I have had my taxes done several times in several different places in my life this Integrity was BY FAR the worst service I’ve ever experienced!! When you trust some one with all you’re personal financial information abd then you can’t even communicate with them it’s a very very poor feeling!! Of course they blame it all on covid restrictions but with technology we have today that’s inexcusable !! I will never recommend this place Ever!!!

Integrity has been doing our taxes for years. We have used people at two locations based on where we were living at the time. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about self employment and all deductions that can be taken. I recommend using integrity tax group.

Mary Pondell has been doing our taxes for years now and we always enjoy visiting her. She and her staff are very professional. Most years, It seems like I have a couple of questions after we submit taxes, things like late forms that come in the mail, IRA questions, and so on. Mary will always respond to an email and answer any questions. It’s nice to know that someone who knows what they’re doing has got your back and is always there for you. That’s awesome customer service, highly recommended!

Weve been getting our taxes done with Integrity Tax Group for years because they are always very nice and found errors with our taxes when we went to H&R Block. I had used I Integrity tax service for 12 years years. Followed one of the people who did our taxes when they opened their own office. Went back to Integrity to have our taxes done and they charged me 3 times the amount from the previous years! Seriously! I asked several times how much was this going to cost and not one person would give me an answer! I should have known better. Lesson learned $355.00 later. So very frustrated and so disappointed.

Completely dissatisfied with the poor service we received. My wife and I left our appointment March 18 needing to get a couple more pieces of info. We emailed the required info the next week to our tax expert and received minimal response back. We had email notification that our state and federal returns were filed electronically but no contact from Tom at Integrity. I called to inquire about the vouchers we needed to file our city taxes a full month later, as they were due the end of April. We received quick help getting one voucher from Erika (thank you) and she passed us up the chain. I was contacted by supervisor, Dale, and I explained that we had not received our paperwork finalizing our tax filing, vouchers, nor any contact whatsoever. He seemed to not believe me, but said hed be looking into it. Here I sit 4/29 with the refund form for the city I work in due next Monday and no forms, vouchers, or information. Id love to frantically research how to file this but 1. Integrity still has my W2 forms and 2. THATS WHAT I WENT TO THEM FOR.
