks turnaround which I was fine with. On the scheduled pick up date I called that morning to make sure my ring was back and was told yes. Fast forward to the afternoon when I was able to go pick it up, hauling my children with me, I go into the store and am told they had actually received it a couple days ago but had to send it out again because the soldering wasnt done from the original ticket. Another week later, I go in to pick it up and the soldering STILL had not been fixed but they did size it down a half size...The next day, after being assured they could put a rush on it and have it back within 4 days and that they spoke with the repair shop manager, I decided to give them a chance to make it right. Guess who didnt have my ring back on the promised date?! I will never again take my business to this store. Very disappointed and angry.
