This place always does a fantastic job for me and my boys. The only catch w this location is, or at least my experience has been, that if you need a haircut you better call days in advance bc they’re booked solid. The staff, most often, tries to accommodate me by trying to squeeze me in but it can be frustrating if you don’t plan ahead bc it’s not likely you’ll get a ‘same-day’ or ‘next-day’ appointment 😬

I have had my haircut here a couple of times. Tough to get in, so went Saturday and made an appointment for wed at 6pm. During the day lady called me and said I could come in earlier. I said I will do my best and she asked if 5:40 was ok, I said I would try and get there as fast as I could. Well meeting ran long got there at 6pm. They took someone else and said I could wait 35 min. There appeared to be someone available to cut my hair and I wondered why didnt they call to see if I was going to make it? Well anyway I left and found a national chain to go to. Disappointed.Haircuts I have gotten are equivalent to any other place I have gone. Maybe the walk in and online app process is better? Thought not being a national chain you would get better customer service.....

Finding a place I trust to maintain my longer hair has been difficult! Not for Clean Cut Barbershop. The staff made it super easy to get into a chair at a later time (even on the same day!) & I couldn’t be more happy with the hair cut. I’ve already returned once & plan to continue. Thank you!

Today I had an appointment. It was a well needed haircut and beard trim. I have always liked this place due to how attentive the staff is to what you want. Well today Ruby was more than that. She is going to be the only person I ever use again. She was very thorough and precise. It sounds silly but 9 out of 10 times I always find a problem with my cut. Something minor usually, that is not big deal in the big picture. Today I couldn’t find anything! Ruby is the bees knees! 🐝. Thank you Ruby and Thank you Clean Cut!

Ive had several of the ladies work on mine and my sons heads and they have all done well. Price is a lil high but better than getting butchered for a cheaper price.

Not your friendly barber, you have to make an apt, no on the fly haircuts, and was backlogged a week when i went to get my sons haircut for school and $30 is insane for a haircut my barber 3 towns over does it all for $15🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I called. They told me to be there at 2 pm. I showed up in 10 minutes. They said they made other appointments and it would be 2:30 pm. What did they call it when they told me 2? Terrible experience. Will not be back.

Have had plenty of hair cuts at high end barbershops in Las Vegas over the last 3 years. Nick and Clean Cut Barbershop just gave me the best cut and experience I have yet to have. Shop is clean, spacious, and saw another stylist doing great work with a kiddo as well. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve booked online and show up only to find the store is closed. I’ve called in several times for the phone to ring with no one answering. Very poorly managed and run. The store in Columbia operates very professionally and I’ve never had these issues with them. I think ownership should look into they’re Jeff city location and fix these issues.

Both my son and I got haircuts here. I am very particular and was happy with both of our cuts.

I have been looking for a new place to get my haircut and I believe I have found it. The staff was friendly and confident. My haircut looked great and I was able to get a hot towel and a wash. The warm shaving cream and straight razor neck trim reminded me of when I was a kid and went with my grandfather to his local barber. I will definitely be making a return trip.

The usual barber we use and have used for years was closed on a scheduled day to be open, we decided to give this place a try and I have to say that they have the best customer service I have ever seen, great place, incredibly friendly staff, very clean. Took my son here because he had been here with his mom before. He loves the place, so I decided to get a cut myself and a shave. Showed up without an appointment, get right in and katlyn was awesome! Best service Ive had in 10 years! One week later, Im back to get my shave on. Got in right away without an appointment again.

They always do a great job every time I get my hair cut there. But I can never get in...you guys should advertise as appointment only. I show up 15 minutes before they open yet still have to wait 2+ hours to get my hair cut. Maybe hire someone that does just walk ins? Its just a little bit ridiculous. Ill just go back to where I was getting it cut before.

Its a decent place but it can take forever. Made an appt, showed up about 8 min early and after 25 min I got up and left. Can be very poor at managing time.
