Had Leon come out to our house on Wednesday for an estimate. Had our new heating and air condtioning system installed Thursday. Perry and Brady were the guys putting in the system. Very polite and very neat. Answered our questions without hesitation. We highly recommend Anytime Heating and Air Conditioning. Professionalism and courtesy all the way around.

Called them on a Sunday late afternoon/early evening. Operator stated that the tech would be out within the hour. Tech arrived no more than 20 minutes later. He recognized the issue almost immediately and was done within 30-45 minutes. I could feel the difference in the AC immediately.Great service. Prompt response. Reasonable price.Will definitely be using them for any issues and maintenance going forward.

I called this company late in the evening and they came right over and found my issue really quick. Got my air unit all fixed up and ready in no time. Dont look anywhere else for Ac repairs, These guys are great! Our Ac kept freezing up overnight so we needed help. With it being a Sunday many places were closed and if not super expensive due to the weekend. We spoke to Darryl about our situation and he gave a fair quote with warning that it may change upon being seen. We made the appt for this afternoon. In a few mins we received a call saying we actually have our Tech in your area. This was great news as we had our house sitting at 76°at 11am. The humidity & heat was torture.Leon showed up within mins, was very professional & friendly. He recharged our system but still noticed a problem. He went back to the drawing board, pulled the blower and spot cleaned the coils without pulling them from the system. We honestly cant thank Leon enough for his help on a Sunday. The quote we received on the phone was what we paid even with the coil and blower cleaning. This took maybe 1 or 2 hours tops. Leon was absolutely friendly, professional and courteous. The services he provided were cheap compared to many other companies. Thanks again Leon your the best!

I got a new AC unit, a new furnace, some duct work ran and another return put in today on the addition added onto my house.For starters, you definitely get the best prices! Everywhere else I had gotten quotes from was DOUBLE the price of them! They arrived on time and was productive the entire time. They were considerate of the cleanliness of my home since it was raining all day; putting on and taking off shoe covers all day- which I appreciate because I have laminate flooring. Also laid down moving blankets to protect floor. They vacuumed and swept after they finished which was also unexpected and appreciated! They have warranties that was sent to me day of !Although, the crew looked a little young and inexperienced I shouldn’t have jumped the gun, they did great and also two older men came in a little after and was helping and checking over their work, which I don’t mind because they have to learn by experience.Overall, I highly recommend. You definitely get what you paid for! Will be going back to them with any future updates and work !Thank you anytime heating and air !

Leon of Anytime Heating and Air Conditioning was fantastic - fast, professional, and very honest. He repaired our furnace for a few hundred bucks when the previous company told us it would cost a thousand or more and tried to fast-talk us into buying a service plan with them, a new furnace, and a whole new HVAC system. He told us all our options and how much they would cost and recommended repair over replacement. He also cleaned the system and made some adjustments to make it quieter at no extra cost and gave us tips on some things we could easily fix ourselves for cheap if they went out. Above and beyond excellent customer service.

We built a new house in 2018 and Anytime HVAC installed our heating and air conditioning units. They have had to come every season change, because the furnace wouldnt keep up and the same with the air conditioner. They kept making excuses for what they thought it was, but they had to keep coming back and we had to call several times, because they would not return my calls. This winter during the cold spell the furnace once again couldnt keep up, so once again I called them and left a couple of voice mails, when they didnt return my call, we had to call another HVAC company to keep from freezing. The new HVAC company came right away and noticed immediately that the unit had never been hooked up right. This unit should have been wired for 10K and 5K but only the 10K was hooked up, which is why it could not keep up. D & M Service Company had to install a new breaker and run another electric line to hook up the 5K side also, so that the unit could heat and cool 1500 sq ft as opposed to just the 10K which will only heat and cool 1000 sq ft. Another problem was the coil had a leak and Anytime HVAC never found the leak and just kept putting Freon in the unit. When D & M Service Co., called to order the new coil the company said there was only a month left on the warranty because Anytime had not sent in the warranty which would have gotten us 10 years. I finally got through and talked to the owners wife of Anytime HVAC and explained everything and she said she would talk to her husband about helping us out, but since that conversation, no one will return my calls and I have called repeatedly. Never use Anytime HVAC!! I would give zero stars if I could!!

