The service team was polite and informative and one of them was in training.They need to work on their service processes and standards. They left several of the vents covered. Two rooms’ vents were cleaned but, after the vent work, the rooms looked as though dirt bombs had gone off and there was dirt/dust left in the vent covers. Also, it seemed that the intake on the furnace wasn’t cleaned - there was a pile of debris in the furnace and on the new filter.

I was in need of some immediate service for steaming an office. They managed to get me booked in realizing the importance. The service was done with extreme professionalism. Thank you to the great staff.

I have used SE Cleaners in the past for mattress and carpet cleaning. The carpet cleaning took a while to dry, longer than they stated, however the spots were gone and all turned out great! Same with mattress job. But I would definitely recommend! I just had my upholstery couch done and the urine smell is absolutely gone! I believe we had Emmanuel do our couch and he did an awesome job to thoroughly make sure smell was gone. For sure recommend SE Cleaners for any issue in the future!

I have experienced the worst customer service of my life today. I had SE Cleaners coming to clean and seal our grout on our ceramic floors. Before Shawn and I moved all of our furniture we double checked that the appointment was for today and spent hours tearing apart the house. I received a text this morning that they were on their way hours early which I thought was weird and then I got a follow-up text saying that our service was canceled. The technician called right then and told me no it wasn’t canceled and he might even be a little bit early. The arrival window passed and I texted the technician and he read the message and never responded. Three text messages, numerous phone calls, emails, and even Facebook messages later I have no response from them. My entire house is turned upside down and I had to miss my daughters game last night in preparation. I just don’t understand why they cannot even give me the decency of a phone call back.

I set up the appointment online on a Sunday for Tuesday. Dustin called to confirm what I was looking for and finalized the appointment. The rooms are measured during the appointment and the final price is given. When getting ready to write the check, an amount was given but then I was asked if I still wanted the dryer vent cleaned, which was part of the original appointment set up. I said yes and ask what was the new price would be, which he replied the price included the vent cleaning. To me, it seems I was going to be charged for the vent cleaning without the cleaning actually taking place. Dustin did say that he would clean up the mess from cleaning the vent, but he would not be able to get it all, which is understandable. However, when I went to look after he left, there was still a large amount in the yard, and there a lot left over in the basement. Again, I understand that not everything could be picked up outside, but it would have been nice if the inside mess would have been cleaned up.

We had our dining room, living room and hallway carpet cleaned along with a couch and two chairs. Emmanuel did an excellent job. Paid great attention to stains and was completely professional and respectful. I would definitely use SE Cleaners again.

Kind of expensive. Only basement and stair carpet cleaning cost us around $270. The smell in stair and basement still pretty strong after cleaning…The owner and the cleaning crew are nice tho.

Service rep showed up 45 minutes early, which was fine. Carpet was cleaned fairly well, not as well as we would have hoped. Two upholstered chairs were cleaned. When we asked for a quote from SE Cleaners, we gave them room dimensions and pictures of the chairs. The quote was $97 for the rugs and $35 for each of the two chairs. The service rep said the price was $211. I told him the quote was $167, not $211. He said That was because you didnt tell them the room size. I walked him to our desktop computer and SHOWED him the quote. He then said There is a higher charge for recliners. At that point, I paid him the amount he was requesting and decided to detail this overcharge of $35 (in round figures) in the review. I find his excuse for the inflated amount nothing more than grasping at straws. I am waiting for the office to call me back. The office did not call back, so I called the owner the following day. He apologized and sent a check for the difference between their quote and the price the service rep demanded.

We booked SE Cleaners when we moved into our new home. When I scheduled online they had availability the same week. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I feel that their prices were very fair and the end result was better than we had ever hoped for. We would definitely recommend them and hire them again in the future!

Excellent job carpet cleaning; however, I attempted to utilize them for duct cleaning. Owner was supposed to show up a week ahead of time to evaluate job: Never showed up. The employees did not know how to perform specific duct cleaning and indicated owner would follow up. One week later and still no follow up.

I had recliner and sectional couch cleaned and skotch guarded. The chair had good results, but I was disappointed in the sectional. None of the visible stains that prompted the cleaning were removed. 2 of them were deemed upholstery damage and later confirmed by the store that sold me the couch, but there were other stains that not only were not removed, but seemed more pronounced afterwards. I expected stains like pen ink and body oils to be removed, but they were not. I was very disappointed to spend over $300 and not get any noticeable results.

SE cleaners did a great job. Not only were they on-time, but early. There was a slight issue with the billing but they stepped up and fixed the issue. I will certainly use them again and recommend to my contacts.

SE Cleaners to the rescue! Our Spa & Salon was flooded by a neighboring tenant and it left us working at 1/2 capacity. After the water was cleaned up and the drywall was dry enough to clean our carpets, I called SE expecting to have to wait at least 24hrs to get someone out. To my surprise they were able to add me to the end of their day and they were there in 6hours! I was so grateful!I appreciated the responsiveness between the owner, Dustin and his technician, Gerald. While I was on the phone with Dustin, he was communicating with Gerald to confirm that this was ok to add to his already full day.They have a texting platform that confirms your appointment time, notifies you when your technician is en route and when they finish the job in case you’re not there.Gerald was on time, very friendly and did an excellent job! I can not thank Gerald & Dustin enough, you guys made a very stressful situation better helping to get us one step closer to reopening. They did a super job on our 5th wheel cream colored carpet that was in pretty bad shape. Have had them at our rentals also and carpets always came up way better than we thought they would. They got out red stains we thought were there permanently. Will always recommend them.
