Polytek Midwest did my basement floor and will be coming back to do my outside steps. Office staff is amazing and understanding, and installers are respectful and helpful. I have never worked with a more honestly and reliable company. Scheduling was very easy and the procedure was explained of what was expected of me and of them.

Signed a contract in May with an estimated installation in July. Finally got a specific date only to find out when I called them to confirm a week prior, they changed the date. I accepted the new date but it was raining so they said they couldn’t do my garage which was yesterday morning. I left 2 messages yesterday but no call back yesterday or today. So no idea if or when or if they plan on doing the work. So tonight I have to unload the u-haul truck in my driveway which I rented to store everything from my garage. I called once today and the woman who answered the phone started yelling at me so I had to hang up. Extremely poor customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! Now I have to get my deposit back. Wish me luck.

Polytek Midwest installed their floor at my house on 7.19.19. They showed up to my house exactly when they said they would. They immediately got to work. My garage floor had a 1 decent sized crank and a few smaller cracks. My floor also had some deep pitting. Polytek did a fantastic job filling the cracks and grinding the entire floor. They also did a great job on my floor ledges. My ledges and vertical areas are not constructed perfect and I was concerned how they could make the areas look good. I think they did a great job. When the guys were finished they cleaned up 100% of the work area and took 100% of their trash.I considered trying to coat my own floor. I know you can rent equipment at the big box stores. You can NOT rent the equipment they showed up with. This is not a small operation, they have the best of the best equipment. Im so glad I did not attempt this job myself.I would highly recommend polytek midwest for your poly floor needs.

Initial installation looked great, but when a flaw in their work appeared within the warranty period, they were informed last January about my concern. They responded that the weather had to get warmer and would contact me about May to investigate. About repeated contacts with their office throughout the Spring and Summer, they still have not showed up.I will not hesitate to discourage anyone to having Midwest do ANY work, based on their LOUSY Customer Service!!Blaine Vance, Janesville, WI

Floor coating failed and they wont return my calls to remedy it. Dont recommend. A lot of money wasted.(December 7, 2020 REVISED: 1 star to 3)After nearly a year and a half, polytech is here today to remedy my garage floor that was installed previously. It failed due to out-gassing, which results in pinhole size bubbles that allow dirt to penetrate the surface.I dont blame them for what happened. More likely it was a bad batch of chemical. Only 3 stars though because of poor communication over the last 1.5 yrs and for how long it took.It is an amazing garage floor surface though so I do recommend it in general.

Polytek Midwest did an outstanding job here at my home in Franklin, WI.They resurfaced and Poly coated my 3 plus car garage and my front porch.We are getting numerous complements. Thank you for a very detail oriented install.Yes, these guys were very fussy about their tasks!

Tim and the Crew at Polytek Midwest completed our garage floor and done a fantastic job. It feels like an extension of our home and its so nice to have a clean area to have parties. We absolutely love it. Wish wed of done it years ago. Great job!!

Polytek gives a great warrantee for the coating, they do not return phone calls or follow up . The floor cracked where they filled the expansion cut and it keeps bleeding white like white paint dripped on it, its coming from the coating. Very disappointed on their lack of follow up on their guarantee

The Polytech Midwest folks did an excellent job in fixing my garage floor and puting down the Polytech coating. The installation crew was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and the floor looks great. I am pleased with the results.
