My tax returns are pretty simple it cost $150 to get it filed Credit Kharma says I can do it free on-line I might try them next year.

My preparer was very knowledgeable, explained things very clearly and made suggestion to make next years refund bigger.

My first and last year coming to this location. I came to do my taxes, not to get questioned about my person life on a level that had nothing to do with taxes. I’ve went through H&R in the past and have had some caring and professional tax specialists help me and make me feel comfortable. Sadly, this specialist was NOT fitted into that category.

We have been going to Nelli for the last 3 years. She has been very friendly and detailed each time. She does a great job of explaining each step and reviewing our information with us to help us plan for the coming year.

I should have listened to friends and family when they said never use H&R Block. I was in need of a third party to do taxes though since my ex-husband and I filed together. The lady who did our taxes was not very knowledgeable and quite rude. I also found out she put the account information in incorrectly and delayed receiving the return. The lady who handled the call as to why it was taking so long was helpful, but they had no interest in being sincere about the mistake. Never never ever use H&R Block. Pay a little more for a smaller company, its worth it!In response to the owner, damage is already done. I work full time and go to school part time. I dont have time to come in there repeatedly so you guys can fix mistakes. It should be done and set the first time around, but maybe you guys dont find your customers THAT valuable.

Dont go here! This location I went to for a few years, last year they scheduled an appointment with me, then when we came in, said they couldnt find our scheduled appointment. We sat waiting to get squeezed in for over a half an hour. This year when I tried to schedule online, the lady cancelled on me with no warning, and didnt want to re-schedule me in or tell me why she cancelled the appointment. When I called the front desk, they did not help me get a new appointment, either, just putting me on hold.They will cancel on you without any warning, or forget your appointment at a whim. Very flaky staff overall.

I have been using HR Block for many years and will continue to do so. My agent was very up to date with the new laws and I was in and out in no time.

My appointment went fast, Carole did a great job on my taxes very helpful and will come back next year.

It said it would cost me $59.00. The lady I had couldnt figure out how to do my short term disability, so I was asked to return in two days. I did, I was then charged for that day also. What a scam.

I have super easy taxes, it cost me more than double for my 2018 taxes than my 2017 because there’s no ez-form!!!

I feel my taxes werent done in a professional manner and j feel the amount should of been more, they did not put my niece on my returns she gets disability and that wasnt put on my returns and 3 grandchildren as dependents I felt a little cheated and my daughter the mother of my 3 grandchildren that been in my home since day one she also was excluded from my returns

Update to owner:The district manager for this branch had told me nothing else could be done. I also called the IRS today to verify that they received the adjusted injured spouse form that was suppose to be overnighted to them, they said they didn’t get it! And it’s been two weeks!! I go back to this location to see what is going on ( around 10am ) and the doors are locked but yet the sign says they open at 9am. Absolutely pathetic!!Will never be able to go to any h and r block in general as they do not stand behind their clients if employees make mistakes on a tax return, but this location is far worse than any h and r block that I’ve dealt with in the past. Filed my taxes with Dianne on January 18th. Thought everything was fine but it wasn’t. I never got a confirmation that my taxes were filed so I had to call and see what was going on. They said because I filed the injured spouse form I had to pay for my tax fees up front (313$) when I asked to have it taken out of my refund. So I had to pull money out of my savings to cover this unexpected cost and come back into h and r to pay so my taxes could get done. I was told that because I was filing an injured spouse form that it could take 4-6 weeks to receive my refund. 8 weeks had went by with no refund. I call and spoke with the manager of the branch in which she confirmed that time frame was accurate so I call the IRS. They say they have no idea where h and r block got that information, standard wait time for this type of claim is 11 weeks!!At this point I am so aggravated by the whole situation I had been in contact with the district manager, Myle. She agreed to refund me my tax prep fees since at this point I’ve been through too much stress with the whole situation. So I go ahead and wait the 11 weeks since I don’t have a choice.THEN, I get a notification stating that I’ve received a refund of 217.42$ on my emerald card. I was confused so I called h and r block they said I had to call the IRS to figure out why. I call them, they say that the injured spouse form was filled out INCORRECTLY and the rest of my 5k refund went to my husbands debt. I call h and r block to see what the heck is going on, they said file an amendment. I’m on vacation but need this resolved so they were able to get an amendment form sent to the location I was closest to. When I got there, they had sent over a form for an amended tax return showing I’m only getting 3k because she decided to send it as filing separate which I never agreed to. So I wasted more time, and more money to try to get their mistake cleaned up. Called them again they refiled an amended injured spouse form and now I have to wait another 2 months “ to see “ if my claim has been accepted.This is unethical and completely unprofessional! If they make a mistake on something, even when you pay for the peace of mind they offer, they do not stand behind their clients. This has caused me so much unnecessary stress WHILE PREGNANT and they say they can’t do anything more.Beware of this location, but better yet reconsider using h and r block tax service. They can mess up but only you suffer those consequences!
