The folks inside are nice enough, but I got here for a delivery at 14:45, its 19:30 now & they havent even put my trailer in a dock yet. When you drive for a living this kind of delay costs EVERYONE & is inexcusable. If I did my job like this, Id be fired!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are horrible, had 3 tool boxes that were supposed to be shipped from SC to KY they have lost one of them! Not to mention they were late picking up order have given me 5 different delivery times on 4 different days, we close at 5pm and they had driver show up at 6:15! I had 3 people stay to unload because they said they couldnt confirm when they could deliver again if I choose to not be there for the delivery!Only to have them tell me they lost part of the order ! They told me they have no idea where my tool box is and the lady told me she wasnt going to look for it!! Rude customer service, no care for people s belongings, not on time delivery and lost shipment, if you care about your belongings do not use this company! I am out 10s of thousands of dollars and now cant even work!!

Holland Freight has to be one of the worst freight companies in the tri-state area. I have had 5 skids of product sitting in a trailer at the Jeffersonville terminal for 14 days. Holland claims they are 2 weeks behind and doing the best they can to get the trailers unloaded - yet when I show up at the terminal to pick up my freight no one can locate my shipment. Poorly ran operation.

They have had my item for almost 3 weeks now. Any time I call and they are rude and could careless about my delivery. I’m told because its residential I’m not top priority and they only deliver on the weekends to residential m because they are so behind. This is so unacceptable. I paid my money just like everyone else! I was told last week I would have it Saturday. I’m self employed and canceled my whole day so I could be home ready for my delivery and no show! Not only did they not show you can’t even reach anyone on the phone to see whats going on. It makes me never want to order from the business I purchased from even though its not their fault. If you’re a business and looking to use them DONT they have the worst customer service and don’t care about your customers! I’m sure I’ll get the run around again this coming week when I call on Monday.

Package been sitting in knoxville for over a week, first day called said it would ship out that night, second day called was told it was lost, third day i get an email saying that cannot reach me for delivery on the number i gave them the day before.i called the number in the email to try to straighten it out and they told me i had the wrong number i would have to call knoxville directly.they told lied to me said could not call knoxville on another line. if i can call them they can call them just to lazy. now its past 5 pm and i get to wait another day for there incompetence.

Have had my shipments for the last week and a half. Every day I call they tell me itll be delivered the following day. Today I called and theyve LOST both of my shipments. Not one, both. I highly recommend you dont use them. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

As a driver that must share the road with Hollands drivers, i do not appreciate seeing a semi blow through a red light. Given he just came through the round about on SR 62, speed is definitely not a valid excuse.

Lost shipments (entire truckloads) with no interest in finding it. Even customer service reps will tell you the company is a lost cause and dont expect any resolution. They go weeks without even being able to tell you what city your shipment is in. Do NOT ship with them, you will regret it!!!!!!!

According to their tracking number our shipment has been in their facility since Jul-08 it is Jul-16 an they are still looking for it and have not being able to pick it up from their dock because they failed to deliver it 3 days in a row.

Been waiting on shipments for several weeks now. Cant seem to get a straight answer from the service department. I keep being told we will call back once we locate the shipments. Does that take 3 weeks??? Assuming they even have the material at their facility. Makes me think nobody at this company (or at least this branch) knows what they are doing. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT RECCOMEND

Absolutely the WORST freight company Ive ever dealt with. When you are on hold with their terminal an on hold message says, On time delivery has been a long time industry standard. What a joke. I have been lied to 3 times this week about your pipe will be delivered tomorrow. No supervisors can take a phone call because all 9 of them are not in the office. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVER trust these people with your freight........... you will be lied to and ignored until it is convenient for them to make your delivery. Heres an idea Holland, put your Louisville terminal IN LOUISVILLE. Then it will be more convenient to make Louisville deliveries instead of waiting until you have something going that way. It would also help if any of your people had an ounce of empathy when a customer has a problem. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.......SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR LACK OF CONSIDERATION. You will never ship another piece of freight for my company.

OTR DRIVERS!!!!They won’t unload you before 1pm ET. So don’t rush, they only work on their trucks I hade to sit for 5 hours to get done...just to save you your time. You welcome!
