The people that work here are rude. I was told that my case would be completed on a specific day and then told they would never say that. Been waiting 2 weeks for them to send a referral that was supposedly sent twice already. Basically I was informed they are short staffed and I will just have to deal with it.I left there feeling so belittled, that I will never walk back into that building.

The ladies that work here are rude and lazy. They NEVER answer the phone and IF they call back they only let it ring once. When you try to make a complaint they say you can only make a complaint to the people that you are complaining about so basically they can behave how they want and not have any consequence from a supervisor. Once I called stutsman County directly and complained it only got worse. He started returning my calls and then hanging up after I answered. When I go into the office in person they make you wait over 30 minutes and try to kick you out of the door before they address all the reasons you came there for.
