Pauls Taxi Service was great. They were prompt and accommodating for my ride to airport for a departing flight, communicated their location and time expectancy superbly and were able to get me to the airport quickly and safely. Judy was a great driver! Highly recommended.

Judy was the driver that provided my needed services, she was very nice unlike slot of people that I ran into while visiting here. Would definitely use this service again when Im here and would definitely recommend for all straight and multiple Stops.

I called Pauls because in the past I had problems with Yellow. Mr. Lanea- the Louisville driver is extremely caring and courteous. And they take credit cards. Highly recommended.

I got stuck at work on state street and my Uber said it was coming but never showed up. I called this taxi service and they got me picked up and taken home. Definitely would use this taxi service again!

Incoming weather changed my plans last night so I had to grab a hotel in order to be closer to the airport. Called late last night to arrange a ride to the airport and while I neglected to get the overnight managers name, he was such a pleasure and scheduled us right in first thing this AM. He didnt have a driver available due to snow so he came and picked us up from Caesars casino hotel and right at 5am as promised and got us safely to the airport. He was such a sweetheart and really made our day, pleasant and friendly. Will 10/10 use again in the future!

Why is it that when I call this place they keep sending me different companies. I was riding with road hammer from yellow cab now it is another company name. Is this just a call center for all the companies or what? Slow service.

Changed my plans from a 15 minute trip to a trip to Evansville without notice. It was not a problem at all to take me. Quick, courteous service. Definitely recommend.

I will never call this company again. I was not happy with my last ride at all. The driver was rude to me and short changed me.

I used this service... I called to be picked up and he said that theres usually someone already outside. No, there wasnt so he said to wait a few minutes and someone would show. 45 minutes later I called him to inform him no taxi showed. He said ok I guess I will come get you. I waited another 27 minutes for him to show. (Keep in mind this is now going on 1am and I was sitting outside greyhound bus station) when I got in the car I informed the driver I only had $40 to get me as close as possible home. The entire ride the guy was on the phone and speaking a different language and laughing. I felt he was laughing at me and I was uncomfortable. The driver didnt run the meter at all and when I questioned him he yelled in broken English that Im the driver, let me worry about it! Pulled up to my house and he said it would be $40 even? I will never use this taxi service again and I tell everyone not to use them too. The ride was 2.1 mile... from greyhound to my address and its a straight run. I was in the taxi for 7 minutes! Come to find out, the next taxi took to greyhound the fare was almost $22!

Im telling you if you call this taxi company ask for roadhammer. He will give the best ride. I suggest this taxi over any.

I have mixed reviews on this service. The first time I used this service the owner was on time, was very nice and chatty at my ride at 3 am and quoted me a lower price than on the phone. I was so happy with my first experience that I chooses to use them again. This time I had the owners “night man”. He was on time but was rude to me when I sat on some stuff he had on the passengers seat. He was not friendly and he quoted me a higher price than what he quoted me on the phone. There was no traffic so there was no reason for the up in charge. If you use this service, use the owner and not the night man. You will have much better experience with the owner.

I have been using this cab for many years, I have always been quite please. Fair prices, good conversationalist, my average ride is around 26 miles but Ive been known two go further, they have always been on time, I will continue two use them

I would not recommend them. I gave them another chance and it was a mistake.

I arranged a 6am taxi the night before, they didn’t show up, so I called at 6:09, they said they would be there at 6:25am. No one showed up by 6:35am, so I had my mother (89) take me to the airport. These folks are clueless. Take Uber.

Called Paul about 3 hrs ahead of time for trip to airport. Arrived at my house on time and we had safe trip on time to airport. Very courteous and good concealment Great flat rate that beats the big name carriers. Plan ahead and use paul.

Worst cab company Ive ever used. I called asking if they were available, and they responded with not now bud. Proceeding such, he said an hour. I waited at the place we had agreed to meet at after an hour had passed for 40 minutes until they arrived. The cab was an old musty van, that had obviously hadnt been cleaned for a while. The only positive thing I have to say about this service is that their rate per mile is very reasonable. In short, dont use this service unless its your last option.
