I lost my phone. Went to Verizon in Jasper a male gentleman helped me pick out a phone. Then was able to recover everything from my old phone. At first he could only recover up to 2018. Well my grandson was born in 2020 I had videos, pictures from the day he was born until now. Well he continued to work with my phone. Turned it around and there was my grandson on my new phone. I cant thank enough. I was so upset when I walked in. But walked out very satisfied. He went above and beyond. Thank you. He needs a raise for his great customer service and great attitude!!

I always enjoy dealing with the staff at Victra. They are so knowledgeable about the products they carry and/or willing to get the information you need. Good job guys.

Wasnt disappointed with the people in the store was disappointed with Verizon its self

We went to try to open a new account there. They kept us waiting for hours just to tell us they wanted like an $800+ down payment. It was a huge waste of time. They also have the smallest selection of phones compared to ATT and even Walmart. Also we didnt even get service with them, but still received a bill!! Unbelievable!!

Verizon Store in Jasper is an experience in professionalism. Its so refreshing to be greeted by down to earth sales associate who really wants to meet your needs, knows the products he selling and can explain them in a way thats easy to understand. I highly recommend this store!

Thats my current service provider and the service was excellent. The wait wasnt too long but reasonable.

The people know their jobs and are good at it but slowest place around. The online waiting checkin is a joke, walking are taken first and if their is a break then they call you in. Over an hour wait and still waiting.

Jordan was very helpful. Since Spencer isno longer with the company, I have used Jordan. He is awesome and will continue to use him.

Zac was very professional and knowledgeable.

Process for service was posted & easy to follow. Didn’t have to wait very long & the retail items I was looking for were easy to find. The customer service person, Jordan, was courteous.

Amanda was extremely helpful and very nice. I give only 4 stars because the store is not stocked with items that the bigger stores always have.

Went to get a new prepaid phone. They had very few phone for prepaid. They told me I needed to get a new number in order to get a new phone and then offered me a contract when I told them I didnt want a new number.

Spencer at this store is absolutely amazing, he knows what hes doing and he really cares about the customer. He has helped us each time we went to this store. The customer service over the phone on 611 is horrible but the service at the store makes up for it.

Had to make an emergency stop at this location to purchase a car charger for my Note 9. Store is very clean and located in a nice part of Jasper. My experience was really good the one staff person that was there was very nice and accommodating to all the customers that walked in the door. I would have given a 5 star rating if there wouldnt have been just one person there for all the customers who walked through the door while I was there. My visit there just to purchase a car charger should have been in and out, but because she was the only one at the store I was there for nearly 45 minutes.

I emailed the customer service link given to me below approximately a week ago and have yet to receive a number to call or a phone call. I’m about to have to spend a lot of money because of misinformation given by THIS location.This is a third party store, not an official Verizon Wireless location. I wonder how they can legally put “Verizon Wireless” on all their signs and marquees, except their sales receipts. I had an issue with a phone recently and had to both visit this location and call Customer Service. My phone called revealed many discrepancies between Verizon and Victra policies. The VW customer service rep discredit many of the things that were told to me in the Victra store, and I spent a lot more money on resolving my conflict through this store than if I had gone through an official Verizon store. The service was nice, but I could’ve saved a lot of money had I been not gone here. Various fees cost more at Victra than through Verizon. After all was said and done, I discovered a recall was out through the manufacturer of my old phone.... which could’ve saved me a lot of money and trouble. I wish they would’ve known my issue was common enough to have a recall.I also bought a new phone about a year and a half ago where I was told it would cost a certain price to get a new phone, when we sat down and started going through the process, the price quickly jumped up. Some were upgrade fees not mentioned earlier, and some were services they offer that I did not request. I had to tell the associate twice to take something off the order I never requested.I left both times feeling like the nice people had tricked extra money out of me by not telling me all possible solutions to my issues.

Super beneficial as always. He solved my problem within minutes my emails were hard to open lagging, sluggish, or would open then stop Immediately. Very Annoying, the gentleman knew exactly what to do, we found where the cookies were Collected in Mass #s. Deleted all those little rascals, he suggested a couple of other things I could do that would help out as well. Always very knowledgeable, Im so psyched now my phone has sped up....GO VERIZON GO!!!!

They might need some more workers on the floor but thats not always a bad thing they keep there customers and those customers are willing to wait because they try there best to be as quick and efficient as possible they help you with most questions and will go out of there way to find out even sit on the phone with Corporate to clear things up but with all these customers meets a more underlying demand for more workers but I love the store best phone store in Jasper

I really dont want to give them one star. The girl there messed up my account and wanted to just flirt and I ended with used equipment. Spend hours on the phone with Verizon over all these issues very upset and will not go back.

Dont buy from here... you will have no support for issues you may encounter with your phone or service. Might as well take your business to another store, because youll have to if anything happens to your phone or plan. Favorite phrase: youll have to call customer help. Which is why we go to the store for help???
