They love to send defective routers for self installing. So I now I have to return the device to swap regarless of transportation issues. So inpaied for the installment and still havent used the service because of a defective device sent to me to install. Its been since the second of March that I made payment and cant use the service

They are misleading about their services and price. I was also sent a manufacturer defective phone and they refused to resolve the issue with it and still over charge me monthly even though I have to pay for a different phone service as well I also regularly have connectivity problems with the internet they provided me I deeply regret choosing them for my family’s internet and phone services

I cant rate Charter Spectrum higher than two stars and thats pushing it. Not only have they always made it almost impossible to get any issue with my cable, WiFi or phone service fixed by calling customer service, its even harder if you make a personal visit to the Charter Spectrum office. Since people have started cutting the cord on the high cable prices, it would be in their best interests to at least try to make up some of the slack by providing better customer service. That certainly isnt the case with my experience with Charter Spectrum. They have cut the cable subscription packages to include less channels, removed the availability of several on demand channels and increased the prices. If there were more than Spectrum or AT&T to choose from in the area, neither world be my choice.

There was 2 people working. One of the women refused to get off her computer to help with customers even though they were lined out the door. I was the second person in line and I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes. The lady that waited on me was exceptional. There was no excuse for the other lady not wanting on customers with them lined out the door.

There was a bit of a line, but I was still in and out after 5-10 minutes of waiting. Make sure you have your ID, I left mine in the car and had to run back to get it.

Not very happy with the internet service we loose our connection all the time, we pay our monthly payment every month on time and get spotty internet connection, its like going to the drive thru pay for your food then driving off without the food. Not very happy with spectrum

Great speeds but have been having Internet issues for almost a month now. Every time I call they tell me nothing is wrong on their end but will have a crew come out to check the lines... still waiting almost 3 weeks later despite an open work order... funny how the bill gets to my house faster than the internet

After being in the office for over 20 minutes, we were told it will just a minute. Then we get told if you have a check you can pay, but for all others it will he a minute. 30 minutes later we left still not seen and others there even before we were.
