I have a very hard time trusting car sales people/dealerships. Been screwed over to many times. Pretty much lost respect for most of them! I truly cant say enough good things about the dealership and everyone I have had the pleasure of working with starting with sales, finance, etc, all the way up to the general manager (Baker).Baker has always went above and beyond for me. If there are ANY issues big or small, Baker will make sure it gets taken care of. He has never made me feel like Im just another customer walking thru their doors. Friendly staff. However, my wife and I bought a vehicle from them 2 months ago and today we took it in to replace a headlight and look at some paint peeling from the front bumper. We were informed that the car had been in an accident, which was never disclosed to us, and what went from a small repair is now over $5,000. Had we known the vehicle was in an accident we never would have purchased it. Beyond disappointed.

What kind of dealership does not do due diligence before accepting a trade - in .What kind of dealership puts that truck on the market and advertise it on Cars.Com .What kind of dealership offers this vehicle to a consumer, takes a copy of drivers license, social security number, pulls his credit score and asks and accepts $2000 down payment.Before doing a full inspection on the truck. Finding out that it has a major repair after the fact. Then refuses to fix and sell the truck.It pegs the question, how many cars on their lot are not inspected and are being offered to costumers. Talk about gross negligence.

My wife and I had a great hassle free experience with our salesman Michael, got us in a car within our budget and out the door quick and painless.

Nothing but delays and mistakes at this location, Service center ruined new tires they were installing, then pressure sensor went off on way home, had to return to have it reset, then returned for new tires, they took 2.5 hours to install and balance 2 tires. Another instance called to have new vehicle picked up, for next day, but when I show up they havent even started paperwork. When I tried to talk to someone about it they a very me attitude on top of wasting my time and my companies time.

My husband was treated Unprofessionally (RUDE) as he was talking to me on the phone!!! The F word was used & was told to NEVER come back.Of how he was treated by a young Salesman & Finance Manager. (We only went back there to get a good deal, we got a great deal in 2019 by Larry.) Very unpleasant I will never go back & neither will anyone I know!!!! ( the best way to promote buisness is word of mouth!!!!)

Condensation was occurring in the driver side headlamp assembly but not the passenger side, the driver seat would not adjust forward or backward, decided to get lock nuts for the wheels, and a front end alignment because it felt off. Also, wanted a cost break down for certain routine services. Kaylee is good and met all my request.Extra note, Mike (sales rep) assisted me in getting my some apps for my nissan up and running and to correctly operate some of the accessories.

Isabelle was the first sales lady that came out and greeted us. It was her 2nd day of work and she helped answered all the questions we had. This is my second car purchase with Janesville Nissan. Was looking for a used 370Z and contacted Janesville before it arrived at their dealership. Tamara let me know when the vehicle arrived and provided me with many detailed pictures, carfax and reminded me of the dealership inspection for all used vehicles. This helped ease the worry as this was my first online buy. Mike made sure the delivery went smoothly and has followed up to see how I like the car. He is always available to answer my remaining questions.

It took 2 years of calling and bringing my vehicle in for anyone to bother looking at my tire. I bought the tires at this dealership & they were always losing air. On a routine service they fail to even check the air pressure to make sure it was safe and 3 of the 4 tires were 25 PSI. Then they charge a 3.5% fee to use a credit card to artificially makie it look like their prices can compare to others. Walmart has the same tires for a lower price and lower labor rates and does not charge a cc usage fee. You have lost this customer.

My experience with buying my first car was amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and the process was much faster than I anticipated. I truly felt like everyone had my best interest at hand. Nate & Matt were the best. So respectful and knowledgeable.

I lost my keys about a year ago, took my car to the dealership and had new ones programmed. Fast forward to today, I lost them again. Have the car towed to the dealership about a week and a half ago. They claim I used aftermarket keys because they couldn’t get into my computer system. The funny part is they were the last ones to give me keys. Not only was I charged an extra 150$ for them to look into the problem which started only after they took care of my vehicle but every single time I call in to check on my car service is no where to be found. Numerous times I have waited for a call back and never received anything. After a week and a half of waiting for a key to be programmed I finally get ahold of the service member assigned to my car. “We don’t know what’s going on with it we will call you back when i do”. You’ve gotta be kidding this place is a joke.

Visited this dealership today and walked out extremely disappointed. The manager wasn’t willing to negotiate the price down. We started with $26,031 and they would not go lower than $25,500. The manager came out to talk to us and practically kicked us out by saying “don’t waste out time, we won’t go any lower”. We asked for the copy of the offer and they said they shredded it. Hard to believe they not bankrupt with this kind of attitude... Would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Very friendly staff, I purchased the Used 2019 Mustang I found on the website, drove 2 hours to see the car then drove it home. Every person at the place we dealt with was professional and very nice. I commented on the car guru site about a chip in the window that was not noticed as it was covered by a sales sticker and I did not realize until after I purchased and left. They have offered to pay for the repair. That is a big deal to me and is the type of gesture that will have me considering Janesville Nissan when it comes time to buy another car. Total time, 5 hours from arrival to departure with car.

I live in another state. Sale started out good..They agreed to my down payment. Credit and everything was good. Next day called and demanded a larger down payment of course to meet their commission. Never heard from them again. Really wanted the auto.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation after receiving an email marketing piece. I met with Chris and he did a very good job... full-on inspection when I first arrived and very good communication while I was waiting for the job to be finished. Social distancing was very good, and everyone was wearing masks... and there was coffee in the new waiting area!

Brought my adult daughter here to look at cars.....she has anxiety issues and has a hard time conversing with strangers. Met with Mike Walsh who showed us two cars which my daughter didnt feel the wow factor from (her words). Then my daughter started to feel as if she was wasting Mikes time, she started crying, but Mike and another woman who works there (never caught her name but THANK YOU) were able to calm her down and found her a car that had that wow factor she was looking for. Overall feeling about the place? Outstanding. Was hardly on the lot very long looking at a car before someone was able to come and assist me. Spur of the moment saw a car for a pretty decent price and decided to buy it. With my other car out of commission for the time I needed to have something next day and these people really delivered. Kelly West came out and was outstanding to work with. Other staff offered refreshments and the team was quick with paperwork and financing. I ended up going home with a WRX that night. Overall pleased with the service provided and I would be happy to return here in the future.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my car with Mike who was a great salesperson, laid-back, low pressure, and great listener (very patient) as I talked through my car-buying needs and options with him. I purchased the extended warranty which led to another great experience this week at Janesville Nissan when I brought my car in for service. They made sure they heard and documented every one of my concerns and after running diagnostics, they called the warranty service and then gave me great news—all my repairs were covered by the warranty! I used their loaner vehicle for a few days while parts came in and they repaired my car. When they called to tell me it was ready, they again went through my list of concerns to tell me how they had taken care of each one. I went to pick up my car, and my salesperson Mike came out to greet me. He even went to drive my car up for me himself. They offered fresh-baked cookies which are truly the best! I didn’t have to worry about a thing—I could let Mike my salesperson find me a car with no hassle and then later let the service department take care of everything to make sure it was running properly. Spent the holiday there, the entire staff was great. Finance team took care of me, Melissa the sales lady was awesome and super friendly and the Gm was we super personable and got me the deal I wanted. I left there happy and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

They have been fast and courteous every service visit. They have stayed with me until I left. I have a pet peev when places check off reseting the oil % and filling the tires and then dont.. they missed it but he was standing right by me . We took care of both right away. I have used them for all my service needs because of how I have been treated.

Today was a great day at Janesville Nissan. Went in for a quick oil change ended up with a tire rotation and air filter changes and was out on promised time.