I highly recommend Anytime Heating and Air. I had to get my 18-year-old heat pump replaced. They came out quick and checked out my old one and I had a new one the next day. These guys were polite, very professional, and hard workers. I thought it would take much longer than it did. They also have financing. The owner is great and he has a great crew. Google asks me to review my own shop everytime I leave, but with that said, last winter my own furnace went out and I had my guys replace it. We moved in this house 3 or 4 years ago and the existing filter system was terrible. My guys replaced the furnace and indoor coil added a UV light and a new filter rack. Im happy with the way it turns out and my wife is happy she can change the filter without me. I also spent a few extra dollars to upgrade to a wifi thermostat, nice to change the temperature from the basement now. Thanks Leon.Please call me if you need anything.

A friend gave us contact info for this AC company after we have had estimates for new system. Other company said our AC is too old to put any $$ into. We called Anytime....arrived & looked at our system ….said compressor is good & so is Freon.....only needs a fan motor. From beginning to end....after going to pick up part.....our AC was working perfectly in 2 hrs. The owner, Leon took great care of us - unusual that any company will arrive within 2 hours & have it repaired that day! We are so grateful for Anytime H&A...:)

Left two voicemails and called about five times total. Never got a person to answer or anyone to call me back. Moved on to different HVAC company.

I purchased a new air conditioner with Anytime 5 years ago. About a month ago, it started freezing up. I called the business several times and there was no answer and their voicemail was full. I was given the option to leave a call back number and have still received no call back. I contacted them on Facebook as well. I still have received no answer. I went to another business in the area and they showed me that Anytime had only replaced the outdoor unit and nothing inside. The cost of replacing what Anytime should have replaced was more than I paid for my unit with them. Anytime has still yet to get in touch with me, and I ended up having to replace the 5 year old unit. Whats more, the warranty they gave me had expired, because they didnt let me know I had to mail it in. I was so upset and disappointed. I now discourage everyone I know from using them. Horrible experience. Now that my new system is in, I can see just how poor the other system was, and how bad the work with Anytime really was.

Great team. Professional,courteous and always go the extra mile! I used them to replace my furnace a couple of years ago and now today to replace my air-conditioning unit. They take care of all the details even touch up painting around the thermostat because the new one smaller than the old one was. Love these guys!Very reasonable pricing can’t say enough good things about them.

I made a call because my air conditioning stopped working, they were at my house and had the problem fixed within 90 minutes from the time i made the call, and they did it for CHEAP. I am extremely pleased and will be using their services again for sure.

This company had a person hit my wife in their company vehicle. The accident was their drivers fault. Their worker was cited for driving with no insurance. My car can not be driven anymore. That car is my lifeline for my family. It’s how I take my kids to school and how I get to work to provide for my family. This company has refused to give me their insurance information, they have hung up on me multiple times and refuses to call me back. In no way did I want anything more than my car to be fixed so I can continue to provide for my family. The owner of this company should be ashamed, and if they handle things like this in this way, I’m sure their work they do for their customers are shady and incompetent. DO NOT GET WORK DONE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought a Groupon to get my AC serviced a few months ago. Called and the lady was very nice and said she would get back to me. Never did. Called again, left msg, no call back. Called one more time, did not answer, left another msg and no call back. Now my Groupon is expired and I wasted my money on a local company I thought I could trust.

My furnace had broke. Called Anytime and their customer service was great, technician was here the next day (it was not an emergency) and installers Leon and Mike were outstanding, very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Quality work at a reasonable price.

Our air went out on the hottest day of the year, and of course it was after hours. Within 2 hours of our call, our problem was fixed! I was also surprised by their reasonable price. Charlie, our service tech was friendly, professional, and explained the issue/how the unit works thoroughly.

We had another company come out and give an estimate to fix our furnace under warranty, never heard back. So I emailed anytime at 2am after work and about 4:30am I had received a personal email back from Shane. He came out that morning and spent all the time I needed to know what all my options were.I decided to have a new unit for only a cpl hundred more than the other company quote for repair. Charlie and Darrel were out promptly the next morning and installed the new furnace and A/c and were extremely professional. I would recommend Anytime to be your first choice for heating and air needs.

