We had a disaster at home with a bathroom leak.!!. We were not home for a few days and when we got back the entire floor was flooded with water. im glad we called servpro. These guys came fast and cleaned everything perfectly. we had mold building up on the wall and they also took care of all of that. now we have to deal with insurance headaches but at least our home is back to normal. The water heater broke while i was away and i found a lot of water damage and mold on my home. i did get a referral from my neighbor who previously used servpro. they came on time and i got excellent service overall. there was a minor issue with one corner wall but the general manager was very responsive and they took care of everything needed. very good work and excellent customer service.

Lied to by manager and YELLED at by the franchise owner...We have water damage thanks to a broken water heater. When we called ServPro to come out they were helpful and detailed...at first. After finding out we were renters the detailed information we were promised went away as did the level of service. The manager came out and took the techs to the side (not sure what was said) and they then started to rush and end the whole careful and caring process. The workers started to rush and they even left water behind AND placed an item that was not damaged in that water, making it damaged.The manager told my wife and I that he would give our landlord a quote for damage and then when pressed on the phone with the franchise owner he lied and said he never said that. The OWNER actually YELLED at me on the phone saying he cant work on a home without authorization. I tried to tell him that he cant get that authorization if nobody talks to the landlord (supposed to be done on Tuesday, it is now Thursday) and he continued to yell so much that I literally could not understand what he was saying. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life!They said they didnt have landlord’s info (we provided it to BOTH the techs and the manager) but no one called us to ask for it. Now there is mold and we will likely be forced to move. All and all we were promised...a detailed list of content damage, copies of all photos taken, fans to be used, all water gone when the techs left, a quote sent to the landlord, and for the experience to be as though It Never Happened. NONE of this was followed through with and I would have been better off doing the cleanup on my own. VERY disappointed and honestly it is more like they “Never Even Showed Up.”I am ONLY giving one star as there is no option to leave none.

Mediocre service with not a lot of care. Insisted on removing baseboards but then left pry marks/holes in the dry wall and cracked them. When i called in I was over talked by the woman who answered their phones. Not at all accommodating as we are just guests of the insured and asked them to bill the insurance company but they would not. No wonder they are not the preferred vendor.
