I can never get ahold of a LIVE person. I was on hold for over a hour and a half for a foodstamp interview ( I sent my number to them for a call back...the hour and a half on hold was AFTER they called me back and said I was next in line) after taking A MONTH to actually get through to the automatic phone service. It kept hanging up on me!!! I really need assistance for my kids and apparently they dobt care!!