We had Anytime install a new HVAC system this summer when we renovated our house. They were amazing and placed all new duct work, changed out all the vents, and installed a new furnace/AC. Two weeks ago with the cold the furnace wasn’t working on a Sunday morning. They came out promptly and fixed something that was frozen. It happened again today and they came out fixed the problem so that it would never happen again. Leon was amazing, but everyone that has worked on the HVAC has been great. I can’t recommend them enough.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Anytime Heating & Air. I first had my unit cleaned & was impressed by the knowledgeable and meticulous technicians. I asked for advice to improve the airflow on my 2nd floor of my home (built in 1920). They advised me of several options and eventually, I met with Shane who gave me the most cost effective solution -adding return air vents. This was not an easy job in a home built in 1920! But, they completed the work seamlessly! Anytime Heating & Air is timely, efficient, knowledgeable and clearly experienced (especially in older homes). I didnt give a second thought to signing up for their Annual Maintenance program!

What a great experience! Our AC compressor went out just before the start of memorial day weekend, with family coming to visit our 2week old newborn. We had multiple companies come out, examine, and bid. Not only was Anytime HVAC the only ones who offered to fix it over the holiday weekend before our guests arrived, they were the most reasonably priced, and far and away most considerate, personable, least pushy, and most helpful. Shane put us at ease from the moment he showed up very late in the evening. He sent his crew over the very next morning and they all did great work, were personable, friendly, and respected the property. The lead installer, Mike, came back later than evening because I had further questions despite a long day on the job.Its great to see this type of personal service in todays world. Theres not enough of this out in our world any longer and I want to thank them!

Inducer motor broke in my furnace. Guy came out within an hour, at night. First thing next morning, they showed up on time and fixed the problem super quick. Decent price, fast work. Would use again.

I have a rental property, called yesterday after having a Joe Blow go out there (Frank Bread is the guys name he does AC work on the side so beware if youre trying to find someone cheap dont use him) he said Wednesday that my capacitor was bad so he replaced it without calling me to tell me the price and then was a douchebag on getting his money. Yesterday evening Renters called saying it was still not cooling the house down so I called Anytime Heat and Air. They got to the rental property of mine within an hour and a half from calling them. Come to find out my motor to the fan went out. Today they went out put the new fan motor in and was working good before the technician left. But from what the other guy did by putting a new capacitor in with a bad fan motor that capacitor that Frank Beard put in Wednesday went bad. Call the technician that went out this morning to put the fan motor in and went right back out there to take a look at it no questions asked they put a new capacitor in and my renters say that its blowing like a freezer now! Long story short Anytime Heating and Air is the way to go to get the right diagnostic the cheapest price in town for service calls A+ workmanship. Highly highly recommend them to do any of your air conditioning or furnace work.

I actually felt scammed! Worker came in and within 5 minutes of glancing at our furnace was told our heat exchanger was cracked and we needed a new furnace! Was told he needed to shut our furnace down and we could have carbon monoxide problems! Decided to call in DFH heating and cooling for a second opinion before spending such a large amount of money! Their repairman inspected our furnace and I have written proof that our heat exchanger looked good, the burner was dirty and flame sensor had carbon on it! Furnace is running great and I paid less than a $100! BEWARE and always ask to see proof for cracked exchangers and read up on exchanger scams! Yes, you may be pleased with your new unit, but did you need it?

Be careful and get a second opinion. Originally I used the Groupon for the HVAC cleaning. Within 1 minute of looking at the furnace they recommended replacing an $1800 part or just replacing the entire furnace for $2400. I thought it was a fair price and later that week a new furnace was installed. After it was installed the furnace worked on/off. So they visited 3-4 different times over the course of the next 1.5 months to get it fixed. They cut new pipe, and adjusted the duct work. Still didnt function properly. So another HVAC company came in, provided a solution to the problem and now its fixed.Also, I agree with previous review about them not calling you back. They were late to appointments multiple times, never gave me updates and never really followed up. Just be wary and get a second opinion.

Management / staff here appear to have communication issues. Waited 30 minutes yesterday for my appt only to receive a call several hours later saying he was running late. Re-scheduled for 10am today and was told the tech would be there at 10. I called at 10:20 seeing where he was and the guy said he would be there within 20 minutes. Received a call at 10:45 from the tech saying he would be there in 30 minutes. Told him I had to leave (because I did) and that it wouldnt work out. Requesting a refund from the Living Social deal and moving on with another company.

Have used anytime hvac many times in future for my restoration contacts. As we all know in the service industry you can never please everyone but i will say this, they have never left me unsatisfied. There guys have always been professional and trybto fix the problem before trying to sell me new equipment. That means alot when we work with many properies . I would recommend them to anyone looking for good products at a fair price and want to work with honest people
